Dear Dunkin Donuts corporate, I went to store #302009 in New York today 11.19.19. i place my order and when i got to the window to pay i noticed a TIP JAR. it said “For Exceptional Service”. Now my questions are
1) Why should I tip someone for doing their job?
2) Are not all your employees expected to provide exceptional service?
3) So are your employees telling me that if i don’t tip them I will not get exceptional service?
This is just an observation, but as it turns out i did not even get a straw with my large iced coffee.
The problem with many young people is they expect to get rewarded for just doing their job.

I would have to agree with Michael’s comment the younger aged adults and kids expect something for nothing. The work ethics our parents and grandparents had is what kept this country great.
Your company states that you pride yourselves on quality customer service.First of all I want you to know that I go to a Dunkin Donuts every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday because I take two french vanilla, extra cream and extra sugar coffee’s to a friend in a nursing home. So I do know how much I am going to pay for the coffee’s. I normally go to the Dunkin Doughnuts on Chapel Ave in Cherry Hill because it is near Arista Care which is the facility I go to visit my friend. Today I stopped at the Donuts on Brace Rd. in Cherry Hill. The two men who were working there were total rip off artist. They gave me regular coffee and tried to over charge me $5.80. The two coffee’s I get normally cost me $3.55 at every other Dunkin Donuts. When I brought it to the attention of the one gentlemen who was working the cash register he tried to act like he didn’t understand. He finally changed the purchase in the cash register. I gave him $3.75 for a $3.50 purchase and he couldn’t figure out that he owed me .15 change. You have people working for your company trying to over charge customers. I am going to put the word out about this Dunkin Donuts. People should boycott Dunkin Donuts. What about your customers who don’t order the same thing every time they go to your Chapel Ave store? How bad are they cheating those customers???? Or do you train your associates to cheat people on a regular basis???

Lateley this store has been looking really dirty with dirty counters and dirty floors. Recently this store has developed a pretty serious fly problem. I’ve witnessed flies on the donuts, ice coffee and on the employees.

hi my name is Valerie, i work for dunkin donuts/baskin robins in augusta georgia and i was hurt at work a few months ago, my manager sent me to the urgent care and assured me that the bill would be paid for by workers comp, i started receiving letters in the mail saying that my account is over due and with every letter i received i gave it to my manager, he assured me every time that it would be taken care of when someone came back from out of town (because every time i gave him the letter, he’d say some name is out of town right now but i’ll give it to them as soon as they get back and have it worked out) well i just received another letter in the mail today saying that my account is so over due its in a delinquent status and if i dont pay the amount within 10 days theyre going to send my information to a collection company… i dont know what to do, i plan on calling corporate tomorrow (on my birthday none the less) to try and get this sorted because it seems that my manger isnt going to do it.
My name is Krystle Ortega and I would like to write a formal complaint about the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 110 Se. 6th Street Ft Lauderdale, FL 33301. The store # is 353470. I am a faithful customer who goes to Dunkin’ for my morning coffee each day with the exception of Sundays. I used to get my coffee at this location once I arrived at work, however, since I have had so many issues I stopped coming to this store and I have found another store that I like and have not had issues to date. Today, October 7th, 2019 I was running late and did not go to my newest store and decided to stop at store 353470 for my morning coffee. I figured it has been at least 4 months since I stopped coming to this store maybe things have changed and the store is more organized and has new people. Well, that was not the case. I approached the cashier and asked for my regular a small hot coffee with extra cream and two sugars. When I get my receipt I see I was charged for a medium coffee and when my number was called I had a small cup of coffee. I took my coffee and I left. As I walk across the street to work, I open the coffee and notice that this was a small black coffee not the one that I ordered. I had to go back to the store and let the manager know this was not my coffee and she gets an attitude with me and starts saying it’s my fault I took the wrong coffee and she walks off still mumbling stuff under her breath. I had another employee approach me and take the wrong coffee and ask what was I supposed to have and I told her and she then prepared my coffee. I was given a medium cup this time. My issues with this store are regardless of the time I go there, I always ask for a SMALL coffee yet I am charged for a medium when that is NOT what I asked for. This went on for a long time before I said something to the cashier and she later told me that they charge for medium coffee because they do not have small cups. That this particular store does not really use the small cups. That is not my problem. The store should be fully stocked with all items they may possible need. Another issue is the customer service. It is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The attitude these ladies have is just ridiculous. There is no hi, hello, good morning, nothing! The majority of the time they are all talking amongst themselves and do not pay attention to the customer. Look at the experience I had today with the manager that is not right. They have no customer service experience and it is just horrible. The service is also slow and very disorganized. They line gets backed up, they do not put labels on the coffees and no one knows what order belongs to who. I believe this store needs new management, they need someone from corporate or the individual owner to come, and do some “clean up” in this store. I will not make the mistake of coming to this store again.
I recently applied for a job at dd in palmetto fl and was the first applicant to do so but was discriminated against because of my weight i found out because of a friend that works there the hiring manager was so unprofessional that during the interview she was pointing out who was slow and retarded
I went to a couple of Dunkin’ Donuts in Hagerstown, MD. I asked for a couple squirts of vanilla bean in my coffee. I even offered to pay extra for it. I was told no at each place. I don’t understand why a simple request was impossible to do. Customer satisfaction must not be important to them.

Went to DD store#356861 Miami on 8/26/19. My issue is you’ve changed the cups, which is not conducive for ANY customer. The cup was extremely hot, I asked the employee for a sleeve, he told me “we don’t have any sleeves for the cups at all”!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!! Now, you need sleeves for these cups unless you want to face several law suits. Millions of people support to, you need to accommodate them.

( well, I used to go there. ) You’ve lost a customer because of those new smaller hand-burning cups. After my experience yesterday I will try to find a different brand coffee shop and it’s really too bad because I do like DD coffee. I pulled up to the drive-in, the clerk handed me the coffee and the lid promptly separated and over an inch of hot coffee spilled all over my lap and my car !! Then holding the cup with what was left was hot and uncomfortable!!! Clerk didn’t even have a sleeve!! Too politically correct with the new cups. At this age I feel I have earned the right to enjoy small pleasures.

Small pleasures… bring back the foam? They sell reusable cups so you dont burn yourself and they went with cups which are better for the environment. Thousands of foam cups hit the trash from each dunkin donuts every day; there are at least 4 dunks in the town I live in. Your small pleasure is at the cost of the planet and affects every future generation… but at your age it doesnt matter? Because you’ll be dead soon and won’t have to live on the trash filled planet you helped to create? At your age I would assume you’d be a little wiser to the effects you’re having on the planet and have the wisdom, which is supposed to come with age, to care to do something about it.
Happen to slip and fall down inside ur store premises and due to rain they did not put a caution sign and neither mopped the store and whn I argued why the sign is missing she asked to go and call the cops and that it’s not her mistake. I recently worked at dunkin donuts in Rochelle,Illinois , it’s a nice job but they want us employees to work with no break, they want you to be able to work 13-14 hour shifts daily, when you try to clock out on the time you are scheduled they’ll fire you because they want you to leave when they tell you it’s ok to go home. I was just recently fired ( our manager walked out on us and quit and so we had a brand new ( not trained) district manager and an old district manager ) based off of how my original manager would tell me to come in before 4Am ( I was the baker) and I was fine as long as I had everything done and ready to open up before 5 am, which I did, Everything would be done 20-30 minutes early but he had me on the schedule for 3:30 Am which I have explained to the manager that came in after our original manager had walked out. I worked a month straight every single day ( only 1 day off in the whole month) at 3 am until about 11a-12p, I asked the old district manager if I would be able to train someone to help me out with so that I didn’t have to work every day at 3 am because I couldn’t really get a lot done at home because going to sleep at 6-7 pm every day is just too much. He told me ok and I began training someone for my shift. the 3rd day in of me working that week ( all week I was no longer than 4 mins late to work) I came in and had everything up and going by 4:30 am so the last 6 minutes before we open I went outside for a cigg before we started getting customers ( which every manager including him allowed me to do as long as everything was done and I was back at drive thru by 5am, the old district manager had come at 5:56 am, he asked why I was outside and I let him know, about 30 mins later he called me into the office to let me know that he was firing me so I politely signed the paper and walked home ( mind you I’ve never had a write up the whole 6 months me working there). All of my afternoon shifts or later than 3 am have always been on time. I tried to get unemployment and I had gotten a call and a letter saying that Dunkin Donuts let them know that I was fired because of a no call no show, but I’ve never done a no call no show and the day that they are speaking on I literally was at work until 5:30 when he fired me. I am Very upset and I’m trying to avoid taking this to court but it looks like I may have to do that.
My husband and I went to the Dunkin at love field in Dallas. After my order I paid by credit which the employee told me was declined, I tried it again, declined I switched cards which happened two more times. The 5th try went thru for $37 and change. The problem is when I returned home all other charges on both cards showed up! That’s over $160 in charges that were fradulant.
By mistake or on purpose it’s not acceptable!

A drink tray was loaded with 5 cups of coffee. Four being scalding hot and the 5th being cold. When I went to pick it up the trau buckled and burned my hand badly. I had to suggest a mop and rag to the staff for them to clean it up because they were just staring at me. Not to mention, who would put 5 cups of coffee in a 4 unit tray. The whole thing happened inside the DD and on camera. Already in the works of a lawsuit with my lawyer.
Hi my name is robynTurner. I work at dunkin on new circle in Lexington Kentucky. I’ve read through some of these comments and they just blow my mind. The stores here in Lexington are amazing. Both stores have great teams amazing managers and the district manager is all about his stores and his workers even down to getting us new dust pans. I love my job I love the people I work with and we have regular customers that come in on a daily basis and stay for hours cause in Kentucky or at least in Lexington dunkin donuts is absolutely the place to go for friendly workers and great food.

I go to the Dunkin Donuts in Dickson, TN… I used to go 1-2 times a week… But the cashiers are not friendly… They never want to say THANK YOU… Even when I say THANK YOU most of the time they won’t even say it back… They will hardly ever say HAVE A GOOD DAY, or anything… I stopped going for a while because of that… I went this morning & the same thing again… I said THANK YOU to the cashier & almost sounded like there was a moan… I just don’t appreciate that…

I went to Dunkin on main today in normal Illinois and The assistant manager was held back by a fellow employee because I ask them why they were laughing at me when they gave me my bagels they also screamed in my face because one of their other employees gave me a discount on a frozen coffee 1 day so I asked if they still did that and they Insisted that I’ve never got a happy hour discount that I’m crazy the whole crew laughed at me and then they kicked me out of the store try to talk to general manager they told me that hes not in didn’t get to get anyone’s names they would not tell me there names they just continue to tell me to get out of their store I will never be going back to that Dunkin again and I went EVERYDAY before work. So, i am vegan, and have been for a whole year now.
I went to dunkin today because i wanted coffee all of a sudden i see an item on the menu that looked interesting so I asked Several times if the bowl was vegan and the sandwich english muffin or whatever. I asked a hundred times maybe if it was vegan and then before eating it i asked again by calling, EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE SAID YES ITS VEGAN WE PROMISE THERE ARE NO EGGS MEAT OR DAIRY IN YOUR FOOD. So i trusted them and i ate it, later i wanted another one and the same lady started laughing at me and told me they have nothing vegan and that “its so funny that i believed them” little do they know i have a degree in law and criminal justice. So id like to talk to somebody asap.
Hello, my name is Mr Samuel G Rothenberg, I was a moment ago at your Dunkin Donuts store at Horton Plaza San Diego. Where I went to help 3 homeless people get something to eat. One of the people I’m referencing was not wearing her shoes. So the woman, I’m guessing the manager, told her in a very nasty tone that she can’t come in, naturally this person got upset which was kind of inappropriate, but the lady then went to security and said all of us couldn’t come in where I wanted to buy donuts and coffee for them. I told her kindly “may I come in and just buy them donuts?” And she told me I could never come in again. This outraged me and I demanded her name. She refused. I then went and had a word with security and they seemed to agree with me. You cannot run a business with people like this in charge. I’m from a very legal family. My step father. My father. And my grandfather were all lawyers. And this woman had the geule to threaten security against me. Even the other customers looked disturbed. Even if it was just these 3 people and not myself, the sheer animosity towards homeless people is disgusting. I was buying them food. She probably didn’t know that, and believed I too was homeless despite wearing very nice clothes. As well as being clean. Please don’t make me bring you guys to court over this. So I am an employee at Dunkin’ Donuts in millsboro, DE (Dunkin’, 200 E Dupont Blvd, Millsboro, DE 19966) and I am tired of all the drama at work. I want to stay unknown for personal reasons. I am afraid to say that my managers are dating and I wouldn’t mind or care but it’s getting out of hand. They are always in the office arguing and even argue in front of all of us. I would really appreciate if someone could do something about this ASAP. The assistant manager is our store managers favorite and says nothing to her. She gets to do whatever she wants at work. It’s just not fair and if something isn’t done I will no longer work there it isn’t a safe or good environment.

On 5/9/2019 I was in Chesterfield Town center in Chesterfield, VA and stopped by the Dunkin Donuts near there (treat for myself cause this Jersey girl grew up on DD). I was so disheartened by how this was one lady was yelled at by her manager Jessie. I was so embarrassed for the young lady I felt I had to say something. I am a grown woman and would never speak to anyone, much less a young child, the way your ‘manager’ was speaking to her. With tears in her eyes you could see she was trying to not let fall, she was agreeable to what her manager was saying. I stepped in and asked if there wasn’t a more private way to reprimand an employee. Once Jessie realized her behavior was drawing the wrong attention, she stopped speaking and walked away. I will say this, I am very turned off by how this manager handled her employee and her level of customer service as all this was done in the earshot and view of diners. This experience has soured me to DD for a while…WAWA or Krispy Kream may get my business now.
To follow-up: I called the store and the manager’s name is Jessie Miles. She wears glasses and has a lot of tattoos. I have shared this experience with many people but I felt that I still needed to make corporate aware as well. I truly hope the young lady is still excited about working at DD and understands not all managers treat their people this way!
I haven’t gotten paid for my first/last week of work. It’s been 3 weeks since I shouldve gotten paid. My franchise owner won’t reach out to me and my store manager wont answer my calls and texts. This is sketchy and I’m sick of my pay being withheld from me.

My name is Tina Hodges. I feel the need to let you know that the Manager at your Brunswick Georgia Store is not keeping the store stocked. Your Brunswick Store is constantly loosing sales on daily bases, because of not keeping your stock full.
After questioning the cashier about always being out of chocolate milk, she stated to me that they are constantly running out of supplies, because the manger will not keep the stock like she is suppose too. I could tell that she was frustrated as well. The grounds look horrible. The driveway to the outside orders, has huge pot holes. That is a liability on your company.

I started working at Dunkin’ Donuts for almost 3 weeks now and I never had such a bad work experience in my life . They would bully me because I didn’t know how to make any drinks and it was my first day . They would yell at me when I made a little mistake on forgetting to put cream or sugar . He threatened to kick me out and yell at me in front of all the customers & even hit me in the face with the work phone because I didn’t wanna speak to the manager on what was going on because there was to many customers , I didn’t wanna put a show on for them , so I stood quiet , I left with my pride and now my manager called me accusing me of not doing my job and doesn’t wanna give me my last pay check . District Manager Cindy in the Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania area is rotten to the core. She is evil. If you want to know the details of the account for why I say that you can find a report filed with your customer care service people who took my report and complaint via the phone (March 2019). I have tried to alert the owner of the store on Main Street in Stroudsburg but I was told they can only let the owner know of the situation that happened and cannot guarantee that he will call me. I have since been to other local DD establishments and have asked who their District Manager is and of course, it is Cindy. I am told with deep sorrow how much even the employees can’t stand her and wonder know how she even got the position, they don’t know or understand why when no one likes her due to her mental abuse and attitude. I am also told that no one can even complain about her. It’s a waste of time complaining about her because all complaints just get back to her anyway and nowhere else further. No one sees these complaints. I would appreciate it if someone other than customer care or that evil, nasty, spiteful person you have hired as a District Manager to try and contact me. If she does try to contact me I will file a complaint with the state and government because in reality she not only violated my freedom of rights in that store but has threatened me while calling the cops to say that I have threatened her. Please have someone contact me in regards to returning items (coffee cups) that are defective, faulty and possible health hazards.
Hi, I’d like to make a complaint in part of my dad. My dad was entering into a location at 2147 S. Cicero Avenue, Cicero, IL, 60804 when he was going to make an order soon enough, but wanted to step into the bathroom before ordering. As my dad was walking towards the bathroom, he heard one employee talking to another employee and heard the saying, “can you open the bathroom door for your grandpa?”. Not only did my dad hear this, but they spoke in a different language, Spanish, thinking that he wouldn’t understand what they were saying. Not only was this offensive thinking he wouldn’t understand what they were saying about his age, but rather this is an act of ageism. Ageism can be considered for a lawsuit from our part and because of how he was treated, we are not going to stand down on this until someone gets reprimanded and even fired from this location for this prejudice that they created today, March 29, 2019 at around 3:50pm=3:55pm. This location has security cameras and these employees do not deserve to work at this location or any other location if this is what employee courtesy is. A lawsuit of ageism is a very serious thing and my family and I want action taken for this.

Store #351849 Washington, DC: 1700 K St NW Incorrect order- purchased a hot french vanilla latte. Went to work, realized it wasn’t correct- seemed to be no flavor of the French vanilla. I went back in the store and informed the staff. Manager decided to take the current cup and add french vanilla to the coffee. I told her she can’t do that and to please provide me a new coffee. She got an immediate attitude, It’s unsanitary and based on the Department of Health you can’t take back something from a customer and add to it. She created a scene and argued with me. Then went to tell her staff about me in an Ethiopian language. Instead of making a new coffee, she took another customer and decided to just have me wait. This occurred on March 28, 2019 @ 8:03 am at the 1700 K street NW location. This same manager was stationed at NOMA Dunkin Donuts. This is unacceptable from a manager. I would like to speak to the General or District Manager regarding my service received today.
I have been a DD customer for over 30 years, religiously. Three months ago I had to change my auto-reload car due to being compromised. The system would not reload. I called the Customer Service line more times than I can count. Every time the system indicated a “thirty minute or more” wait time. I waited several times and hing up after 40 minutes. Except for once. The guy that answered was nice enough but had no idea what the error message I received was. DO YOU TRAIN THESE PEOPLE?!?!?! If I have to send a screen shot of an error message that you created, something’s wrong. Al I want to do is reload my card! Your Customer Service at my store on Tilghman Road in Salisbury , Maryland is great. Your corporate Customer Service is horrible. Your website is inconsistent and not user friendly.

The purpose of this email is to address the deplorable service my family received at one of your Delaware locations. We stopped by Dunkin Donuts at the 1200 Pulaski Hwy, Bear, DE 19701 locations. We did not place a large order. My 9 year old daughter and 13 year old son ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese. The drinks were 1 sweet tea and 1 Coolatta. The server continued to ask about coffee which I did not order. I repeated the 2 drinks and she yelled, screaming in her native language. We pulled around to the window and she slammed the drink on the counter. She then glared into car with another family’s order in her hand as if she as waiting for me to pull off. We were not given the bagels. The gentleman working the window realized we had not received our complete order and handed me the bag of bagels. The poor service was too much to process and I pulled off. My daughter informed me that we never received the sweet tea. I returned to location and was served by another worker. I informed her we never received the sweet tea. She prepared it and walked away.
We have been in this community for 11 years and never received this type of treatment. When we resided in Pennsylvania (Twin Oaks) the treatment and approach was always impeccable and warm. People are entitled to have bad days but this was beyond “bad.” The woman working working the window at 11:20a.m. on 3.24.19 was unwarranted and needs to be addressed.

I just left dunking donuts in Egg Harbor, NJ….the overhead sign said $1.69 for small cup of coffee and I was charged $1.91 total really,? What’s going on in this location price gouging?
Im curious what you did to your coffee? The last 3 times my husband and I went to DD, our coffee was weak. Very weak. We ordered got mochas these 3 times and every time they tasted like somebody dumped a packet of Swiss Miss into half a gallon of water. It actually tasted like watered down hot chocolate that was made with water. Smh….we don’t go to Starbucks because of price- but I suppose if we want actual coffee in our cups, it’ll be worth the extra dollar or two.

I tried several times over the weekend to add money bit kept getting an error message, then I look at my bank account and the funds were taken!!! So now I have been charged to my bank account bit it is not showing on their app!! I have called twice and was on hold for a total of 3 hours with no response! I even e-mailed with no response!! How is this ok? They took my money and gave no credit!!! Now I can’t even order from them so they are loosing money too!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! TERRIBLE APP!!!! I WAS a loyal customer!!

How can an expresso machine be down for over a week? Is anyone aware of this? Are they even trying to get someone in to fix it? This is ridiculous! How can a coffee shop have a broken down expresso machine for that long??? How is this okay? Not to mention, this happens numerous times with this dunkin.. their machine is constantly breaking down and they dont get it fixed right away, ever, they always wait days to get it fixed. I work in customer service, the longest a machine at my job has been broken down is a day, at most two.. I never let anything stay broken because that will mess with my sales.

Dunkin’ Donuts in Gainesville Florida is atrocious with the managers Stephanie and the operating district manager guy or whatever he calls himself , this guys ego is so big that he thinks talking to all the girls and hitting on them all will get him laid even though he is married , his name is Jeremy cyr I have had employees tell me he has sent pictures of his private parts to them and he even attempts to cover it up by threatening to be fired … I feel bad for the employees whom have to work at these locations and he is a huge part of the corporation it just goes to show you that they do not care to reprimand or fire him and he has had many instances where he has done horrible things unspeakable .. makes you wonder why they have kept him around!!?? I have a lot of information on this as I am a past employee who bettered my career elsewhere due to poor pay and unpaid overtime . I also have media outlet connections and will make this known if he continues to be in charge I refuse to watch such despicable actions take place this guy has not been held accountable for things he has done in the past as well .. it really makes me wonder how he even came into such a higher position with the hate speech he has and the horrible things he has done .. I have had many encounters with him , Stephanie at 13th Street , Jessica cuppy, they’re all twisted individuals and some of the most unprofessional I’ve yet to see in retail . All the employees do is complain about the rvp Jeremy , complain about work environment , and treat the employees terribly . Something must be done to bring this guys actions to light . I have tried contacting persons and will keep pushing this issue until something is done and until I speak to the president and owners or I will take the matter to the media and news . Enough is enough , this man is going to ruin this business eventually and it’s a shame that owners or higher ups don’t see him as an issue almost as if they’re blinded but maybe it’s because he doesn’t have to report to anyone? Anyways I hope this brings some light into this area and some sort of investigation is done .

Yesterday I visited Dunkin donuts On West 12th street in millcreek pa. Being a regular that goes there between 4 to 5 times A-day I got the worst service ever I never even got served between 6 to 7 people standing around noticed that I was there they all know me and still never helped me This is so uncalled for that they just lost A regular client This is not the 1st time that they do this they’ve done it plenty of times to my husband they’ve given him cold coffee tasting like it was burnt. This happened between 350 and 4 o’clock yesterday 12-15-2018
In Gainesville va they are rude to there customers they never make the drinks right. They treat ther employees with no respect . They have rats and mice at all stores and they are not up to health care standards idk why they are still open at any place
I’ve never had good service at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Chamblee Georgia, and today was no exception. Outside of the building there was an ad on the window stating two dollar iced coffee I go in and order one and I am told that the sale was no longer effective despite the poster still being up. So this ensued any argument as to what was available and why they wouldn’t honor what they had posted. So I ended up getting something else and requested no Weiss. I forgot my drink it was about 3/4 icewhich I clearly had asked for no ice.
The manager of this location is absolutely horrible I’m surprise the frontline employees or even halfway friendly. That being said, all they wanna do is argue that I couldn’t get the two dollar drink that was posted.
So then I called corporate at their one 800 number and waited over 30 minutes and never got through to anyone, clearly showing just contempt for their customer base. I seriously doubt I’ll ever go back to another Dunkin’ Donuts ever in my entire life
I’m not sure who I need to write to get this but I was at Dunkin donuts located at 4410 FL-326, Ocala, FL 34482 and I can tell that some if your emplyees as well as a manger was high. You can’t tell but their eyes. How is that you all let this go on?! You all need to obviously look in to whom you hire because this is unacceptable as customer. Getting food from a employee is high is not my idea of good customer service. They’re obviously getting high while at work. Shameful!
I have a Dunkin Donuts across the street from my home, about 50 feet or so in Farmingdale NY Mettitts Rd. There dumpster is located about 50 feet away from their store. They just throw the garbage all over the place it fills over and the seagulls dive down and rip the bags open. The garbage pale outside the front door overflows with garbage. I took photo’s of this and went inside to speak with the manager. I spoke nice in the beginning and asked him why know one is emptying the pale. He first said he din’t have time and said the complex was to empty the garbage. The landscapers are there only twice a week, these are the people who empty the pales. I was worried about RATS in the neighborhood. The manager said so go call the owner of the building I don’t care. It seems because they do not live there it’s okay to do what they want.
Today I visited the Dunkin Donuts in Plattsburgh NY. I am very disappointed. I order a medium hot latte, they had it ready for me as soon as I pulled up to the window. I drove away and realized that the cup was only half full, and that it was ice cold. Obviously this had not been freshly made, and I paid full price, for half a latte that i couldnt even drink. NOT HAPPY with Dunkin right now. I’d rather go get coffee at McDonald’s at this point.

Dunkin Donuts By the loop in Kissimmee Fl HAS TO BE THE WORST! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Manager is very unprofessinal and talks to her employess like trash. I just visited the dunkin in sharon hill pa on 1100 chester pike. I went to use the restroom before ordering which was the worst mistake ever. As soon as i walked in mind you i was in flip flops, my feet got soaked by a huge flood of toilet water feces and urine. That bathroom was beyond nasty , mind you now its all over my feet and bottom of my pants. When i went to the counter to inform someone the lady seemed like she didnt understand what i was saying nor cared. So i left. Why would i order from a Restaurant that has bad services and a nasty store in general.

09/22/2018 My Husband and I went to the Dunkin Donuts off of Spring Street in Racine, Wi. I went through the drive through, as the lady came on the intercom she asked ‘how many I help you?’ I kindly responded, ‘one moment please’ – so I can look over the menu as I did not know what I wanted. She responded, ‘ughhh today is going to be a long day’ then left her mic on so we can hear her using profanity about the customers in front of us. Once returned, I said, ‘I would like one medium French vanilla Macchiato & one large French vanilla Macchiato, both hot’. She responded, ‘ two cold French vanilla macchiato except one is large’ I said, ‘ no’ repeated the order back. She yelled at me and said ‘ that is what I said’ so loud it sounded like the speaker was blown. I proceeded to apologize thinking maybe I heard her wrong?? But then she cut me off and told me the price and to follow forward. By this time I just wanted to leave the line, but my husband said to follow through. As approaching the window. I gave her a twenty dollar bill, she went to repeat the order again, she said it wrong again. I said, ‘no two hot French vanilla macchiatos’ at this time, I could care less the size. She cut me off again and said, ‘two macchiatos’ and shut the window.. when she approached with my change, she literally threw my change to me, dropping all of my change on the floor. Now I am fuming, another young nice gentleman brought us the proper drinks & looked at me as if he was suffering in there as we can still hear her cussing out other customers. I found out her name was Krystal. As we left, my husband called the store and asked to speak to the manager as he wanted to report her behavior. Come to find out, KRYSTAL IS THE MANAGER. We honestly hung up the phone is disgust. I will never ever be back at this Dunkin Donuts. I am so very disappointed in the behavior from your workers that takes place here.

I would just like to say that I came down on vacation to visit my daughter and her husband with my granddaughter and we were so surprised to find out that they both work at the Dunkin Donuts in kissimmee FL (Disney) and they did excellent job with getting our food out to us fast. The store was very clean. Had very nice customer service and their names are Victoria Howell and Daniel Howell. We will definitely be back down to that Dunkin Donuts next year. Great job to my daughter and her husband.
My daughter worked for Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins on 701 S Kings Drive in Charlotte, NC for the entire Summer and for whatever reason payroll committed the mistake of direct depositing another employee’s paycheck to my daughter’s bank account simply because they had the same first name. We have waited over a week for them to take the funds back out of the account it was direct deposited into but they did not. Now they are asking her to pay to get a certified check and mail it back to their payroll department instead of just taking it back out of the same account it was deposited into? This is unacceptable since as a minor, she does not have a checking account, it’s a prepaid card for minors to receive their paychecks via direct deposit and she should not have to pay out of pocket to correct the error their payroll department committed. I have asked multiple times for them to withdraw the money back out of the same account since it has remained untouched since the day she was notified they direct deposited the funds to her account in error HOWEVER they are unwilling to acknowledge the fact that this is unfair and inconvenient to us, when the mistake was made by THEM not by us. I am most willing to return the funds either in person by swiping the card or just take it back out of the account but this inconvenience is not fair to us, therefore, I will be escalating this complaint as high as I can till we resolve this matter in the most convenient manner for all parties involved.

I went to the newest Dunkin in Elkhart, Indiana to get one of their iced coffee that is offered at a discounted price after 2 pm. until close. I went around 7ish and was totally dumbfounded to see them just throwing the donuts in the trash. I don’t know why they would do that. I believe that they should have boxed or bagged them up and taken them to the homeless shelter. Just throwing them away is appalling!!!!!
I wanted to vent my concern that your current manager at the dunkin on union st in new Bedford was leaving for a new career. Annie runs a terrific store with a lot of foot traffic, and she handles it like a well oiled machine. I wanted to let corporate know that they are losing a great manager and wanted to recommend you do whatever it takes to keep her on your team.

My husband and I get our daily coffee at the DD location on Lynnfield Street in Lynn, MA. It’s a drive-thu only. Frequently we’ll go in the evening and get black coffee for the morning. My husband has a heart condition and can only drink decaf coffee. Once in a while we’ll be told that they have to brew a pot of decaf and we’ll have to wait, that’s certainly fine. Also we’ll have the person at the window say it’s decaf and after my husband drinks it he’s realize it’s not. You can’t tell by tasting it, but after he has palpatations and he does not feel comfortable. This past Saturday he drank his coffee suppostedly decaf, which was not. He had palpatations and his heart was racing. He wound up in the hospital and the doctor said the caffeine could have attributed to this. I contacted the DD location on Lynnfield Street and they couldn’t or wouldn’t give me the franchise owner information, The employees at the window should be aware that drinking decaf is not so much a choice but a necessity. I would appreciate it if someone would contact me to resolve this instance.

I ordered the chicken croissant I asked for No Bacon No cheese I Got my order hopped into my car and drove 5 minutes away to work. When I got there and opened my order there was melted cheese in there. So I called them to let them know that they messed up my order. She then asked me to hold, then she came back on the phone and said, the person that made it said she did not put cheese on my sandwich.

The Dunkin’ Donuts here in Marshalltown, IA continuously gets my order wrong. Their customer service at the drive-thru is inconsistent, at best. I requested a decaf coffee, and when I asked the young man at the window if it was decaf, he asked if it tasted like decaf…..I understand that maybe ordering a decaf coffee isn’t the norm, however, it’s offered on the menu, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who ever orders it.
I’m highly disappointed in the customer service I received at DD today. I ordered a large, iced pistachio latte with an extra shot of espresso and the drink I received was so bitter I couldn’t even drink it. The guy told me that’s what espresso is supposed to taste like. I told him a drink it everyday and I should know how it’s supposed to taste. No one offered to remake my drink, just argue with me. I had to ask for my money back. I went to the next nearest DD and they made my drink perfect! Guess what? It wasn’t bitter! It’s ridiculous the people you hire aren’t even coffee drinkers.

I go to DD every morning and have been doing so as long as they have been around . Since the introduction of the latte to DD’s I’ve been ordering one EVERY day it is very rarely ever made correctly and they aren’t cheap !!!! For 4.50 I expect it to be full to the top and made correctly!!!! On several occasions when my latte is made incorrectly and I ask for it to be fixed I get attitude and I find more often than not your employees are not trained in how to make a latte a macchiato or anything that isn’t a “regular” coffee. The attitudes that I encounter when asking to fix an error that I didn’t make are awful ! My husband just picked up a latte for me and it is 2 1/2″ from the top and I haven’t take a sip. 340 x 4.50 is over 1,500.00 in a year on lattes that 7/7 days is made incorrectly. Why do I keep going? I always hold out that it will be made correctly (with the “milk” poured over the spoon) and it is FULL to the top! I have emailed the address listed at the DD’s for customer service and never heard back from anyone – I have spoken to several different “managers” with no satisfaction – actually several of them are included in the ones making it wrong!
Your employees job is to make coffee and they should do it correctly – it’s their job! Whether it is the morning rush or mid day it should be done correctly every time!!!!!

Lattes are made with a certain amount of milk and espresso and whatever comes out of the machine for milk, is what they can use, otherwise it’s a waste of milk, especially for you. The new protocol for making lattes as of 2006, is to pour the milk straight into the cup, not over the spoon, because you don’t get all of the foam from the spoon. If you weren’t living in 1938, you’d know this. 🙂

I work at a Dunkin’ Donuts franchise in Gibsonton Florida. I just want to say they DO NOT value employees and treat our employees right. We have had discrimination and smart remakes toward the people who have worked there since I have worked there. We have recently gotten a new manager who is everything in the book besides a manager , doesn’t know floor work , barely knows employees names , and has fired people based on there sexuality interest and other discriminations. I have worked here for about a year and some months now and I absolutely think it’s easy work and quick paste. I however am sad to have a manager and a corporate runner by people who do not care about any employees and only protect each other no matter how bad these aligagions have gotten towards the manager and high ups. If you live in this area I recommend not to come here because of such low quality in how they treat staff and some customers. If you’re reading this comment please help us !!!

Great wolf lodge New England in Massachusetts, they have a dunkin donut inside of it and I was trying to pay for what I ordered and this employee came from the back and took someone else’s order while I was trying to pay and i told her that was rude that i was trying to pay for my stuff and she said the guy that was tending to me didn’t tell her but she snatched the pay machine from him. Then I told her she snatched it when he was going to put my information and she said I was being rude and I didn’t have to eat there and it’s that simple. I told her my drink was not even made yet and the following guest after me already had her drink and paid and all. Then I asked for the manager and she said I could get security if I wanted. The manager was literally standing there the whole time we were going back and forth and did not say anything. THE MANAGER SHOULD NOT BE MANAGER EITHER.
Dublin donut lake city GA has a terrible service I waited over 20 min they saw me in the front counter I asked if someone worked there and nobody bothers to answer.then they said that they would be with me in a sec and the second passed and nobody came.i left the place empty handed.this is very bad for the company.
The service is deplorable. I work as a customer servant, and in my industry, the customer is the most important person. I know that without customers, there would be no paycheck for the owner/staff. It’s takes over 15 minutes to get a simple order when there is no one in the store and there are 7/8/ people on duty.
The staff is complacent and believe that they are doing the customers a favor/charity.

Why do you always get it wrong. No one listens to the customer. I go twice a day and the only way to get my coffee right is to order it without cream and add it myself or I will wind up with a white coffee and no matter how many times I ask for anything extra toasted or toasted well done it’s like they don’t toast it at all. The servers are rude and under trained. I guess when you’re the only game in town you can treat people this way.
I went to a DD in Port Authority in NYC ask for Ice coffee and received a coffee with ZERO ice. Whe I asked where the Ice was they said there Ice coffee come with no ice.

This Location has the Worst Customer Service! I purchased a coffee that tasted Terrible and called to complain and was told to come back and get a replacement . I went back the next day and even though they had my information from the person I spoke to they wouldn’t give me the coffee because it wasn’t authorized. Really !? This location sucks the service is slow and they were also using Christmas Cups in February . I wont go back! .

Dunkin donuts in Lumberton NC off of Roberts Ave should change the entire shift manager, manager crew… The manager is sloppy looks like she is on something and treats her crew with no respect… She smokes weed does pills and has sex with guys for money to wash her clothes and to get her weed cigarettes and liquor she gets high with a girl named Mary chavis, sarah, and also the weed man goes through the drive threw he also provides the pills the manager rashauna downey also gets her pills from a girl that used to work at the store her name is Michelle.. the manager hangs with a couple girls out side of work that’s why a couple of mornings the store wasn’t open on time because your manager wouldn’t wake up her employees had to drive to her house to get her up some mornings she wouldn’t even get up… Drug test your manager……

Was accosted by people standing INSIDE the store asking for spare change, and theowner? Or manager? When told just shrugged his shoulders.
Went in to a DD on a Sunday morning to find Half dozen people sleping on the cars and tables .
Was actually asked if I would leave a tip for the “ good service “ I had received. I got a medium black coffee! You need a tip to do your Job?
More and more I am stopping at Royal Farms, WAWA, and Sheetz, DD is getting ridiculous with their louzy operation.
I was recently a employee at Dunking Donuts at busy st in Richmond va.. While working there I seen & heard things you wouldn’t normally see at work. My first time working there was a evening shift from 6-10.. && I came in contact with roaches, my manger Josh who I informed told me to not worry about it, after getting in contact with my District manager Sammy they would call her she didn’t care either.. I contacted the health department & was shortly fired.. the store has had customer complaints so this wouldn’t be the first time.. they shorted my check 20 hours because I called the health department I have threading text from other employees & I was called fat by my store manager at this location. Other things I witnessed were drugs being sold thru the window, employees smoking illegal substances at work on the clock, other employees leaving while on the clock. But I have been let go, since I spoke up. Please if you read this I need to find BUSY ST dunking in Richmond va
I have a complaint about one of your locations. Duncan Donuts located at 2035 Bartow Ave in Bronx New York. A homeless man frequents this location causing customers to leave. You are losing business. I have complained and the answer i get is that he is human and is welcomed in the store. My concern is this person could be carrying parasites, bed bugs, lice etc. This is a health concern because food is served. Also this person is allowed to use the restroom. If this practice is not looked into, you lost my business.
Went to Dunkin in Washington. PA. The franchise was NOT busy. Elderly cashier had no idea how to scan my phone for a free coffee or to take payment from my phone. Manager would not assist because she said that she was too busy. There were only several donuts made and one muffin. Merry Christmas…im so glad that i got a gift card for Dunkin 🙁

I am writing because i pick up a vanilla chai tea every morning from 2 locations. 901 W State Rd 84 Ft Lauderdale, Fl 33315 & 5021 SR 7, Davie, FL 33314. The 1 in Davie the girls are so great and quick and friendly. The 1 in State Rd 7 are not friendly at all and they never say good morning and the total of your purchase. I was there this morning and i ordered a vanilla chai tea, that does not taste like my regular tea and my maple bacon croissant is burned. I can not go back to get it exchanged. I go through the drive thru on the State Rd 84 store due to it’s closer to my job. I work withe the public and answer phones all day long. And i have learn that you should treat people like you would like to get treated. With respect and it feels like us the customers are bothering the employees by going to that store. (State Rd 84) I think they need a training on customer service and drive thru.
I attempted to contact DD via phone on 2 separate occasions regarding issues with my Rewards Card and DD app and was on hold for a total for 1hr 15 minutes. After 2 unsuccessful phone attempts, I attempted to contacted them through the “Contact Us” form on their website. I explained the issue, requested a refund and left my email address and DD Perks Number in the form. This occurred on Wed., Oct 25th.
On Thur, Oct 26th, I discovered that 6 DD Rewards Cards had been loaded with $50 each with and additional 8 Rewards Cards had been linked to my account. I received a total of 14 emails from DD at 1:35 AM confirming the above transactions. I horrified to learn that I had been bilked for $300 after reaching out to DD for a $5 refund.
I spent a total of 2 hours on the phone with DD on Thursday morning to suspend all activity on each of the cards and I had to close my own rewards account in the process to ensure no further breaches. I am convinced that someone within DD stole my information and forwarded it to an private party to have these rewards cards loaded. I was told the cards were loaded in MA and I live in the Mid-West. DD has totally violated my trust and I will never entrust them with my financial information again.
Good morning to whom it may concern; my complaint is for a quality of life issue. I am a senior citizen who lives in a residential neighborhood. The Dunkin Doughnuts on 1540 Commercial St in Weymouth, Mass every morning get’s their delivery of supplies at 2 AM in the morning . The noise of unloading the truck and people talking is disturbing because it is so quiet that the sound they make travels and the disturbance wakes me up out of a deep sleep too early in the morning that I cannot get back to sleep? Can they change and get their delivery of supplies during regular business hour i.e. 9AM to PM? Please do something about this because it is affecting my health!!!!!

I have been into multiple dunkin donuts and every single time my order is always wrong. I went in today because i had ordered a Plain Bagel, Toasted with butter. I had however recieved a nontoasted bagel with butter smeered to one side of the bagel. I walked back into the store and had said “can i please have a toasted bagel with butter this one is not toasted at all” i was given a dirty look by the manager who did not come over to talk to me at all, i watched them all look at the receipt which clearly stated “plain bagel, TOASTED, BUTTER” and i was given a toasted bagel with NO butter at all. I discovered this as i was walking out of the store, i did not go back into the store because i realized that this company promotes incompetent individuals. I would lile this matter to be delt with because this is not the first store that has done this. It seems that every store i order this same bagel from does the same thing.

Writing to you in reference to your West Havastraw NY location! I frequent this location daily, and find it one of the more disgusting locations! The store is just plain DIRTY! Apparently the franchisee has no concept of cleanliness! The bathrooms are disgusting, and are in need of a severe cleaning! This would be understandable to a point but with the time of day being early morning hours one would expect it to have been cleaned from the previous day??
The service area behind the counter on occasion looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks…
Maybe it’s time for a surprise visit from “Corporate??”

ever since i started to ask questions about certain things here in poughkeepsie i havent been able to get a good cup of coffee ask for no sugar get sugar the cashier taking 4 to six people before me every morning so when i had enough i started filming them. after that i get a call from the police dept saying i am harassing the employees and that someone who i dont know had made a complaint and that was in 2014 i go to other dunkins in town and the bad service continued untill about a month ago. i still leave a tip and hope for better. i will let u know if things change.
Dunkin Donuts..which is commonly known as Junkie Dunkies on Montello st in Brockton is the worst establishment Ive ever frequented. It always takes 20 minutes to get outta there. Lately Ive been dealing with the dopehead manager serving watered down coffee. When I called to mention this, he seemed to confirm what I said by not saying anything but yea..bring it back..we’ll make another one!? Ummm, no, Im not letting you give me another watered down coffee as you make extra money to stick dope in your veins. Gimme MY money Back. I can get a large coffee for 99 cents at Cumbys that tastes better now…Smdh.
Heyy I’ve worked for the Dunkin doughnuts in Milford CT 1338 Boston Post road briefly and I was not paid for my time there. The manager would have me come in for shifts and then when I asked about my pay she would always give me the run around. I have a complaint about a Manager.
This morning I went to the Tara Blvd, Jonesboro, GA store. I only ordered two items and gave my order three times , and the woman with an Indian accent on the speaker still did not get my order. I started speaking loudly so she could hear me and she had the nerve to get angry with me and told me to get off the line. I asked for the Manager and she said that she was the Manager. If she is the Manager, she has poor customer service, rude and an incompetent employee.
Dunkin Donuts in Palatine IL on Rand and Dundee Road close before time. Last night also it was 9:40ish and door was closed and when i called the person said we have to count boxes and our close time is 10pm but we cannot help and come thru drive thru. These people are ridiculous and have no customer service.
While vacationing in ME on July 7, 2017, I left my DD Perks card at the drive through of one of the DD stores in Portland ME. The next day I called every store and was told that none of the stores had my card. I emailed the customer service office and received little to no satisfaction. I was told to call back Monday to have my card deactivated. The day after my return to Florida I realized three auto reloads for exactly $25 had been processed with my DD card. I’ve called, tried to escalate to management and have really gotten nowhere with this issue. I was told the only way to recoup my money is via a dispute with my bank, which I have initiated.
My big concern is that no one at DD is taking this seriously. One or more of your employees has stolen $25 directly from my checking account 3 times. This is fraud. I want to know what DD is doing to investigate these thieves who work for you. How will I be compensated? Have you any idea what I have gone through because of your dishonest employees?
More importantly, I do not think this matter has been taken seriously, based on my conversations with customer care and the canned email responses I have received. I have received a new Dunkin Donuts perk card but I am hesitant to link it to my bank account.
Tried to call customer service, held then a recording said due to technical issues call could not be taken Then tried to email on the DD site … email would not go thru. Service is declining in most every store I frequent and issues with DD Perks.
Update, just tried calling customer service again and the recording said the wait time was OVER 30 minutes. It is no surprise the stores are suffering if HQ is also this bad.
I worked at dunkin dounts and i got fired for a hear say… Then when i went to pick up my last pay check they said that i couldnt get my last paycheck. Now they are saying i worked 35 hours for free…. I turnned the store i worked at in to labor board and pest control.

Dunkin Donuts is one of the most poorly-managed corporations in the world. There is not one location that has employees who care about their jobs or the customers. Instead of hiring ten idiots to wander around behind the counter for minimum wage, the so-called ‘leaders’ need to hire four competent employees and pay them more. I went to Dunkin Donuts on the Post Road in Milford, CT today and this tall, skinny man with his underwear showing walked up to wait on me after I stood there for five minutes without even being noticed by one of the seven employees pretending to work. When he finally came over to me, he said nothing. He just stood there. He could not figure out where the iced tea was on the register and he had to go in the back and get another employee to help him. I handed him several dollar bills and 87 cents to pay and he was unable to count the change. He then stood at the counter scratching his hair and then proceeded to wait on me. I refused the drinks I ordered from him. He was so stupid, he didn’t realize that he had been digging in his filthy hair. There is no supervision or management at any DD location and these employees are nothing but disgruntled underpaid employees who think the world owes them something. I’m sorry but the majority of the people hired by this company are incompetent, dirty slobs and I can no longer stand going there. Also, they need to tell their employees to stop assuming every customer wants sugar in coffee. My friend has diabetes and often receives coffee with sugar in it after telling employees to NOT put sugar in her coffee. No one knows how to listen and I think many of the employees hate Caucasians so they give horrible service to them. Although Starbucks hires a lot of idiots, I think I’d be better off going there from now on.
I had written to the local area rep regarding the poor service I have been receiving over the last couple of month at not 1 but 2 locations in Gastonia NC (both are on New Hope Rd) several different complaints. She assured me that she was going to address the issues. I continued to go to the locations everyday and the issues continued . The area rep sent me 2 coupons 1 for a free coffee and 1for a free sandwich. Yesterday I went through the drive through and ordered a large ice coffee (which the coupon was for) when I got to the window I was told the coupon would not be honored. This pissed me off I handed the drink back and told her to keep the damn coupon and would not be returning. I have also notified the local rep was given the reply just asking which coupon was not honored not an apology or anything. I informed her which one and said it don matter cause I will not return there again and will also spread the word on social media of the lack of customer service that is provided at these two locations.

Went during my lunch break went to the drive thru sat in line for 10 mins when i FINALLY got to where u plqce order he told me to wait a minute..finally placed my order…when i gpt to the window i asked if they were napping..he said they might have been..i said i had been waiting 10 mins..told me i was full of and it i didnt like it , to come in instead of drive thru!! I said excuse me.? Which he slammed the window shut and walked away!! I knocked on the window and he looked at me and told me to go away !!..

I’m about to go the news if this isn’t handled properly and by the looks of it it’s not.. what they’re letting go on in there restaurants that obviously nobody looks at cameras or anything is crazy so they might just learn the hard way like everyone else.

Well after Dunkin’s Regional V.P. wouldn’t disclose how Dunkin is addressing the rudenss with which they treat Police Officers, I blew by their Publix Coffee display at the local Publix Grocery Store on Hendersonville Road. I also told the Manager of the Store why I wouldn’t be purchasing any more Dunkin Coffees. One small step for mankind. Tired of these employees bringing their politics to work. I was in Human Resources for over 30 years. The two Fortune 500 companies that I worked for would NOT allow this type of inconceivable behavior. If BLM wants to make another statement such as “Pigs in a Blanket, Fry’um like Bacon” and “What do you want? Dead Cops…When you want them? Now” and have Dunkin associated with THAT…so be it. I’m OUT!

I pulled up to drive thru so much laughter & shouting I had to repeat my order 3 times , still given wrong price at window. Guy didn’t know how to make drink “coolata” then didn’t know how to change wrong entry in register ahhhhh. These young folks have NO manners. Now corporate has removed my 1st favorite drink “Chai latte”, the give u some sort of pk g’day powered crap like our MRE’s in the military. Today 5/11/2017 they removed my favorite daily hazelnut coffee coolata. They say it changed style huh…I puked when I took a sip down the road and dumped it down the drain. What a mucked up mess! I’ve had bad coolata’s made with root beer, ice cream & more freaky things the service folks put together. But Paul Reynish – Chief Marketing Officer you are responsible for this! Cutting corners at the risk of losing customer’s is all you got here. As a disabled veteran I’ve always enjoyed my time with my family at DD, but NO more I don’t like that you have forgotten the old ways & the old timers when things were simple and taste good.

The Dunkin Donuts on Aramingo Ave. In Philadelphia’s Port Richmond neighborhood is a joke. We went there with several people at Midnight on a Saturday night and they didn’t have a single donut for sale! They only had bagels. What a farce. What a joke. What a travesty. This place should be closed. Outrageous. They call themselves a donut shop and yet they did not have a single donut for sale. What? What? They said “Oh we no longer make them on the premises. We have to wait until a delivery in the morning.” What? In the meantime they had an ENTIRE night to go through with ZERO donuts!!!!!!!

So I been waiting for this report to be written on shift leader @ 23 E Baltimore Ave Lansdowne , PA 19050 from long time. but today was the day . So I’m employee at this dunkin Donut working . I would Like to make a complaint on shift leader Aklima (Liama) she doesn’t know what she is doing on her post to be true !! she argue for no reason and talk behind employes in different language which can’t be understand. Since Our manager is on vacation she is incharge for temporary , she basically yells @ employe when they ask for Off on certain days because of some personal emergencies . We been tolerating her for 1 month now , so before I even make a complaint here I did inform the area-manager but it seems that person is also on her side doesn’t even care to reply message. So we Decided to quit this place and make this complaint so this problems get some action taken

I am very angry, great coffee and Tea. Etc. But.. I hate that every Dunkin Donuts I stop in, in Haverhill Ma, I get charged a different price for the same size ice tea. There are 11 DD in my city. Its all DUNKIN DONUTS WHY ARE WE GETTING RIPPED OFF ! I am frustrated and thinking about not buying 1 to 3 drinks a day anymore. This sucks!!

Dunkin donuts in martinsburg wv is the worst of all… They talk smart to their costomers and my wake up wrap came out wet cold and soggy… Then our order had hair in the donuts … The managers should actually do something abt this and watch out more who they hire..
I’m very disappointed and discussed with the entire DD corporation! Myself and many people I know (friends and colleagues) have allergies to dairy, soy, almonds etc. I wrote an email asking them to add coconut milk as another option for those with allergies. They replied “Though we appreciate your time and effort, we cannot accept or review unsolicited
ideas. I am sorry if this is a disappointment.”

I had terrible experience at one their location in Washington DC this morning. I am frequent customer and always make a stop at most of the stores in metro D.C. Area on my way to work. I have never had an issue until this morning when I stopped at the one on 2300 Washington place N.E Washington DC. I wanted to purchase my breakfast sandwich but the line was too long, then I tried to use the restroom because I wanted to urinate so bad. The cashier refused to let me use the restroom until I purchased something. I was confused because you are not supposed to force your customer to purchase something before he or she had to use the restroom. I begged the cashier because I nearly urinate in my pant and she refused and told me to stand in line, purchase something before I can use the restroom. I left and drove to McDonald’s where I was able to use the restroom and got my breakfast.
I don’t know if this is a franchise policy or just this location because you guys just lost me as a customer. I am sure am not the only one they have treated this way. Good luck!

The manager at the Antiquity Village, (Cornelius, N.C.) Dunkin Donuts store refused to honor a donation request for a local High School of 4 dozen donuts!

Wow, after reading these reviews it looks like DD has very serious problems everywhere. I received a sandwich with paper on it at the Stafford Rd location in Plainfield, IN. It appeared to be the paper between two slices of cheese. Not a huge deal but the response we got when we went in was surprising. It was not “can we make you another” or “can we refund your money”, it was “well I guess you don’t want another one” which was followed by “What do you want, all my money?”. We’ll never go back as a matter of fact won’t even buy DD pods for our Keurig. To be fair they did ask us if we wanted another one or our money back after we asked for the district managers phone number. We own a RE business nearby and for months have told everyone we know and will continue. In addition reached out to corporate, the lady was nice and we received an email… not phone call from the district manager stating they would share this in their next business meeting… Pretty much “sorry now go away”. Very Disappointed
My 15 year old daughter was working at Dunkin Donuts until she was basically forced to quit. The manager and shift leaders constantly made fun of her and was even assaulted by one of their shuft leaders. The one that assaulted her ended up resigning but gave two weeks notice and was put in the schedule with my daughter! On the shiftbleaders last shift she walked out before her shift was over which left my daughter in the store by herself to deal with customers and store responsibilities until the manager was able to get there. Recently, they rehired the shift leader who assaulted my daughter and promised they wouldn’t schedule them together. My daughter has a learning disability and the manager would harass her to hurry up and rush her to the point where she would cry. The other shift leader would call her “chicken legs” and “stupid gringa”. Additionally, there is a motel a few doors down from the store and they allow the town junkies to do their drugs in the bathroom. My child was instructed to clean up the bathroom and pick up the used heroin needles that were on the bathroom floor! And I should mention, they break every child labor law. The manager scheduled her til 11pm on school nights and would make her work 10 hour shifts on school nights. What a horrible experience for a 15 year old kid.
I have a big issue with management in ct, they tell employees that if they are sick or have a medical issue they are fired. They didn’t even ask for a drs note or better yet a note from the emergency dept.. not legal!! What if that was their family member???
Recently I worked at a Dunkins where they force their employees to come in when they are sick and the managers do not do anything at all and leave hours before the end of their shift on literally a daily basis and also treat their employees like dog crap.
I was very displeased with the Dunkin Donuts in Wrightstown, NJ. I went in there in the morning and was treated very poorly and ignored by a guy who was behind the register on his cell phone.
My husband and I have known a employee who after years of hiding her double secret lifestyle has now became MANAGER of a location in Temple PA. My husband has a son with her and it is known PROOF the Manager Marleneen Noecker is a pill junkie opiate user thank you no drug test have ever been performed on her and that’s a crime nowadays normal people can’t get real jobs because of drug addicts in her free time it uses the website of her WiFi at the store to locate men for sex and she became management how did this happen and nobody is concerned that she might slip a pill in your coffee

I go to the Dunkin Donuts on 20th and Sheridan in Edgewater, Colorado almost every morning and I love the employees there they are fast and efficient with spunky personalities…. good way to start my day everyday!

Im having the same issue in paducah kentucky. I used to work there months before they brought a new general manager in. My girlfriend at the time would come visit me and he started to convince her hes better than me in any way. Anywho he fired me and hired her so she could leave me. Needless to say shes recieved multiple promotions and raises due to favoritism and now they live together. They run that store like a personal playground and Ive had multiple friends quit or walk out due to management. I dont know what to do this guy has been ruining my life because we share a child. I dont feel like he deserves to abuse his authority like that as a general manager it disgusts me that people like that have jobs like that. Oh yeah AND he has been convicted of criminal sexual abuse of a minor (15) when he was 33 and working up towards chicago illinois at another dunkin donuts. I feel like something needs to be done about him because its not right. His name is allen swierk by the way.
Hi. I am so disgusted and pissed off, once again at the treatment in the Cliffside Park, NJ location! There was a reason not only myself have stopped going in there, but others. The employees are nasty and have attitudes, but the manager is worse! They talk about you, and they are horrible! If there wasn’t a promo regarding the refills I wouldn’t be going in there. This is not the first time people have complained. You have got to do something about these people!
I work at Dunkin Donuts in Naugatuck , Ct ….. I have a manager whom speaks to her employees in a demeaning manor, who at all times makes her staff feel like we are a problem … It to a point of where none of want to contact her to ask a question , let her know we need something…there is a problem …. She yells at the staff in front of who ever is there .. wether it’s your peer or customers , making us feel belittled … If she is in a mood she will slam and throw items … it’s to the extent that customers take notice … Many of our co workers have quit because they could not take it any longer … All these sues have been taken to our Human Resources manager and he brushed it off and said he didn’t want to be involved … we felt reprimanded as we did something wrong .. And we’re told we were replaceable … Why should we have to come into a work environment that is hostile and uncomfortable… or be made to feel if we don’t like it then to leave our job …. I am sure this is not the environment the Dunkin Donuts corporation want to have …. Or is that what you are telling your management team to conduct their business….
I had this same problem in bessemer al. No training and on 2nd day got hollered at 4 messin up. Now i was on schedule 4 next wk the other day now i am off with no explanation
your sun city center location says stays open till 11pm and website, it does not, it closes at 10pm which is false information. been there 2 now at 10 closed. either correct or loose costumers. i’m with big company and don’t like ied to. its called false information or fase advertisement.

hi, i was employed at Dunkin Donuts in Glen Allen, Virginia. The West broad st location. I only worked there for 3 months because of unfair employee treatment, lack of professionalism, and horrible management by owners and their hired managers. They would always point out and talk among other employees while I wasn’t there, complain and take negatively about my working skills and would schedule me to work with out notifying me. They also over worked me . I first told the owner the day of my interview and wrote it on my application the days and hours I was able to work because I am a senior in high school, which is my most critical year getting ready for college. i was aware that we were slightly understaffed so i was trying to comply and be reliable but it got to overbearing. my last straw was when i came into work and i didn’t see my name on the schedule for then next week of work. this went on for five weeks. i asked the manager and she told that julie ( the manager) made the schedule and when i finally got in touch with her she told me that the manager makes the schedule. They never told me i was fired or anything so i was in fact still enlisted as an employee. i wasn’t given any communication, they weren’t answering phones calls or texts. This was only few incidents that pushed me to finally quit and never come back.
I had just about the same experience! I worked at the Dunkin on Clinton st in Springfield VT they were Scheduling me to work hours I couldn’t the manager yelling at me in front of customers being called in on my days off I had to fight for breaks being treated like a slave when nobody else would do there job I had to do it… bagel and donut pull portions cleaning everything! those are only a few of the problems I reached out to the director & the district manager and nothing changed so I ended up walking out in the middle of my shift… I would never ever work there again and I will make damn sure I tell everyone I know not to ever work there. They treat there employees like crap!!

Two times in the Key West Dunkin Donuts and they where out of items. I cant belive that DUNKIN DONUTS would ever be out of ‘GLAZED DONUTS”. I asked for a croissant and they where out, then the donuts topped it off. Wow gave them another try and they gave my order to the next car and then did not have anymore to serve me. Needs new management and inventory control person. What a shame!
The Dunkin Donuts on Market St Paterson NJ is horrible. The management is unacceptable because he talks to the employees and customer disrespectfully. He even goes as far as putting his finger in your face. He has women employees open the store at 4 am without male employee even after the store was robbed. He will insists one employee consistently open at 4 without being fair across the board of employees. He has an outside blower that he uses to the clean out the vents. SafeServe policy DOES NOT nor will NEVER use a blower to clean a food establishment.
I have always been a big fan of Dunkin donuts until today when I walked in and placed my order. Which was a bagel twist with egg white and cheese. Then the lady which was taking my order then tells me “Do you know how hard it is to cut that bagel” I then looked at her with a confusion, I had to ask again you can’t cut the bagel she replied “no” This is the last time i will ever enter a Dunkin. Them bagels are extremely hard to cut they do not fit into the bagel slicer , so now we have a butter knife or a huge bread knife to try and cut it in half more then half the staff I work with have cut themselves trying to appease a persistent customer … From my understanding they were never meant to be cut to begin with
Yesterday, 12/29 I was at Logan Airport heading back to California. It was about 4:30 am when I stopped at the Dunkin Donuts in terminal B for a coffee, a coffee cake muffin ( for my flight later in the am) and a Turkey,Sausage egg flatbread for my breakfast with my coffee. The gate was just around the corner and two gates from the Dunkin shop. I sat down to have my breakfast sandwich at the gate. Unwrapped it, took a bite and it was COLD! Couldn’t eat it. unbagged my muffin to have at least something before I fly and the muffin seemed to be at least a day old! Bad experience all around and nothing to eat to top if off! Walked back to the shop but the line was way to long to wait since my flight would be boarding in minutes. For your info to verify my story the transaction # is 1278336, register 1, cashier Adriana. It would benefit you to perhaps retrain the staff there as to food prep!
Now I understand why when I call the complaint number on the front door of the store there is no one to answer and the voicemail is full. Still to this day the voicemail is still full. Every comment above is not a good comment. I went to a Dunkin Donut on Pleasant Hill in Kissimmee, FL near Bellalago at 9:30 am Christmas Day to purchase a dozen donuts and there was only 8 types to choose from. I asked if they had more in the back and they said no. I told him you guys opened at 7:30 am and 2 hours later you barely have donuts. What happens when these finish? Your employee responded “we have none left then”.

I worked at a DD for 3 weeks. The two managers there were father and daughter. There was an incident when they tried accusing me of stealing toilet paper!!!! Which was not tbe case. I call in for my schedule two days after they both tried accusing me and the manager says I am fired. They gave me no reason just said a lot of reasons and if they need me they will call me. I am very offended and believe there is a much greater issue. At least 5 people there are relatives to the two managers. I am so upset and don’t know what I should do. I worked at the Dunkin Donuts on Cedar Crest in Allentown Pa.

Dunkin Donuts has confiscated my money, refused service, cause me great embarrassment, wasted hours of my time on hold to “Customer Service,” cost me time and gasoline in my vehicle due to it’s refusal of service, and has ignored repeated efforts to resolve these issues. After over 2 weeks of daily emails from me, a DD agent left a voice mail with a case number, but refuses to give a direct telephone number. Even with a case number, I am left on hold for 10, 20, 30 minutes with no real person ever taking the call.
Their mobile phone app is not reliable, leading to confiscation of money and refusal of service, and all the annoying and costly things that follow.

I am very unhappy with the 4080 store in camden Delaware. My family and I spend alot of money in this store. In the morning they never stir our drinks. The employees talk about how the donut guy drops the donuts or glaze on the floor and still uses them. I asked for a soft served cone and I was told they haven’t served soft serve in over a year but yet you still advertise it on your drive thru board. The only joy we receive is at night. Go figure they actually stir the coffee. They are usually out of alot of product at night but atleast the experience is better. It’s sad that our wait time has become longer at night because one girl is working at a facility that is two places. There should be two people at all times. She is a great employee to have closing. She does an amazing job and the customers seem to love her. Get it together Camden.

The store that is located on Taft Street in Hollywood, Florida is a joke and the owner needs to beware, if he sees his or her profits plummet. There is never management in the evenings, very short staff all the time. So much so they actually lock the doors and only take customers at the drive thru. Meanwhile you have a line of customers standing outside waiting to get in. The “Asst Manager ” is very rude. She got into a verbal confrontation with a customer in the drive thru that carried over into the store in front of customers, when the customer came inside the store. When he asked, “who was the manager?”She answers I am. This store is located adjacent to a Big Daddys, this same store has been seen entering and exiting at times. She leaves the store unattended and is constantly on her phone. Workers rarely if ever takes breaks, even if they work 6+hours, major Labor law violation. I know someone who works there. You call the store to speak to management, they’re either “not there” or they hang up on you. I’ve been a customer of CD for many years and at the Taft Street store for a couple of years. Thankfully there’s another store about a mile up the street, where clearly they value their customers and realize how important customer service is. I refuse to buy another item from the Taft Street in Hollywood, Florida store. Whoever owns this store need to check his profits/revenue asap. If he or she see a decline, check out the staff and management.
The dunkin in marmora is a joke.they dont train the employees,just throughum in the fire to make it a stressfull situation and knowing they dont train, the manager will basicly repramand and belittle you in front of customers,really? I am writing Dunkin Donuts as this issue may be of concern to you. Being a loyal patron of DD located inside the gas station o Rt. 137 in Harwich MA. Recently this store has been open 24 hrs which has been a valuable asset as I go to work very early in the morning. I visited this location today, 12/12/16 to find a sign stating “Closed for now” even though the manager herself was working. One time fine, but this seems to be an ongoing issue as this is NOT the first time. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I go to the same dunkin donuts EVERY morning. The one on 97 in haverhill ma i have even worked at that store. Well i went this morning and i get the same coffee everyday! 5 pumps of caramel swirl 5 cream 6 sugars melted but for some reason today they messed it up and gave me the 1 flavor im allergic to pumpkin and when i went in and said they gave me the wrong coffee and that i was allergic to it she said okay well ill make you a new coffee. So she made my new coffee and i asked her well can you find out if that was pumpkin or not because if it was i need to take a pill. And she says well im to busy right now ill ask them later ! Like no thats not how allergies work !!

Worst place ever. I have $3 left on my gift card. I will spend them $3 and I will never spend another penny on Dunkin Donuts again. They attempt to be “techy” with the app but the people running the stores do not know how to do anything regarding the app. This is the second time that I have been jipped money because all they want to do is scan and make money. Hi, My name is Lynn Marshall. I am writing because I had the worst experience today at the Duncan Donuts in Hammonton NJ. I ordered two Ice coffees like I always do but mine wasn’t made correctly. I asked is she could correct the mistake and she said ok. When she gave it back it was spilling all over the place. All over me and all over my car seat! I went to Duncan donuts the other day at about 5:00. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a medium iced coffee. I knew I didn’t need caffeine that late so I made sure i told them I wanted decaf. I pulled up, payed and was handed my drink. I asked the man employee if it was decaf just to make sure. It was marked decaf on the cup but I wanted to double check. He got a guilty look on his face and he said that it wasn’t. I handed it back and told him to remake it. He was very rude about it and I guess was too lazy to make it decaf in the first place. I couldn’t believe that he marked it decaf on the cup and lied. I was very disappointed in this constumer service trip.

My name is Cleo Silvers and I also had the very worst experience at the Dunkin Donuts in Lakeland, TN yesterday. This experience speaks to the need for consistent, customer service training for all Dunkin Donuts staff members. I only gave one star because I needed it to write this review. I went into this dunkin donuts yesterday afternoon with my husband after washing our car next door. I waited about 10 minutes for service and go make our order(my husband ordered) He received his coffee right away. I waited about 10 minutes for my cup of tea. We ordered two donuts a chocolate covered and a cruller. The cruller was stale and the chocolate covered was stale and had the footprints of an uninvited pest on it (there were fresh donuts available in the case). I took pictures and sent them the corporate headquarters. since it took so long for my tea to be made, I was afraid to drink it. so we paid our $6.10 and received nothing that was palatable. I hope these workers learn a customer service lesson. It is very basic treat each customer the way you would like to be treated, with respect and dignity.
Several times I have gotten an egg and cheese on a croissant from the Dunkin Donuts at 60 Washington Street in Salem, MA and have gotten sick. The croissant was hard and stale. Would appreciate your looking into this and letting me know the outcome.

I just wanted to say that I have had a great customer experience with one of the employees on 125th and Lexington Avenue. His name was pronounced Naht. It was today, November 29 at around 10:30pm that I went to Dunkin Donuts with my boyfriend to get some coffee. He was polite, friendly and carried himself in a very professional way. We spoke about the neighborhood in addition to him letting us know he was fairly new around the area and had been around for about 2 months. It is because of Naht that I will be returning more frequently. After a long and stressful day, it was nice to encounter a nice employee like Naht. Thank you Naht. I hope the Dunkin Donuts will praise the hardwork you do and let you know how much I appreciated your service. 🙂

First I like to say that I have been a Dunkin Donuts costumer for over 10 years and they are starting to get on my nerves. How is it that a plan bagel is $1.29 and with cream cheese it is $2.49 they are charging $1.30 for a spread of cream cheese are they crazy and if you get butter they charge $.50 unbelievable. Now I have been ordering medium Latte’s and the cup does not even come filled to the top there is like a quarter of the cup empty and they charge over $3.00. I wish I could upload a pic to show but I cannot, I think it’s time to go back to the bodega’s because everytime I turn around not only do they raise prices but they also give you less of the product.

Dunking Donuts Holland tunnel New Jersey. 11/18 /16 no one at counter for 22minutes customers waiting. No sign stating were workers are. At around 11:18 pm . Them two employer emerge from the back of the Sunken Donuts shop. One of 6 customers waiting says he waited 20 minutes. The worker replies “I was on a break and don’t wait if you don’t like it. ” this while picking his nose . He was dirty and was not wearing anything that would lead you to believe that he was an employee of Dunkin donuts. Frequently this Dunkin donuts has no one at the at the counter and guys who do not look like employees serving. In the day time things seem okay but after about 10 service get bad . Don’t like to get people in trouble and resisted reporting for anout a year but it is not nice do what at least one of these employers did. To his credit he served me amd wad courteous but he trashed the customer before me.

I cannot begin to describe how deeply disappointed in your brand/company i am. This past Friday, which was Veterans Day, I visited your location on Flamingo and Eastern in Las Vegas. As i was waiting for the rest of my order, i saw an older (most likely homeless) man go up to the counter to order, where he asked before placing his order if your business was honoring veterans, and the employee who i believe was the manager on duty said she wasn’t sure and would go check, so she went to the back…as she was coming back to the front, i asked her first if they were honoring them, and she replied, “only 20% off” to which she then informed the man, and he sadly said, oh, ok, and proceeded to put back his paper work deeming him a Vet, and started to walk away. Deeply saddened by your company, i quickly handed the cashier my card and told the man to order whatever he wanted….
Long story short, how shallow are you to not honor a vet? i mean, you couldn’t even offer the man a free small coffee and a donut? what would that have cost you in the long run? $1.50-2.00??? He obviously had no money and all he wanted was a warm meal on the ONE day he should be acknowledged for sacrificing WAY MORE than you or i could ever imagine!!!! To simply turn him away with out a single thing!

I have tried on many occasions to call customer service and never got through. It says how long the wait is, no less than 15 minutes, but no one takes the call. The Great Neck, NY location is rude, refuses to accept the email you sent me for a free coffee on my birthday. This only serves to alienate me as a customer.

i was in the Dunkin Donuts in Springfield Tennesse just over twelve hours ago and witnessed the Stores General manager whom was there tell an older gentlemen a customer that she didnt have time to service him she jad to finish putting her donuts out and he told her to not be rude and she told him he could get out! I am a regular at the gas station and so is the older man this is unexcussable this person should not be working in the customer service industry that was a horrible way to conduct herself in a personal way yet alone to be acting this way in the name of the dunkin company just ridiculous and disrespectful then she started cussing in the back and slamming things the gentlemen left and so did i. I seriously hope this isnt how Dunkin Donuts lets there stores be ran.
Dunkin’ Donuts on 320 in Springfield pa. RUDE and talk and laugh at customers! I see a women they love to mock and make feel uncomfortable in the shop. The oldest woman in there is the worst! They never make the same cup of coffee twice. I feel uncomfortable in there in the morning. The only nice one in there is the youngest skinny girl with red in her hair.
Dunkin donuts in Ogdensburg New York recently opened. The store and employees are the worst! Erin and Ginelle in the bathroom using drugs. They are employees and I saw it as a customer. Most of the employees are addicts and have actually had drugs delivered to them. Most have been arrested for larceny and drug charges. They treat customers horrible! I won’t be returning and I will get the word out. Most of the time items you order are unavailable. Employees rude and loud and cursing. The bathrooms are disgusting and so is the sitting area most of the time. I honestly don’t understand how they stay open. I was referred to a man named Will with complaints but I was told he doesn’t care what customers think because he’s to busy with Ginelle (assistant manager) I just wish something could be done because I do love dunkin coffee and sandwiches.
This is sad. No excuse for this!
I will NEVER go to this location again nor would I recommend this establishment to any other customer. I ordered a donut and a English mcmuffin. I wasn’t until I arrived at work when I seen a second receipt at the bottom of the bag did I realize not only was I given the WRONG order of a crossisant but it was OLD order that a previous customer ordered and I assume didn’t want because the ticket numbers, time and total didn’t match up. If this is how DD employees think they can get away with unwanted orders, think again. I want to tell you what happen to my husband today . My husband went to your dunkin donuts on telegraph rd Dearborn heights Michigan . You have the most disrespectful people working at that location . They talked really rude to my husband and his friend . I visit this dunkin every morning and Janell is always there and making sure her customers are taken care of and store is running perfect! The crew here are always smiling and look like they enjoy coming to work which is what customers like to see. So kudos to Janell your store manager at this location on Nova and Beville where she makes sure great customer service is given.. Great job Daytona dunkin..
5:30 am I ordered 2 original croissant donuts at the Dunkin Donuts in Bartonsville, PA. Once home I noticed one looked super old (My daughter took the other one on the run). I took a bite into it, OMG it had to be a week old.Took it back, cashier & manager embarrassingly acknowledged it was old, but I was told only one can be refunded. Eventually I was refunded for both, but here’s the problem. The doughnut maker (Asst. manager) was allowed to rant at me that she made the donuts fresh that morning essentially implying I’m was lying. Like I drove all the way back to them at 5:30 in the morning to hustle them for a doughnut. She was obviously covering herself. I hope my daughter does not get sick.
I stop by Dunkin’ Donuts in Clemson, SC about 4 times a week. Usually in the early morning hours. The employees are friendly and I always receive excellent service.
The lady that manages in the morning is Holly, she is usually the person that takes my order and she is AWESOME!
I also visit locations in Anderson and Greenville, SC. I’ve never been disappointed at any of them.
well I dont know what is going on in Clemson DD. but twice now I have ordered a vanilla chia that I really love but both times they have been tasteless. just got a call from GM and he is going to replace my beverage the next time I come in. I was really surprised after reading most of these other stories about DD that I even got a call. puts my faith back in people.
I have been working for dunkin donuts for over a year and busting my butt. I am a part time college student and trying to get my bachelors degree but with the crazy schedule and the fact that the jasmine plaza dunkin donuts has gone through so many managers and so many employee’s . I am now stuck working five 2-10 pm shifts a week. The manger Emanuel is never on the floor and I don’t know what his issue is but he does not care about his employee’s and the fact that I don’t feel safe working with someone. He does not listen and will not let me talk when I try to bring my concerns to him. I work my butt off love my job and I will admit When I called out today I sort of hung up on my manager but he has no idea how much work goes into closing and has only been there for three months. My life does not revolve around dunkin donuts and while I love my job I will not be disrespected and treated like I am beneath him . I will also be making a call to your office and to customer service because I want to make my situation crystal clear.
Why do we have to pay 25 cents for a styrfoam cup at DD in East Grenwich RI. This is the only dunkin that charges extra for the cup. those plastic cups are to flimsy and i lost a few coffees and one time when the girl was handing me my ice coffee in those plastic flimsy cups she spilled it all over the counter and then I had to pay for another one. I should of got it for free. She lost it not me. Will NEVER go there again.
While you shouldn’t have had to pay for a new coffee, Styrofoam is incredibly bad for the environment (a cup can take over 100 years to decompose), and since dunks makes the effort to be environmentally friendly, that’s probably why they make you pay for it, as a deterrence method. Those “flimsy” plastic cups work just fine if you’re not trying to hold it with a death grip. The environment is much more important and I personally think dunks should ban hot cups.
I am a summer work and travel student who has been working at dunkin donuts from july 10, 2016 and i havent gotten my full pay. I am also leaving the country to go back to my home country on September 12. I am currently owed $1241.79. I will be forced to contact the local authorities because this is getting way out of hand. I spent a lot of money to come here and i DO NOT plan to leave without my full pay.

My concern is price gauging in urban areas.
The D&D on 317 Broad st Providence RI, is in a very under privilege area.
There are organization that feed the hungry daily, within a block from 317 Broad st.
Yet when making a purchase from 317 Broad the cost is higher, if you request whip cream on your latte or collota they charge an additional .35 cents, or ask for a syrafome cup to go over ur plastic cup u pay extra. ….why is that ? when I can purchase at 2 other D&D within 2 miles and no charge for whip cream, or a thermal cup.
Now this may sound small but I feel that this is sad and very wrong to charge additional $$ to the under
privilege. which by the way are 98% black poor people. That can not afford to purchase 2-3 times a day as myself. This needs to be address and stopped.
I go to dunking donuts everyday on armistice blvd in pawtucket rhode island and every employee there is awesome great fast friendly service stephanie and alex and becca are simply the best i recommend this location to everyone nearby .
Very un professional manager that the pompani doughnut have she is very rude not only to guest but to her employees as well they are always out if product and the night crew sucks my order was made wrong 3xs b4 i asked for a refund.. If it had not been for the early morning shift i would not return.

My girlfriend works at a DD in Concord NH on S Main St. She is a very hard worker who never calls out and picks up extra shifts when people call out. Most of the employees there are addicts who get high in the bathrooms on meth and heroin. The managers names are Rae and Nancy both are woman who play favoritism and disrespect their employees by turning the other cheek when something unethical is done My girlfriend constantly cries over her mistreatment and often gets bouts of anxiety over going to work. It is sad when you love to work but you really hate your job bcuz of the way you are treated. I won’t go into what has been done to her bcuz I will be writing for the next 10 hours so I will wrap this up by saying that it is very sad that nothing is being done to rectify this situation and apparently it is going on across the country. DD needs to fire all bad managers and put in place a code of ethics for all stores across America. Remember,your employees are the backbone of your franchise without them you have nothing….no employees =no donuts and no coffee=no revenue……..Start treating your employees with respect especially the ones who have no tip cup and make only $8 hr….smh
I look forward to getting my coffee every Saturday and Sunday early morning. Just to see the bright smile of Jennifer Bland as I walk through the front door makes my day. It’s going on 4 plus years now that she has been working for the 3rd ave Long Branch New Jersey Dunkin Donuts and it’s the fresh hot coffee and beautiful blonde employee that keeps me coming to your establishment.
The Dunkin donuts on noxon and Titusville rds in Lagrange New York- the woman that works over nights is a complete idiot AND she’s rude on top of it. It took FOREVER to get our order AND it wasn’t what we had asked for.. Now as a former employee of this same Dunkin, I’ve worked over nights here and know the exact duties it requires. Any competent person could handle these duties.. At 16 years old, I ran this Dunkin all night by myself. This middle aged woman could not handle our simple orders that we baby fed her one at a time… Seriously annoyed and disappointed.
LAYERS OF PERFECTION IT WAS NOT
Today July 24 my husband and I stopped in Dunkin Donuts for a regular cup of coffee for him and hot Macchiato for me along with 2 jelly donuts. Jelly donuts were stale & awful. We are huge Dunking Donuts fans, we went to two alone today. I always order a Hot Macchiato. Excellent everywhere we have been all over the US. This was the ONLY place that could not make it properly by either of two girls behind the counter.
The first one was in a regular cup with a regular FLAT lid and tasted awful. After telling the girl it was in the wrong cup and wrong lid (she insisted it was not) and I wanted a new one in correct cup with the domed lid.
The other girl took it back and poured what was in original cup into new incorrect cup and: same WRONG cup and flat lid! Needless to say with out the domed lid all the steam and foam stays in the cup. I have photos.
Gross tasting and tepid, both my husband’s regular coffee and my Macchiato had more milk than coffee. Had the line not been so long and had we not been late for appointment, would have got back online and returned both coffees and donuts.
The employees of this particular Dunkin Donuts need to be taught how to properly make coffee here along with proper cups etc.
All ur products r full of sugar..don’t u think the products r not healthy n also it’s so attractive for kids..sugar sugar n just sugar…

When schools are instructed to avoid sugar foods for kids there are whole lot of food products attracting kids outside..

Dunkin Donuts is a BUSINESS. they sell products… if you dont want to eat sugar… Then Dont go there. If your concerned about your kids… Dont INTRODUCE them to sweets… and they will never want or miss it. Bad eating habits starts with the person eating it..not from the business itself… if that were the case… then you need to go after all companys selling bad food and sugar products.. candy bars.. cupcakes ..chewing/ bubble gum and lollipop companyies Etc… then while your at it…bread companies…pasta sauce companies.. etc etc… THEY ARE ALL BAD FOR YOU… but again .. at the end of the day… you’re the one making the choice… as there are more then enough healthier place to eat… as well!

I’m very puzzled right now. What is the benefits of customers leaving complaints. As I scroll through these complaints, not one comment from DD corporate employees. I guess like everyone here my issue will be ignored also. That’s fine. I have been going to DD over 30 years and I will not be returning. Starbucks customer service is delightful. DD has just lost one loyal customer.

I just left the Duncan Donuts on 8 mile in Detroit and the so-called manager was extremely rude and ignorant. Companies nowadays want you to pay more & give you less. Guess they don’t care about losing business.

Normally businesses reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If a customer is being difficult or causes problems the establishment can ask that person to leave. I worked in a restaurant and if we had customers who always came in and complained a manager over time would ask that patron not to return. I was an employee at a new Dunkin donuts store in Vero Beach, Florida off of Oslo and 27th avenue; not only was I belittled on my work ethic the whole time, being forced to just do dishes and prep because no one there would give me the chance to learn anything else, but was also fired for false information given by an impulsive manager who has strongly chose to dislike me for no reason what so ever. Even on days I was exhausted, I was still very nice to everyone there. Not only that, but they are withholding my first check and have only paid me for the last two hours that I worked before I was released. Knowingly that they and I am aware that the pay role manager IS indeed reachable, yet refuse to do so until tomorrow up to next Friday. As I came in to talk about this nonsense, the manager who I mentioned earlier within this complaint, immediately had an attitude towards me and my boyfriend and was two seconds away from cussing us out after I informed her that there is no way that they don’t have my first check if they are able to give me my second one today. The other manager had to finish this conversation with little to no help on the situation. I wouldnt care if the first check was small, however, it is for $56.30. They claim that the reason they have no respect for me and why I was fired was because I was arguing with my boyfriend outside of the store while in uniform. Even he justified that this is false. Yes we were in the parking lot arguing, however; my uniform was left in the car and I wasn’t on the clock nor was scheduled to be in for another half hour prior. They didn’t want to listen to what he had to say about any of it, and continued being rude to both of us. Though I may have once been an employee, I came in as a guest, and treated me and him as such, is against store policy. Even if i was still employed, you are not given any right to talk to someone the way that they chose to. It was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
Also, my main reason for the anger I have on the false reason for execution is due to the fact that I was not the only employee who has argued outside of the store, and those employee’s WERE in uniform yet didn’t get an eye batted at them. No this does not make it fully right on my part, however it is playing favoritism. I wasn’t even yelling when my fight occurred, the only reason that they knew it was happening is because of my bad habit of “talking with my hands/arms” . The others you could hear within the building. Yet I got fired. Honestly though, I’m glad that I did, the workers there are inpatient with inexperienced employee’s and refuse to give guidance not help.

I work for DD and anytime that we make a coffee incorrectly, we will make it again and again until it is perfect for you. But there is no way or reason we will make your drink over and give you a refund at the same time. She was right, it’s one or the other.

MORRISVILLE VT….. First things first i work for this store. Never meeting my husband. He came in on my day off to get coffee. He has a speech impediment witch causes him to studer witch can make it very hard to understand at times. He goes to the frount counter to order and starts to studer. The employee looks at him weard and starts gp giggle and rushs him witch makes it even harder to get out. They made him feel like he had a disease . pretty said a week later nothing. They talked to me at work bc they got a.call from headquarters. Headquarters said there was nothing they could do bc i worked for them. I was at Pine Bush New York last night they were getting ready to close and I couldn’t hear the ladies over my truck I opted to go to the window to place my order everything I asked for they didn’t have you know they were getting ready to close I ordered my coffee paid for it I received a phone message from my employees I am a nice supervisor for a street sweeping company the girl that was working with another one proceeded to say why the f uck is he sitting in my drive thru she repeatedly to say he needs to get the hell out of here goodbye now there and when I asked her for her name she said to me I don’t have to give you my name she was very nasty very unprofessional and I’m taking a picture of that store and sharing my story on a social media because nothing was done about this girl talking to a customer the way she did mind you I’m at this Dunkin Donuts all the time

I work at Dunkin Donuts.. The Motiva location (east Windsor nj 08520) the other day I was working with another employee who for a little while I have had issues with and she has had issues with other employees too not just me.. She is rude, disrespectful and demeaning in the way she talks. She is not my supervisor and she has been acting like she is. I have a lot of health problems and yet for the company I work many hours. Sometimes I work all day morning and night. No one does what I do. I was even told I would be given a raise if I quit my second job to work more for them and help out.. which I never got. Instead I was threatened to be fired.. When this other employee named Niesha threatened to hit me, if I am correct threatening physical violence is not allowed and she should have been terminated on the spot. Well I just walked in to the establishment and I see her working… I am very upset and I feel as if the company and my manager isn’t doing anything to protect me. If I lose my job and she gets to keep hers then I was done wrong by… Can someone please help me because I don’t think that dunkin donuts wants to be held accountable for what is going on but if any more wrong doing is done to me.. I may have no choice but to go forward and speak about what has been done to me.. Also I will be seeking compensation.. There is proof on the cameras and a witness… Thanks! If one of my employees would speak in front ofa ccustomer like this filthy mouth young man did. I would of fired him on the spot. I ride to the counter to get a coffee and a croissant . I approach the counter. With no greeting. He said something about these employees all up in this mother f@/#ker. The complaint was taken to the manager about the employees maners . He even got confrontational with me as I was leaving as to intimidate me. The general manager approched. And terminated the empolyee. THANKS DD. LOVE THE COFFEE will be back for sure
This store is a joke, I contacted the corporate office and filed a complaint about my experience and instead of getting a call from the employee with an honest apology what I got was a call from the Store Manager, telling me that based on what his 20 year old employee told him, I was just upset because he asked me if I wanted a cold or hot drink. Really, since when is the employee right and customer wrong. The bottom line is the employee was out of character, disrespectful and rude and has no professionalism. He should not be allowed to interact with customers, because he has poor communication skills. The manager is even worst than the employee, as instead of addressing his staff’s behavior, he instead called me to ask me to contact corporate and advise them that I was wrong and withdraw my complaint. Sorry Anot, not happening.
I can relate to that.. At my local store the owner is trying to ban us from using coupons and he told us that if we don’t like it we can go someplace else.. What kind of customer service is that?
I absolutely love Dunkin’ Donuts and I have visited various locations within the past few years. However, I have never received such poor customer service or lack of enthusiasm than from this cashier (Holly) at establishment #350784 on portsmouth blvd in chesapeake virginia . My husband and I visit this particular establishment often and majority it is on the weekends however, there are times we have visit through the week. We have noticed that this particular cashier work mostly weekends and when initially placing an order (drive thru) she seem polite however if you order more than two items, she tend to rush your order and turn so very rude. Once order is place (I tend to order at least two of the same items every time), we notice the cashier working (mostly alone) appearance is angry or disgruntle. The most recent visit in question (03/20/2016) she dropped all the coffees on the side of our car and did not provide an apology or anything. The food she prepares is more likely burnt on the sides and cold (mind you, I always purchase the chicken salad on croissant). I was not able to eat my sandwiches on yesterday due to the poor quality and due to time, I was unable to go back to the establishment and as to replace them. In addition, I would like to make note that this has happen a few times in the past.
My husband and I live fourth-five minutes away from this location, which is the closest establishment to use. This is the main reason we have not brought this matter to this establishment sooner, however during other visits when this employee is not working, we have a wonderful experience. The customer service provided by the other employees are helpful, sincere, and they ensure the order is at its best. Frankly, I have wasted a good amount of money when I am subject to deal with employee Holly. I remember another encounter with her where I went in the establishment and she did not acknowledge me at all until I had to say something to her. I proceeded to make small talk with her by telling her to put a smile on her face; it will get better, assuming she was just having a hard day. Nevertheless, it seems she is always having a bad day. If another Dunkin Donuts would open closer to my location, without hesitation I would only deal with that establishment because of Ms. Holly. I believe in giving people chances and I feel I have provided more than enough chances before speaking up on this matter of Ms. Holly.
I hope to hear back from the corporate office, and manager from this establishment with solution and recommendations to make this matter right. Situations such as this are unacceptable and it give the establishment a bad name overall.
The Dunkin Donut Store located at the Allentown Bus Terminal on 6th St, Allentown PA has been going from bad to worst service each time that I walk into that store. I have been a faithful customer of DD for years, in NY , NJ, PA, wherever I am Dunkin coffee is my choice, but with that, I expect good service. Today like many other times I walked into this particular DD to buy a hot tea, in this cold day. When I walked in I observed 3 crew members, 2 were taking care of one customer and the other appeared to be off the clock, bagging a collection of donuts to go for herself, which I did not see her pay. When the 2 crew members were done with the customer they both walked away and ignored the line. Now I mentioned this is a bus terminal, but there are also local businesses around, so much customers are on the run. When I asked if someone could take care of us, instead of good customer service, I was approached by a rude, 20 year male that used offensive remarks toward my person, questioned why I was at DD and then implied I was angry because I was waiting for the bus. This gentlemen was out of line and unprofessional, he engaged into a verbal argument with me in front of customers and then walked away saying he was not going to waste his time with me that i was an old miserable woman, angry because I was waiting for the bus, in my opinion, I have the right to be upset if I am waiting for more than 5 minutes, and whether I am waiting for the bus or not, it is irrelevant it is a bus terminal. This young man has no professionalism, no communication skills and should not be in customer service. It is employees like Cory that give other good professional hardworking employees a bad reputation, and that is why they leave to Starbucks.

There was this DD employee who took a liking to my 17 year old daughter. when my daughter told us how old he was, we instructed her that he was too old for her. Not only was he 19 he turned 20 in February and he is in college, our daughter has two more years of high school. however since she took a liking to him too. we invited him over and explained to him that our daughter would be 18 in April. they met in December of 2015 Then yesterday I went to to DD to visit my Daughter because on this day she decided to use the wifi to do her school work.( she is in a cyber charter school) and founf her sitting on his lap. she said she’d lost her footing and fell. When I asked him he told me that “I told her to sit there” I am so upset.
I would like to comment about Ludlow Massachusetts Dunkin Donuts I have been going there for years as a faithful and loyal customer I have seen many employees go in and out but a certain group of girls that have been working there for quite some time now make my visit the list dunkin particularly refreshing over the last couple of weeks I have noticed a change in management and this one lady named Anna that is the director of operations that comes in and treats these girls like their garbage she speaks down to them she swears at them she yells at them for the time or not being fast enough even though there’s usually at a 99 100 I believe that customer service and satisfaction is more important than rushing the customer off the door with her items and it is the Director of Operations and I believe that she is extremely rude and she does not value her employees as a Dunkin Donuts customer for such a long time I feel like you should have to work with your employees as well as being a management and treat them all the same the way she treats these girls is disgusting to me and I’m appalled that you guys would let her be the director of operations to any store let alone that love the Dunkin Donuts locations Dunkin Donuts has been a favourite to me for years and I really do not want to stop going here and take my business to Starbucks but if you guys don’t start doing something about your disrespectful management considering she is the Board of Directors that I think Starbucks will be taking a lot of Dunkin Donuts business it’s a shame how your employees get treated at Ludlow sincerely pissed off coffee customer
Today at around 830pm I entered the DD located inside the Wal-Mart in Norwalk, CT. The Walmart in Connecticut Ave. The African American girl who was working was too busy texting on her cell phone that she did even bothered to look at me. I left and she never said a word. This is what I call horrible customer service and just plain rudeness.

I have received nothing but very poor service at the Dunkin Donuts in Stevensville Maryland. I have gone to this location numerous times since I pass it on my way to work in the morning. The last few times I have gone there they can’t seem to get my order right. I ask for the same thing all the time. Instead I end up with something completely different. I went this morning hungry as usual for a wheat bagel with veggie cream cheese and a small green tea with lemon, only to end up with a sesame bagel (gross) with reg cream cheese and I almost got handed a coffee (which I can’t drink). How hard is it to get an order right…I work in retail as well and I know it is not that hard to listen to people. Maybe if the person taking my order could actually speak English they would better understand what someone is ordering.
I was told by my local DD manager today, 19 NOV ’15, that as of 22 NOV ’15, 4 days before Thanksgiving, that you, corporate, will stop all discounts.
That includes all retired people. All military personnel, and all law enforcement.
Can you spell GREED…!? You corporate heartless, cruel, BASTARDS…it’s never enough…and after reading some of these e-mails, it sounds like you train your franchise managers to treat their employees the same way…!

I’m responding to the Alzheimer’s promotion held recently. Purchasing a cup to support the Association and cause to help find a cure for this disease. I work in a residential facility on an Alzheimer’s unit, so to see this promotion filled me with so much emotion. I received a cup from a co worker and have enjoyed my Sunday fill up brew. Most importantly the strong voice behind your company’s support is overwhelming. You have given your voice to those with the disease that can not thank you. You have supported families and caregivers with a small needed break to enjoy a cup of coffee when they needed a break to regroup because they need support too. You have become part of helping the Alzheimer’s Association find a cure. Every bit of what you have contributed brings us one step closer to breaking thru research. I personally wanted to thank you for your support. At the Walk to end Alzheimer’s there are boxes of coffee and donuts for the walkers. Having a hot cup of coffee on sometimes a cold, rainy, windy day is a warm feeling and enough to rev us up to walk. Thank you for your support from all of us fighting for this cause. I have to make a complaint on the Dunkin Donut store in Mount Prospect, IL on Rand Road next to the Wal-Mart. The service there is horrible to say the least and the employees are constantly getting orders wrong. I have gotten my order wrong twice and when I try to explain what I want or what they did wrong it’s like I’m talking to myself, very frustrating. After the first incident I tried returning to give them another chance and they failed.I will not be going back.
Today an employee was attacked by a drugged out man, this company pays damn near nothing to their employees, there is no night time differential even for a restaurant that is open 24 hours.
These employees come to work to make your business money, and you can even protect them, let alone pay them a decent hourly wage.

As I was going to work on this day. I am a neighborhood customer and once in awhile I get a cup of coffee and breakfast item prior to going to work. I ordered a large French vanilla coffee with two cream and a bacon egg and cheese on a toasted everything bagel, they understood this order and told me drive around. So I paid $5.56 for my order at the window. At the window the girl handed me a small coffee, but I told her I had a large coffee with two cream, so she gave me another coffee with two cream and a bag, which my breakfast sandwich was inside; she told me. Once I arrived at work , and I opened the bag and found one chocolate donut with chocolate icing. This is not I ordered. And I do not eat donuts. I was very upset. This not the first time this has happened to me. This is the last straw that broke the camels back. So I called the store up that morning and complained to the manager about the situation, he said, come by and we will fix it. But since I am at work, just can not leave and get a breakfast sandwich. I told him I am a veteran and this what I get. Considering their were no other customers besides one car in front of me. don’t tell me they were busy , they were lazy and do not care. No “customer service”. And this is not first time this has happened, if this has happened me how many other customers did they do this too. This is my last visit to dunkin donuts ever. I will take my business else where, like McDonalds or Starbucks.

Having no other options, she chose to quit. What a heartless and self-centered position she was put in by them, Due to this cold- hearted behavior ,My personal and company’ money will be going Into a better and properly managed establishment. According to stats Correctional Officers are listed in the top 10 US jobs for worst & most dangerous. However; very upsetting after reading a young wife’s FB message this morning that your company posts this on their sign. Perhaps before posting your company needs to research further “what harms way” means. Wow! So, I was getting coffee at Dunkin Donuts and they have an emergency worker discount policy posted. They were specific to say Police, Fire, EMT and military, which is fine and fabulous that they recognize these hard working men and women. Sometimes places offer a “law enforcement” discount which my husband has been able to use before being a corrections officer. It’s not a big deal AT ALL that he wouldn’t qualify for dunkins discount…it is the fact that on the sign they specifically state…THOUGH CORRECTIONS OFFICERS PROVIDE VALUABLE SERVICES, THEY DO NOT PUT THEIR LIVES IN HARMS WAY EVERY DAY LIKE THE ABOVE PROFESSIONS. Seriously!?! Do you even know what you are talking about? My husband doesn’t even get to carry a gun on the job to protect himself. Oh and did you know prison is set up like a college dorm where at any moment 400+ inmates (ya know those people that have committed rape, murder, etc.) Could jump or attack him at any moment! I hate when people make false statements! This has NOTHING to do with him not qualifying for a discount…this has EVERYTHING to do with them putting FALSE, INAPPROPRIATE reasoning on there sign. Did they even really have to comment on why or why not? No.
I will never go to Dunkin Donuts again. I was completely disrespected by the workers at the Dunkin Donuts in Malaga NJ. I had a free coffee perk on my phone and because the workers did not speak English they got my order wrong. Once I got to the window in the drive thru I corrected them and was very shocked to see the male worker argue with me about what I had ordered. Let me mind you it was as simple as him thinking I ordered black coffee to me actually ordering one with cream and sugar. And how hard is it to add cream and sugar to a coffee? Apparently very hard in this mans mind. After asking for the manager they both then proceeded to yell at me saying that I was wrong. These workers are causing their store to lose customers as I will be telling everyone I know to not go there , which is most of my colleges. But on top of that this is not the first time I have seen an issue at this store. I can see these people come from a very nice family. And hope they are proud for having absolutely terrible customer service. for any comments or concerns.
I moved to NC and there is not a Dunkin Donuts close by and I miss having my Dunkin Donuts coffee. Please find it in your hearts to consider putting more Dunkin Dounts in my area, I live 20 minutes away from Fort Bragg.
My complaint is about the management in north dartmouth, ma on 255 state rd. I go to this location every single morning , midday and night. I order the same exact coffee every single day. Granted some of the girls there are awesome! As for the management there , they are very u professional! The manager herself is very , very rude and will yell at her own employees right in front of us customers. I felt embarrassed for the girl at one point. I think she needs to handle store issues privately and not in front of people. I also have hears your new assistant manager downgrade employees to other employees and even other customers thinking its funny. I myself think she is nothing but a BULLY! I’m very quiet when I do go in and want to say something so bad half of the time because I feel bad for the employees who are being downgraded for being to slow, or not knowing how to do something. I think its time for new MANAGEMENT!
I want to complain about the management at 255 State road in North Dartmouth Ma. The manager Fallon Manley has no business being a manager because inside her store is always dirty and my order is ALWAYS wrong. The drivethru is no different. The only thing thing that is good there is the parking lot and drivethru is always clean. She yells at her employees infront of customers telling them their lazy or giving them dirty looks if they make a mistake. And as for the Assistant Manager Paige Roderiques, She has a foul mouth on her. She swears infront of customers and I have heard her say that the employees are stupid. I honestly think they both need to be replaced with more qualifying people.

I went into the Dunkin Donuts on Nansemond in Richmond Va.Purchased a ice coffe to my surprise I fount aluminum chips attached to my ice cubes. My friend Daphne had them in hers as well. I’m never going into that store ever again.
The Dunking Donuts know cated at 12753 Jefferson Ave. Newport News,VA has a cockroach problem. All the employees and the managers know this and have done nothing. Last known health inspection was done 9/17/2014! This is disgusting I’ll never step foot in there again!

In regards to this particular store I have grievance with an employee by the name of Cord Fleurent. While picking up a coffee from this store I have a friend who I always get my coffee made from. While my friend was making the coffee for me I noted mentioned employee make a sexual comment towards my friend. It is common knowledge that Cord is homosexual and while it is not my business to tell people how to live their lives it seemed very unprofessional that the management would allow such harassment to go on. Does your company not take sexual harassment into consideration when a male is being propositioned by another male or are females the only ones you bother with. Sexual harassment is not something to be toyed with as a former employee of the Dunkin company whom was fired for reporting sexual harassment. Get your act together. Sexual harassment is not okay.

I am trying to reach your office to address a concern that I have. On Friday, Sept. 25th, I purchased 2 boxes of 50 Munchkins with my college’s credit card and provided a tax exempt certificate. The store #349476, located in Miami, FL on SW 8th Street, did not know how to provide tax exemption for the purchase. Therefore, I had to cancel the order and unfortunately purchase breakfast from a Publix instead. Although the cashier gave me a receipt with the cancellation of the order credited back to my college purchase card, she never gave me the original receipt, which I need. I went back to the store and requested for the manager. They said the manager was not there but they did call the manager, who was unable to show them how to print out the receipt at the store. The manager promised to send me the original receipt but that never happened. Please. I have to attach this purchase to my p-card bank statement, which shows both the purchased amount and the cancellation that gives a zero balance of the order. Hello, I am wanting to bring this to your attention. I went to the Quakertown dunkin for my free Eagles medium coffee, Go BIRDS! When I placed my order the woman running the drive thru asked if I said three or free. I stated free a little more pronounced the second time. I was told pull around. When I pulled up to the window, I was sternly reprimanded that I said three and that I didn’t say free. This was at 6a.m 10/12/15. I called the store to let the manager know and heard nothing back.
I didn’t appreciate being treated like a child and told by someone who speaks broken English that I didn’t speak clear English.
If I hear again of a Dunkin Donuts employee tell a policer officer that they won’t serve police officers, I am going to start a campaign to boycott DD. You should make it known all employees and franchises that such behavior is grounds for immediate firing and a public apology.
I have been a loyal Dunkin customer since store #348405 opened in Baltimore,Md. . Every morning I pick up an order for my 6 employees,I have a DD perks card, I having an issue with my balance showing zero even though I have my receipts showing a balance. The store above has not able to correct the issue. I have called the service # 80044700013 3 times unable to reach a live person today been on hold the shortest time 26 minutes the longest 40 before I hung up,however if you call the recharge info number you get a live person with a few rings. I own a customer service business to say I am disappointed in Dunkin is an understatement ,If you want to spent your money a live person is there if need help after they have your money ????????????? If you care you can call me at not I will sadly take my business else where.Hope you all care ??????

One horrendous SHAME on a company who would allow an employee to refuse service to a Police Officer. I understand the manager took the employee out to apologize to the officer but it is not enough. I am sickened to hear of the disrespect and distain for our Law Enforcement. Who exactly are we going to expect to answer our calls for a 911 Emergency. That’s right the Police, they are our first responders. They heed the call no matter what. Without judging your race, your religion, your education, your politics, your finances etc. they are there to help each and everyday. I would like to know what that employee would think if she called 911 in an emergency and the arriving officer said “Oh…ummm… I’m not helping you today” and left the scene.
Who does Dunkin Donuts turn to if their company is robbed or worse? The Police. I think Dunkin Donuts should be the first company to come out with a National Apology and a Campaign or Marketing to show our country the great support we should All have for All the giving and caring Men and Women in the Police Force! This is a challenge to Duncan Donuts, if you can find the courage and the character in your company.

Went to the new Dunkin in Willoughby Hills OH. On the FIRST day, the grand opening we went about 845pm. The oh so important owner (With his flashy Mercedes in the lot, slicked back hair and huge watch) was talking on his cell and just looked at us and shouted “Closed!”. We weren’t sure he said that so we waited. Meanwhile the workers were cleaning inside and outside a teenage worker was talking with her friends! Again on the first day. I’d NEVER dream about goofing off on the job with friends on the first day at a new job in front of the owner nonetheless! We waited until another girl said we are closed and I asked really? SHe said technically it is 9pm so yeah.
It wasn’t 9pm. Mor elike 8:55ish plus we stood there for almost 10 minutes. They could have easily gotten us 2 donuts.
New place. Never going back. Premade dough anyways. Dunkin is NOT fresh. don’t be fooled.

We (my wife and I) have been visiting the Delavan Dunkin since the day it opened. We, just like many others in the community, eagerly anticipated the long awaited arrival of ‘Americas Coffee Shop’…
When it first opened, as with most new businesses we realized (and also because we both have been in Customer Service most of our adult lives, more specifically in restaurants) that they would experience hiccups along the road to a smooth running chain/franchise with as great a name and reputation as ‘Dunkin Donuts’. While we knew the minor inconsistencies like the sauce Always being different on the turkey sandwiches and the coffees Never being quite what we ordered was normal at first we hung in there because we really did like the coffee and breakfast items as well.
Like many restaurants, they also seem to have a very high turnover in their staff (who, to say the least and not picking on anyone are generally not qualified to wash a car let alone serve anyone breakfast) and it tookthem awhile to get the ‘right crew’…
Well, apparently they’ve found her (well there are 2 actually) 2 of the worst Representatives of Dunkin, or food service at all for that matter. 2 of the most rude and uncivilized, lacking in manners and respect people I have ever seen behind a counter…
1 of the girls names are Kirin or Karen and her cohort are extremely rude, often yelling back at customers that ‘THEY ORDERED ICED!’ when clearly the word iced never came out of our mouths and arguing with you when they mess up your order telling you that what they gave you is what you ordered. They obviously never heard the old adage that the ‘Customer is Always Right’. Also, they seem to have some weird issue with understanding the Lattes are Hot Beverages by design and Iced Beverages are just that, Iced. When a person asks for a Latte they are expecting a HOT beverage, not an Iced one. Perhaps Dunkin should help to educate their Franchisees on the difference. And also the difference between ‘Customer Service’ and the ‘I’m a stuck up, spoiled little bitch who hates my job and all the customers that come here’ attitude…definitely the wrong approach for a couple of young female cash register jockeys with marginal skills at best who should feel Extremely Lucky to Even Have jobs in America right now at all. They need Us, not the other way around…
I stopped giving this store my money almost 8 months ago but my girl continued to go, pretty much 2x/day for the last year+. It is safe to say she will no longer patronize this establishment.
It is really pretty absurd when a family of 3 has to go to 2 separate store chains to get their breakfast coffees because of the lack of service at a place that otherwise has decent products that we as consumers would purchase under more friendly circumstances. And I agree with the woman above, what a shame that so many people feel the same way about something that used to be so simple in this country, coffee and donuts.

First I want to say I work for transit so I travel all over newyork and sometimes jersey I live in Brooklyn ny. I’m complaining about every dunkin donuts. Stillwell ave, 3rd ave 5th ave 20th ave 18th ave broad st wall street . I love my rewards card n I get at least 4 free beverages a month. But who trains these people they ask you what you want and instead of just standing there and listing or writing it down on cup. They walk away in the middle of you giving your order. Then say how many sugars and I say I said three and then they say milk and I say I said half and half. They forget to tell person that’s, working the line

Horrible customer service. 3 calls to 800 number. More than 30 minutes on hold and no replies. 2 requests for call back on website. 4 days later still no call back. I received gift card and the only 2 DD near me are in service stations. They won’t accept card even though they have DD LOGO. Can’t get any help. I am a daily dunkin customer and am now boycotting. I will go to McDonald’s for coffee. Horrible horrible customer service
The Dunkin stores in Tallahassee are run bad terrible management including the regional manager Franco T. This guy uses his power of position to hire his gay friends, in fact he has used his power to try get sex acts from other people. His assistant managers are usually gay as well, and he allows them to call in with dumb excuses but then he works the hell out of his shift leaders and crew members. When you approach him about a raise or something, he blatantly ignores you, but contacts you immediately when he needs someone to come in for his managers “buddies”. This guy should be investigated and fired by Dunkin upper management as his is a liability for future lawsuits/settlements. Maybe this is why Dunkin plays second fiddle to Starbucks and Krispy Kreme is because they let their regional managers get away with treating their crew like slaves, then once the crew get tired of the abuse and speak up about it Franco and his “buddies” fire them and make up stories of why, then they get together and corroborate and send text messages to each other about what to say.

Got email from Dunkin Donuts in regard to Dunkin Donuts Credit Card Authorization Failed and provided me the 800 number to call (800-447-0013. Does anyone works at that 800 number office???? I have made several attempts to call and need to speak with representative to no avail. Been putting on hold for at least 30 minutes each time and no one ever picks up the phone at their ends. All I need to do is remove expired credit card that can’t be done on its website as per their instruction. That sucks! Now I will destroy my Dunkin Donuts Perks card and go Tom Horton/Starbucks/few other places. You just lost a regular customer. Will tell my sister and extended family to do the same. Good bye!
I work for dd and have for about a year in Syracuse N.Y. we recently had a incident with an irate customer and handled it to the best of my ability.however she contacted corporate office turned around the whole situation and I may be held accountable for something that did not take place.maybe if all cameras were on at all times we wouldn’t question who is telling truth.instead we only have cameras on the registers?so is your only care for only the money???also the no medical benefits for ft employees is not really caring for your employees.keeping them just under 40hrs wk so u don’t have to offer it…I find that a little shady!!!!!!!
I was in your Norcross, GA location at 4009 Holcomb Bridge Rd on Friday, September 4. With my daughter. She often a times takes 48 donuts to a group meeting she leads before school. The manager was extremely rude and we will get our donuts elsewhere from now on. He was understaffed for the rush of customers and after I waited 20 minutes in line, he took my order and my money and then set my receipt aside and the list I made him to make it easier for him. He then helped 5 people after me in store and 6 cars in drive thru and they got their orders and left while I Stood and waited. I said sir, I am going to need my money back or my donuts. He said she will get them, and pointed to an employee who was mopping a coffee spill she caused by pushing a mans coffee off the counter with his box of donuts. She said me? I have to clean up this coffee. He grabbed a box and started aggressively tossing donuts in box. He went into back and then came out with 4 boxes threw them in bag and handed them to me like I was a horrible person for wanting the 48 donuts I had already paid for. I grabbed bag and my hand was met with chocolate icing. I look and the entire bag and every box was covered with icing. I said are you kidding me? This is disgusting. I had no time to wait and the manager asked me to step aside so he could help other customers. I took the bag and went to my van and began wiping off the mess and we opened a box and saw that each donut was covered in hand prints of chocolate and pink icing because he grabbed with same hand and each donut had a hand print on them because of the way he was grabbing them and tossing them. My daughter said Mom, no one is going to want these. This looks disgusting. We dumped the 48 donuts and picked up some Krispy Kreme donuts instead for her meeting. What a waste of my time and money. What a horrible example as a manager. What a poorly ran store. What a shame that there are so many comments on here about other bad managers and store locations across the United States. Donuts and coffee should not be this difficult.

I am hearing that you purchased property in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania to put a Dunkin’ Donuts. It seems as if Schwenksville borough is not willing to allow you to put in a drive thru. That lack of convenience does not make sense to continue with placing a Dunkin’ Donuts on the incorrect side of traffic flow early in the morning. Drivers trying to cross traffic both going into Dunkin’ Donuts and out of the facility will cause nothing but problems. However just less than 2 miles north on that same road as a roundabout provides access to a CVS and a Wawa. Access has already been allocated for additional facilities such as yourself to come into Lower Frederick Township. There’s property available and willing to be negotiated on that lies on the correct side for easy traffic flow both in and out of the facility for consumers. This lease or purchase of property makes so much more sense than that in Schwenksville borough. Please reconsider your location and provide consumers and those on the way into work with the highest traffic flow a convenient opportunity to move in and out of your facility by moving to lower Frederick Township.

We get paid biweekly, but if I am right about how the system works,I had to get paid on the 4th of July which I wasn’t. I recently worked for D-Donuts on the turnpike, in which I reported mold on the equipment along with expired items used to serve customers daily; was told to continue to us them for a few more days (refuse to do so) The equipment was never cleaned properly.The manager is very nasty and rude. Then for some odd reason they stop giving me hours all together. Know I’m trying to get a letter to state I’m no longer a employee. I can’t seem to get a contact number. Appalled with what I saw today at the Dunkin Donuts I usually always go to in Grand Central 52 Vanderbilt Ave. A employee by the name of Shopon whom I later found out was the actual manager was out of control with rage. A few other customers were online awaiting their order, and we witnessed him (Shopon) throwing equipment behind the register, and not only was he insulting his employees, he was very aggressive and rude to me as well as my friend. I do not understand how he is the manager of the store when he is very rude to customers and his employees. No manager should ever act like that nor the workers should ever be poorly treated. He is going to destroy your business and what you guys represent because being rude to customers and employees as well throwing DD equipment is highly unprofessional.

The 24 hour dunkin donuts on rockaway ave and eastern parkway in Brooklyn new York is by far the worst. Why is it that after 12 or 1 am there doors get locked with a noted posted on the door stating “closed for 30 minute’s” but the 30 minutes extends to 6 hours until the next shift start which is probably 7 am. This needs to be address I spoke to a manager and he just brushed me off like he didn’t even care about the customersame at all. This is an issue that needs to be addressed.

I have a complaint about the managers/owners at the store on N Alafaya Trail Orlando Flordia 32828. I just moved here from MA with only my boyfriend at 20 years old. I got hired June 14 I’ve only been working there 2 weeks. I had to call out once because when I was on my way to work my boyfriend got hit by a truck riding his bike to work. and a week later I was scheduled for a Wednesday and the manager called me and over staffed asked if I could come in the next day I agreed forgetting I had to bring my boyfriend to the hospital for x-rays/checkup and to get his staples out of his leg so I told the manager that he said “no problem it was my fault” I brought in 2 ER doctors notes for both times and continued working with no problems, I worked hard. I call to get my schedule for the following week and the store manager says (a different person) “your not on it he had no hours to give you this week” ok, concerned I have bills to pay I left 2 voicemails on his personal phone. I wait a week call again to get my new schedule hoping to be on and the employees say they don’t know who I am!! and of course the GM is never in. I left yet another voicemail still no answer or call back and when I call the store he is not in. A fellow employee told me I was fired for the call outs, but both times I gave him dr notes and he said no problem and excused it. I still have not been told or contacted that I am fired but he told another employee?! what kind of manager are you ?? very upset.

Hi I am DD employee in Pleasant Hills, PA and my boy friend is an employee at the Bethel Park, PA store. Today my boyfriend worked from 4:30am-4pm and was not allowed to take a break. There was full staff there including the manager. He asked for a break, but was denied because he was told he was the only one who knew how to do sandwich station. When he came home he could barely walk. I do not appreciate the treatment received because I know for a fact that the shift leader and the manager know how to work sandwich station. He was told because he was 21 that he is not obligated to take a break. If you work 8 hours you should be taking a break so the excuse for him not to take a break working 11 1/2 hours is ridiculous. I would like to know why couldn’t the manager or even the shift leader take his spot at sandwich station for at least 30 minutes while he take a break. This is very unacceptable
I want to warn people about the Dunkin Donuts franchise on the outer banks of North Carolina.They also own the franchise in Hampton ,VA. I know several people that worked for this company, they worked long hard hours, but were treated badly by the owners.These employees each worked at least 5years each for the company.Out of the blue , owners fired these employees and when they tried to get their unemployment benefits,owners made up numerous lies to keep these employees from getting benefits.It has made me rethink going to a Dunkin Donuts.
I have complaint about the Dunkin Donuts Franchise in Brasília, Brazil. They opened in may 2015 and I tried many times to try some donuts but they are always out of stock. I came to one of your chains today and received a “Dirty Dunkin Donuts Coffee” I ordered a black coffee and when I went to add the one cream I requested I seen a lot of bacteria floating in my cup. This makes me sick to my stomach. This is not the first time but I thought it was the creamer because I usually have them add it, so I started ordering it black and it’s actually the coffee unsanitary stations,& equipment. The employees take no pride in their jobs uniforms are dirty I have been there on plenty of occasions seeing them start they’re shift with filthy uniforms, half of them wear gloves ,outside smoking running the drive thru then come in and serve patrons at drive thru praying they wash their hands. I will go in a mom&pops business and make my coffee for a $1.00 and be satisfied than patron a corporate business that needs the health department to do a surprise visit.

I won’t go to a Duncan Donuts again. This morning I pulled up to the drive in window and asked for a breakfast sandwich without meat. He told me they DID NOT serve breakfast sandwiches without meat. I even asked him again “you don’t serve any breakfast sandwich without meat” and he replied NO. By the way, he was the manager. This was on Sunset Road, Willngboro New Jersey.
Fed up with dunkin donuts in Comumbiana, Ohio! Since dunkin introduced the new dark roast coffee I switched and absolutely love it! I no longer enjoy the taste of the regular iced coffee. I stop at dunkin twice a day, once in the morning and once on my way home. Between running my own business and raising two children, dunkin donuts is the highlight of my day. For the past few 7 months! I typically get a good coffee 3/10 times. They either make a regular iced coffee with cream and sweet n low or they forget the vanilla swirl. When I confront them about giving me regular coffee vs dark roast I am given a major attitude from most employees or they hand it to me with two maybe three melting ice cubes. After the poor service and incorrect order yet again, it is safe to say that I will not spend another dollar at this chain of stores.
I was in Kiev just for pleasure. I watend to see Kiev a bit and buy some tourist gifts while I was there to take home to my family. I told Julia what I watend and she took me right to the shops to find just what i was looking for as requested. Her English was very good. She was very polite and did a very good job. Anything I watend to look for she took me to what she felt was the best places to find them. I requested to go some where and eat as well and she took me to just what I asked for. I was very pleased with her service. I would highly recommend to use her if you are in Ukraine and would like to see some sites as well as picking stuff up to take home. She knows Kiev very well and can find you probably anything you request. Its a very big plus that her English is quite clear and that when you request something she is very attentive to get it done. I have hired several translators and some pay little attention to what you request or run you around wasting time and adding up there time. She is not at all like that and is very trustworthy. I left a gift with her to be passed on to another for me that was not present and it was delivered as requested. So if you are looking for a trustworthy, good English speaking, polite, and attentive Interpreter I do recommend Julia. Thank you for your help Julia.
I am a super at 2 buildings with dunkin stores and i think its terrible that at the end of the night the left over dounuts are thrown away and not given away or reduced to half price, i have found 4 to 5 large garbage bags full of pastries when they can be easily given away or reduced in price to needy people and to top it off the employees can eat them in store but cant take them home and are fired if someone takes even 1 out the door. This is something that can be easily fixed by the higher ups and make dunkin look great in the public eye.

I have no idea who else to contact about this but I live in bristol Connecticut, right by the mobile Dunkin on middle street. I’ve been going there since they opened. Its convient for me because its on my way to work. The workers there are wonderful beside a girl named Kirsten. Every morning I go in she always gives me an attitude, she messed up my coffee one day and asking her to remake it to made it even worse, she didn’t put the cap on correctly, she rolled her eyes while not even handing it to me, and just walked away. I understand that people have bad days but this happens every morning I come in. I used to go every morning but now I go out of my way to the Dunkin down the street because I am tired of the disrespect. I’ve been there a few times around 11am for lunch and realized not only is she rude to me but other customers and her co workers as well. I want to make a complaint about the dunkin donuts on Main St in South Portland Maine. They my neighbors and I that it isn’t safe to go through the drive through in our wheelchairs but it is nearly impossible for us to go in the building, there is no wheelchair ramp to get up to the building, we have to go n and out of the drive through to get to the entrance. There is a cement planter that are chairs can barely get around to get in, mu neighbor has cut herself twice in the leg from trying to get around it. There are two doors we have to go through which each of them open inn the opposite direction, unless we wait for another customer to come and open the doors we can’t get in. Could you please do something to make t accessible, the four of us are return customers and were going weekly but now are finding it to difficult to get there
I got to say, that doing the surveys on the receipt is fruitless. Despite the problems at the local DD here in Centreville, VA. Nothing gets changed or fixed. Today for instance, I visit stand in line to basically get nothing at 11 AM. Why, seems today was “free donut day” Everyone coming in got them for free. No that is crazy business. Im a paying customer who wants what he wants when he wants it. I get there, and the shelves are empty. Nothing for me to purchase in that they gave it all away. OK, if that’s the marketing plan they want, then at least order and bring in 3-4 X the normal amount so there is at least something for the regular paying customers to buy and choose from. There a days the lines are some 20 people long, even at 8 AM. That times the amount of time per customer and I could basicaly drive into Washington DC a half hour later and get something with no line, say at Starbucks. though I get an email with “free” coupons, I don’t want them or use them, I only want the problems to be fixed so I can buy what I want in the morning. 99% of the time, I ask for a large hot tea, I end up getting coffee in find out half way down the road. Not good. I would like to have the franchise owner or someone from corporate to give me a call. Thanks.

This morning, I ordered a Vanilla Chai. I took a sip and it tasted like kerosene. I called the store and was rudely hung up on after they told me I could bring it back in. I took it back; the cashier sniffed it / smelled it! said to the other employees, I don’t think it was mixed right; and they mumbled something to him; BUT THEN he “mixed” it, the same liquid, in the same cup, and gave it back to me!
I could not believe the audacity of these people (three other employees standing around which I do believe included the manager smirking there to). I just turned around and walked out of the store.
I would like to make a report about the Dunkin Donuts on Washington Boulevard Baltimore Maryland 2718.I’m a well paying customer 7 days a week I arrived around 11:45 sunday morning.only to here the manager in the blue shirt moving back and fourth being very disrespectful to one of her employees. I felt bad for her, mean while police show up asking for information of another employee.This store has poor management and the manager herself is very stressful to customers her self I’m done with that Dunking Donuts for sure.
I will never come into this dunkin donuts the boss has a bad disposition about her self she don’t make coffee right she threw coffee at the wall yesterday I will be telling everyone about this manager and this store
I went into the dunkin donuts on Howard and paulina in chicago the boss is very rude and why I always see the black girls cleaning and these people she hired gon run u out of business
The fact that you all allow people to work 6-9 hour shifts with NO break is beyond my understanding. I just don’t get it. How can someone do their best on their feet for so long? I also don’t know why your employers feel the need to pay employees out of the register if they mistakenly forgot to put their time in.

I am a daily customer of a Cambridge, MA store and a rewards member. I am extremely angry as to how I was treated today around 11:15 am. I was trying to use my sandwich reward for 1.99. The person who has been an employee for a while, because I recognize her, looked at the reward and because she couldn’t scan it, she said her manager was not around and she couldn’t touch my phone. Then she proceeded to cancel the order and turned around to mop the floor. I mean really. She didn’t bother to ask if I wanted anything else and completely ignored me and the line behind me. I called out to her and said I wanted an ice team and she repeated I can’t touch your phone. What does that have to do with ordering an ice tea? I asked her and why she cancelled my order and ignored me and all she kept repeating is she couldn’t touch my phone. I have never been treated with such disrespect and disregard for customer service in a food establishment. This store on many occasion throughout the day only has one staff member and I along with other customers are patience enough to wait on being serviced, but to be treated disdainfully is just ultimately wrong! As I said I was treated highly inappropriate, considering I’m a daily customer. I also think the DD App leave a lot to be desire. It’s not easy to use and almost always creates stress for the customer when trying to cash-in on their rewards.
I am hoping someone will have the decency to respond to my issue.
When in to get ice coffee was very Excited about being there for the first time at 530 N.Progess ave Harrisburg Pennsylvania walk in looking the choices.see a guy from the pizza place next door talking to the employees and they saw me and kept talking to the guy about their personal vist has nothing to do with checking him out on his order.Mine you their saw me standing there,the two walk back to the back and the other was behind the other side of the counter i was so disappointed in customer priority that they just lost sales.Your customers should Always be your number1 priority even the other customer that walk in agree.5foot rules eye contact,greet,smile,up sell,thank you.I would NEVER go to anymore dunkin donuts place again!
Is it okay to be trained for 40 hours and only get paid for 20? Already only getting paid minimum wage, if I’m working just as hard as everyone else why am I only getting paid half as much?

My daughter was employed at the 8290 Roswell RD Atlanta, GA location back in December. Due to unprofessionalism she decided to quit in January. She still has not received a pay check. We spoke to the manager on several occasions. He indicated that there was an issue with information not being input properly by a previous manager but the issue has been resolved and she would receive a payment in a few days. That was in February. It is now May and she has yet to receive a pay check. My daughter worked the hours and should have received a pay check in a timely manner.In an attempt to resolve this issue I went to the website and of course I keep receiving an error message when I try to send the email. PS and by the way the donuts at this location arrive there is a box. No one is cooking them it also has a tip jar on the counter but the tips do not go to the employees.
The store in north carolina is Raleigh are not treating employees as equals. If someone who been working for 3 months come in late, even 5 mins they get written up but for someone who has been working for 6 months comes in 15 mins late they dont get written up. Also they have a few people theyre who have been caught stealing money are still working there. The managers/shift leaders are responsible for temps but they make crew members do it. They dont give breaks. A lot of the stuff that is old and breaks down a lot, they need to get new stuff so the store can run properly.
I was visiting dunkin in waterville maine on college ave the manager was very rude to her emplyee her employee was doing nothing wrong at all . I visit this dunkin very offten and the manager is always very rude and seems very overwhelmed . It makes me not wabt to come back . You guys need yo get somebody who is more friendly an upbeat . She seems like a horrible person.

Hi i am writing to let you know i had an interview with tera a few weeks ago. And a couple of weeks ago i called and she told me i was hired at the location at niagara falls boulevard and 66th street in niagara falls, ny. Just last thursday i called then and i get told tera doesn’t work there anymore. I have 8 years experience in restaurants. I feel like im being discriminated against. Why would they say i have a job then all of a sudden change it.d
i will not go to the Dunkin Donuts in Camden DE ever again my husband is handicapped so he chooses to use the drive thru and charges his debit card. The cashier charged me twice so I took my bank statement to the manager to show double swipe of my card. The manager refunded me the second charge. This week it has happened again plus I have another charge dated 5-11-2015 . Today is the 9th of May. Either the cashier needs more training or there is a scam going on.
Have the worst experience in the world @ the store in Joliet Il. Store # 345176. I ordered 1 LG coffee with light cream and I get home and it has sugar in it. this is the 4th time at the same Dunkin Donuts. Don’t go there, the service SUCKS !!!!
It is totally inexcusable the treatment given to police officers by DD employees as talked about in the news! If you are robbed who is the first person that will be called and EXPECTED to show up??? I have read all comments from top to bottom. I typically go to DD 2-3 a week for Chi Tea. I will no longer visit any DD store, as it certainly appears you DO NOT care about your employees. AND, being the fact police officers are receiving such horrible treatment I am encouraging everyone I know to never again support DD stores! Upper Management and Board of Directors do you seriously not take these comments people make to heart??? I would love to talk with you,

The general manager Amy Hebert came into my new job and told the manager I got fired for stealing an was a bad worker witch is not true my actual manager called an said I was a great worker! I was just going through my bank statement and I noticed for the past 7 months a certain Dunkin Donuts has been charging my husband twice every time he goes there. I want to know who I need to call or talk to in order to have this handled immediately! It is unacceptable that this is happening.
I just wanted to let you in on a few things at the Dunkin donuts in Hiram Georgia. First I wanna start by saying do not eat the donuts at that store. They man in the back that makes the donuts doesn’t use gloves. He goes outside in the back and smokes cigarettes then goes straight back inside to make more donuts. They have mouse traps in the back. The people there are not uniform at all. It looks like a teenage hangout. They have dirty music playing with curse words playing out loud. They have there friends hanging out I side dunkin donuts after hours. Many complaints have been made but nothing done. I’m going to take this to the news crew in my area if nothing is done
Upon entering store #343418 at 556am on 4/27/2015. transaction 2947496 I proceeded to order a large ice green tea which I assumed was 99cents thru 4/30/2015. After questioning the server I was told by the manager tina that the special was all over and that I needed a special coupon to receive that price of 99cents. And Tina had also reminded me that all dunkin donuts s have stopped the special. Yet Dunkin Donuts on bennington street in east boston have a big sign tea sign outside saying all ice teas 99 cents, And the all night crew who works at 430 am can teach tina about respecting customers. I didn’t know how spoiled I was by the all night crew in east boston until today. And I would never return to this one outside my work on Milk street. My wake up wraps were also burnt too.
Hi my name is Sandra. I would like to make a complaint against Dunkin Donuts Store #306041, 41511 Ford Rd., Canton, MI. I visited the store on April 23rd & 26th. Both times I had to ask two different cashiers to please put on gloves before fixing my quart hand pack ice cream. The two had such a bad attitude towards me even though I asked respectfully. I m sathya, I worked for 3 months in dunkin donuts store in kammanahalli and phonix marketcity in banaglore.. The items like buger bun, cup wich, sandwich bun, tomato, onion, cucumber, and all non veg patty and veg patty are expried… but they is to give the same product for the customers… except donuts all other products will be expired… so I am thinking to ask this no one cared me so I am telling to slove this problem as early as possible.. because the customer are thinking tat in big malls and in a/c stores they wil give good one.. but its not ture.. as I m working here I m tellng dunkin donuts is poisonous for the customers and the society.. so I am requesting you to do something for this.. because the store is thinking tat customers are fools… so please keep pull stop for it

I looooooove that you guys are having 99 cent any size iced tea! I used to rarely come to your stores but now I am there at least 3 times a day to get a large iced tea! Keeping this deal going forever would be amazing.
I work for your company and I must say I will never work for you again and I will discourage anyone I meet from working for tour company for the sheer fact that management is awful. I think this is a problem that should be taken care of. When management goes on a power trip because they are younger than you and it goes to their head so much that regulars don’t come in the store when they are there it’s a problem.
I completely agree with you. I’ve worked for Dunkin for a little over 3 years but different franchises. The last Dunkin I worked at just fired for me because I threatened to go to Corporate because a shift supervisor threatened my life on social media. His threat was thay he eas going to kick my teeth in. My Store manager knew about this since it happened back in February and she was not addressing the issue. I finally told my district manager and then 2 days later she fired me. She did tell me that he admitted to writing it but was not admitting to writing it about me. She is saying the reason for terminating me was because of a customer complaint, which I still have yet to see. I was always a good employee, always did what I was asked no matter what it was. I only worked for them for 8 months and received 2 raises totaling .95¢. I feel I was wrongfully terminated and when I called Dunkin headquarters they said there was nothing they could do to help me, even thou I was threatened. They did say they could send the owner an email, but I have yet to hear from him to. But, the shift supervisor still is employed by them. Employers think they can treat employees any type of way. Im a heavy coffee drinker and Dunkin donuts will never receive another penny of my money. I’ve been working for a little over 30 years n I’ve never had this type of situation happen to me.

I would like to comment on your ice tea, now that spring has finally arrived in New England. Last week I had to throw it away after one sip. It tasted like coffee! (this has continually happened with various levels of distaste) At the store in South Wemouth, where my daughter works, they use two filters, one black, one green, no problem. Always tastes great. Why can’t all stores have that policy?
I was just at your store near brockton hospital in brockton mass thier were young ladies suppose to be working but yet hanging out talking ,swearing and not paying attention to the counter or drive thru I belive the young people are not responsible enough to run a store and by the way there was 6 people working.i will never go there again and I will now go to mary lousy that just opened around the connor.
If a manager doesn’t like an employee, hired by the owner of the store, can he PUNISH her by giving her just 4 hours a week while others are getting 20 hours a week? Isn’t there something in your corporate policy about FAIR LABOR? Or is it something for a lawyer to sort out as per State and local labor laws?
if a manager does not like an employee, that is fine, but if a manager does not like an employee and therefor treats him or her differently, THAT is discrimination and thus, illegal. there is absolutely something you can do about that.
I worked at the dunkin donuts in murrells inlet S.C. I got fired yesterday over small childish crap. My crew leader hates me kacie b. She treated me differently then others. She set me up to get me fired. Because she disliked me.
I have always been a big fan of Dunkin donuts until today when I walked in and seen one of your blue shirt employees I think her name was Samantha and she was yelling at an employee while eating a donut and the other blue shirt named Myles was standing there arguing with a customer in the drive thru window and telling the customer he was wrong and yelling at the employees I was very mad at this situation and I will NEVER return to another Dunkin donuts and this Dunkin donuts was located in Clevelnd Tn I was very upset but this Dunkin has always got my order wrong and every time I go in those to managers are always yelling or setting down not helping it’s dispespectful and wrong..

I recently quit dunkin donuts on eest brosd street in columbus ohio, the place is ran by an indian family that also owns other store. Since ive worked there ive see so many people come and go. At this location they have minors working by themselves till 9pm which should not be aloud. The managers yogesh and tushar are brothers, they treat the staff very poorly and dont have a clue how to run a buisness. They have told us that when we use the disposable gloves that we should take them off and reuse them again because they are low on funds. I was running the store for about 2 months now the drawers would come up short everyday. They raised the price on long john from $1.40 to $1.49 when the menu clearly says $1.40! Thwy stopped selling dark roast ice coffee because it was costly but now use the grounds for hot coffee. When i first started there it was filthy, but i have cleaned up the place a bit. They do not buy the right sanitizer for the coffee pots because its again too costly. I have ate and drank at Dunkin donuts since i was young but working there scares me, i wonder if all the store are run down like this one

It’s the same at the Damascus, MD location. They are rude, have NO filters on what they say and could care less about any complaints. Minors work by themselves. The female manager tells them one thing, forgets she said it and yells at them in front of customers. No one working there knows if their products contain peanuts. They are losing business fast!!!
They do the exact same thing at Camp Lejeune. They had maggots the day of a health inspection and because they knew someone was coming in they were able to find it just in time. They have people working over 40 hours a week but when it comes time to pay them it says they worked less than 20. When an someone gets burned making coffee they don’t give workers comp (at least 5 people have been injured).
Working late over night SHIFTS at the hospital and ER we all find comfort that on our break to head over to dunkin donuts any time of the night shift and get perfect hot fresh coffee and baked goods. And the only female night worker Jennifer Bland is amazing. She is FRIENDLY and nice to everyone. Always gets our orders perfect every time. And over 2 years of all the hospital coming in to see her we never have a complaint. She knows our order by memory and that’s fantastic. She surely is an asset to the 3rd ave DD. We look forward to seeing her big smile and courteous manner that she treats each and every customer. Not to mention that she works completely alone from 8pm to 6am and gets the job done!!!! AAAAA*****

No one is going out to get doughnuts after 6pm in this weather. Publix , CVS,and all the other stores closed at 4:00 today so the employees could leave safely in these conditions. I tried to call various stores and did not even have s Manager on duty….Really? You are safe in your homes and wasting payroll ,electricity, employees lives for maybe one carload of people ordering doughnuts because they have s hangover…. Let’s see you may make about $30 tonight.

Hi, I want to make a complaint about a store manager in Orlando florida international drive, Duncan donuts at 1105, her name was sue. I ordered a coffee then went to get a refill for 99 cent me and my friend where told no by her that we were not allowed even though we received refills every day for six days when we were on holidays. The store manager was rude, badly mannered, very bad attitude towards paying customers. I will me and my friend will never shop in Duncan donuts aging due to this bad manager. However, the rest of the staff were very well mannered and really kind the store manager should learn from her staff.
