Hello, I am a shopper from Korea. I was wondering whether Whole Food Market offers international delivery service. I am interested in Korean dishes that Whole Food Market offers, and would like to try it in Korea.
If possible, could you please tell me how I can order it? (Since I cannot open the website because of GPS issues, it would be appreciated if you could let me know how to order it. )
Also, is there any way that I can check stock of each items that could be sent to Korea?
Thank you so much.
As a twice-a-weekly (at least!) customer of your Venice store, I thought you might find my opinion of your Southwest Salad useful. A remarkably inferior product to Trader Joes’, your salad of the same name, I must say, sucks. I don’t know whether it has anything to do with your acquisition by Amazon, but the profit-maximizing composition–a mound of lettuce with 4 cherry tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese, 20-or-so black beans and so few pepitas I had to squint to make sure it wasn’t that a close-knit family of insects had gotten in–is an object lesson in stingy. Whatever short-term profits you gained off of my particular salad will be lost by my never buying one again. I’m willing to resign myself to your “whole-paycheck” reputation but not to a “wasted paycheck” one.
Your comment is awaiting moderation.
What is “moderation”? It sounds like a dystopian surgical intervention.
Since Whole Foods became Prime it hasn’t been the same in all the good ways it was before. Some grievances: Most markets offer coupons/discounts to ALL but at WF, you have to pay to become a Prime member and thus cancel out any savings on groceries.
Pizza: You charge way too much for a slice of Pizza; here in RI you can get a whole delicious pizza for approx $8.00 Now you’ve added mushrooms to the vegetable pizza mix. I’m very allergic to mushrooms. I don’t like vegan pizza and I don’t eat meat anymore (since you discontinued my favorite– american chop suey. You’ve also discontinued small containers of PLAIN, 0 FAT non-Greek yogurt. If I buy a large container, it goes bad. So I drive out of my way to Dave’s which does carry it and while I’m there I do all my other shopping. If you don’t bring back the red, green, yellow pepper, red onion cheese pizza w/o mushrooms, I will no longer have any reason to shop there. Besos once asked for suggestions as to what he should spend on…how about a real cross country passenger train! Bring back my pizza!
Their pizza is lousy for the most part (with the occasional exception). I stopped buying it since they raised the price. 2 slices for $7 is too much for such mediocrity. Their hot food bar is also way overpriced. I encourage everyone to pass it by, because odds are you will be disappointed. They used to have a $2 off discount on Thursdays (if I recall). They don’t even do that anymore. The other day I got a breakfast burrito that was barely above room temperature. Whole Foods is always doing something to piss me off.
I often shop at the Whole Foods on Prospect in Milwaukee WI out of convenience and today I had a bad experience there. After informing a staff member that a thank you goes along way he explained himself which included laughing at me as I turned to walk away. To my surprise other employees joined in on the laughter.
Unfortunately for Whole Foods this location lacks everyday courtesies, civility and customer service. From the indifferent management staff that stays within the comforts of the service desk to the cashiers that looks bored, unhappy and don’t offer a simply hello or thank you.
So to this Whole Foods I say goodbye and hello to Trader Joe’s and Outpost!
I am so frustrated in WF DP Orlando management and their corporate policies. For instance, one of the store managers hires a young inexperienced girl as a team leader placing her above all of us with no clue as to how to manage. Everyone knows they are together and play this hide and cover-up game but any complaints go nowhere, I hate the store now.

I wrote to your company yesterday thinking about my experiences last week complaining that everyone in the fresh food preparation area treated me poorly; interacting with all the customers they were familiar with wishing that I deserved the death penalty all resting upon their own volition as if I was a hard core criminal. Considering that I am not a criminal myself showing complete disregard for others’ livelihoods, I have some suggestions as to what may be the core psychological disappointment all the workers may feel inside.
With all the gourmet preparation platters available to customers, isn’t that insane labor that all the workers have to go through just to satisfy some spoiled brat office worker that wants a beautiful lunch because he/she feels he/she deserves it? At the end of the day, how much food is left over given all that labor.
I can almost understand what all the depression is that they feel. Maybe your employees should go on strike given the demands on them considered to be unfair labor practices. What do they all get paid for all that cooking all day long? Probably your payrate per hour is not good enough.
As a solution to that slave labor dilemma, I suggest you revert to the name Finast Supermarket and compete with the likes of ShopRite which many people do enjoy going to. If you don’t simplify labor practices for your workforce, I hope your share price as a company sinks in the stock market whereby noone trusts your unfairness.
To a better corportate environment next year: Maybe?
With sincerity as an honest independent advisor.

Fantastic content in this post. I’ll focus on carrying out more of some of this. Thank You for the info.
According to Corporate and Store Management at Whole Foods, these job openings do not exist and are not actually available. They just “post them to collect applications to have on hand to pool from”. Stated by corporate rep Cali Dailie. They discriminate based on age as well.

Would you ever consider opening a Whole foods in Texarkana Texas – we have a perfect location where there was an Ellis Pottery that moved out – located on Summerhill road – close to schools and small business and its the perfect location and at one time I was told that Safeway used to be in that establishment – something to consider since – I been to other Whole Foods in other cities. Something to consider !!!
Thanks
Im a former employee of Whole Foods and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of integrity Whole Foods now has. You have completely lost all your values to the meaning of why Whole Foods began in the first place. I can not trust your product anymore. Before I did NOT need to read the labels to check for ingredients such as maltodextrin and dextrose now I do. I may as well just go back to shopping at my regular grocery store where I can spend less and read every label. Also, you only honor your amazon prime members for sales. What about your other customers who shop there daily. I would like to recognized to. So forget my frequency of shopping at Whole Foods anymore I’m going to go where my business is honored. I do t need to spend my money and support a store that has no value in what their words and what they actually promised to promote. WHOLE FOODS YOU ARE NOW A DISGRACE TO WHAT THE ORIGINAL OWNER JOHN MACKEY BEGAN.
Amazon is going to gradually transform Whole Foods into Walmart. That has always been my hunch. Could two companies possibly be more antithetical? It’s as if British Petroleum merged with Greenpeace.
I live in Montgomery ,New York. We need a Whole Foods desperately. We have plenty of commercial land and we are conveniently located between the city of Middletown (10miles west) and the city of Newburgh ( 10 miles east) . We have an UNFI warehouse, but no organic grocery stores. My daughter is a cardiologist and does all of her shopping at whole foods in Bklyn. She acknowledges the need for a store in our area.
I was very disappointed on going to Whole Foods in Palm Beach Gardens last night to see that 2 of the registers formerly manned by your employees had been replaced with 4 self checkout machines. I went to the manager’s desk to express my concern about this and, after he put down the Whole Foods corporate Kool-Aid he was chugging, he replied that there was no loss of jobs… Ha! Let me call B.S. on that right now… and yes, I see the possibility that the 2 cashiers there may have be reassigned to doing something else… for now… until by attrition the staff is, in effect, reduced . From 2 manned spots to 4 machines is all about eliminating jobs… not about convenience. Whole Foods built its business on selling quality foods to conscious thinking people. Please do not give the regional manager a pat on the head for this setting of a very bad precedent. Stop the ‘Profits Over People!’ crap and contribute to the community that supports YOU! Create jobs!!! Don’t eliminate them… and don’t spin the reality of this when one of your customers engages you in a conversation about it!!!
Get over it! Everybody loves those. I do use a self check out before I used to live cashier!
I am an employee and cashiers call out more than any other department. My guess would be that they fill those positions with college kids who really don’t care about the job. So they kind of brought it on themselves. I personnaly NEVER use self check out anywhere. I’m not getting paid for it or given a discount so I’ll wait in line. I’m all about the jobs
I stopped shopping at Whole Foods NJ months ago after I couldn’t get a straight answer about the sausage. Two employees told me that they didn’t have the seasoning to make the Tuscan sausage all the time and it was a very popular item. Got an email from a manager that they did have all the seasoning all the time but didn’t make it all the time because the demand wasn’t there. Somebody is not telling the truth. Not worth shopping there if I can’t believe them.
There’s a problem with an employee threatening another employee from another location to make a scandal out of personsl situation. Need to know what can be done because I wouldnt want to jeopardize their employment. Need a prompt response

Columbia, Md whole foods has changed their enter and exit doors, which is fun BUT…3 of us accidentally went though the exit and a security guard appeared said, you can’t come in…WOW really? I asked why, he said, you can’t come in this way, again, not noticing the sign on the automatic slider doors and yes they were posted but the doors were open and people were walking out, my first as any place of entry was too walk in…BUT really a security guard, this is distasteful!
I shopped at Whole Foods this evening and had to comment on my experience. I live in NW Indiana and shop at the Schereville location. It was about 3 pm and I was starving after being out all day. I wanted the hot food bar. Everything was dry and inedible. Can’t Whole Foods find a way to cover the food so it can be enjoyed past noon?
There must be a problem in distribution. Something is always out of stock. Tonight it was grass-fed beef and organic green peppers.
The grand finale was the shopping bags. There are none any longer. I was also told they will not double bag unless the customer asks. As I took the handleless bags out of my car they both ripped and my groceries were all over my driveway.
I HAVE HAD IT! I put up with your over priced products because I do like certain foods the store has to offer. BUT I WILL LEARN TO LIVE WITHOUT. I did not spend $95 tonight on a few items, to be told I can no longer have a shopping bag.
I will find other stotres to buy organic produce.

Also amazing sprinkled over sliced tomatoes
and a great surprise tossed into fruit salad.
Health Benefits: Contains Vitamin C,
glucosinolates, and helps lower risk of
certain cancers.
BASIL
Mature enough to provide the enchanting
summery basil aroma with its distinctive
peppery bite. Lay them over a pizza as it comes
out of the oven; or over any hot pasta dish.

immune system, provide antibacterial and
antioxidant benefits.

overtones. A great addition to salads, soups,
and sandwiches.

The Micro stage of this hauntingly aromatic
herb has a cleaner flavour than its full-sized
leaves. Include in burritos, curries and stir-fries.
Health Benefits: Cilantro is a powerful herb
known for it’s effectiveness of chelating heavy
metals from the body.
CRESS
Uniquely shaped leaves add extra value to this
most attractive garnish. Their initial burst of
heat quickly develops to a mellow, lingering
aroma. Toss them over creamed vegetables,
scrambled eggs, and seafood dishes.
Health Benefits: Excellent source of iron,
folate, calcium, and Vitamin A, C, and E.
KALE
Has a mild creamy flavour, yet it is sturdy enough
to remain crunchy. Toss in a tofu scramble, or stir
into cooked grains such as quinoa or rice.

it is sturdy enough to withstand heat from a burger.
Health Benefits: High in Vitamin B, C, and E.
Helps with fertility, and is great for the heart
and cholesterol.
WHEAT GRASS
Use with caution because this is more of a
medicine than a food. Start with no more than
25-grams (1-ounce) of grass. It is best when
pressed in a specially designed grass juicer
available at your favourite health-food store. If
you don’t have one, you can cut the leaves into
short pieces then put into a blender with water
or apple juice. Spin for a couple minutes at
medium speed to release the green juice. Strain
out the fibres through a strainer. Then blend
again, perhaps with a couple bananas or apples.
Health Benefits: A power blood builder and
rich source of chlorophyll. Wheatgrass
microgreens are packed with Vitamin A, B, C, E
and K. Promotes detoxification, oxygenates
the body, increases energy, has anti-cancer
properties and supports healthy digestion.
Today was the third time in the last 7 months that I witnessed customers entering happily into the Whole Foods in Franklin TN with their doggies. People looooove their pets. I guess more than they care about the unsanitary and unsafe environment they create. I asked 2 of the 3 if they knew that animals really aren’t supposed to be in food stores – they glibly and proudly responded “it’s an emotional support dog for my mom” (no mother ever was in sight…and “it’s a ‘service dog’.” The guy with the ‘service dog’ did not seem to need an animal to help him pick out lettuce.
I have been bitten by peoples “friendly”, “he wouldn’t bite anybody” dogs. So that is another reason it’s very upsetting to encounter someone’s dog rounding the corner….or almost slipping on a puddle their pet makes…not to mention fleas, airborne hair (there are open food buffets) and wondering if someone’s dog’s butt was sitting the cart I am about to put food in.
I think it’s time to leave Whole Foods behind – to the animal lovers.
Contacting both of the store’s managers only got me reasons and excuses. Same with corporate where I got talked over by the ‘full of herself’ millennial in customer service.
I also do not like the store since Amazon “took over” at all. Whole Foods has just become part of the behemoth and has lost its personal character and quality of shopping experience.
The animal’s allowed in the store was the last straw for me.
I’ve shopped at Whole Foods for well over a decade and spend a lot there. I did so today at the Highland Park location in Dallas,Tx. The milk had a leak in it with no obvious breach. The container was intact. It spilled in my truck. I called the store and escalted to Dana, the “manager on duty”. He asked me what I did to cause it and even suggested that it was my fault because it leaked so much in eight blocks then refused to give me a number to customer service for escaltion and instead, took my name and number to file an insurance claim. I’m appalled that he insinuated that I would somehow be scamming WF’s by pouring milk in my trunk????? It’s a very expensive sports car. Why would I? Anyhow, I called corporate and shared my view. What a huge waste of everyone’s time. Saying I’m sorry, let me send you a coupon for the damaged milk and to clean your trunk is all it would have taken. Shame on him. He was frustrated because I was frustrated. Oh well…. I’ll wait to hear back.
I visited the Whole Food Market in Lancaster for the 1st time and was disappointed. There was only one butcher working the meat dept (around 5pm). I waited until he was finished with the customer; knowing I was next. But, to my dismay; he bypassed me and went directly to a senior citizen who was NOT next. I expressed my concern to thee butcher and he ignored me, Then someone from the fish dept. came an assisted me with my order. You people need to train them to be a more customer oriented or put a ticket machine on the counter to avoid this dilemma. I was given the item w/o a charge. My point; customer satisfaction should be the goal. Not a happy camper. I will wait on Wegman’s.
I complained to your customer service.

Hello,
I would like to get in touch with the Sonya Oblisk (VP of Marketing) in order to discuss a potential partnership with my Creative Agency that I represent in hopes of collaboration.
The Wholefoods Market in Madison, NJ is the worst! The management sucks, they do not solve the issues of the customers in a timely manner. For some odd reason all of the good workers has either left or have been terminated. The store leaders and team leaders are always sitting in the office and they never help out their team. Every time I shop here it is a circus. This store needs a complete makeover from the top to the bottom!
Why are more and more tattooed thugs being employed at Whole Foods? Many of these employees in South Florida have attitudes and act like excons. Something strange is going on here. The cooks are dominated by Jamaicans and constantly over spice the food. Seems like anarchist are taking over the business. I don’t feel comfortable to trust the food there anymore. Can anyone at headquarters guarantee these employees have been cleared by a security level background criminal history check? The quality and character of the employees and service are deteriorating!
On Sunday I bought a bean burrito and cheese was no listed on the ingredient list (I have photos I’m happy to share). I am vegan and because of negligent labeling I ate cheese. This is completely unacceptable . I feel sick that I ate cheese, and have no faith left in this brand.
Can you let us know when the Whole Foods store will open in the Ellis Preserve shopping area in Newtown Square, Pa? We have been informed that the new opening date would be in the summer of 2017, and it doesn’t appear that that will happen. My wife shops at the store in Wayne, Pa, and that is not convenient to our home. She has started to shop at Wegmans instead due to the lack of information that is available of this new store’s opening, so you are losing one loyal customer to a competitor. Thank you for any information that you may \provide.
To whom it may concern;
My fiance and I have been shopping at your midtown location for years. It is apart of our Sunday ritual to get groceries and have yet to have an issue at that store. Yesterday 7/2/2017 we decided it would be a nice change to walk the pier and go downtown.
When we went into line to check out the green light indicated we go to register 16 and a friendly employee reiterated what the machine had said, so thats the register we went to. We unloaded our cart and the first words out of the cashiers mouth in a very brash aggressive tone were “You need to move that closer to me.” My fiance and I looked at each other wondering why this cashier was rude out of the gate but didn’t put much mind to it. As we are discussing what items we should lump together our cashier blurts out very rude “This line is for 16 items or less. Ya’ll shouldn’t even be here.” My fiance says he didn’t see any indication this was limited to that and he said if you prefer we can go to another line. Again, she lashed out “there is a sign right there.” This back and forth went on for over a minute and was getting more and more intense.
At this point I wasn’t going to allow my fiance to be disrespected and verbally assaulted by a cashier as her voice was getting higher and she seemed to be leaning into my fiance very threatening.
At this point I asked her for a manager and she scoffs “yeah, I got one.” i then had to proceed to clarify I would like to speak with her. I had taken the manager to the side to discuss my problems with her. When I returned to my cart she had continued being rude to my fiance to the point we had to request a new cashier.
Unfortunately, while Jasmine the customer service manager was finishing our transaction our original cashier sat at the end of the register and proceeded TO MOCK US. She was laughing loudly and making comments regarding us right to her peers right in front of us.
Now I have worked in customer service settings and my fiance is a VP of a large company and we do understand that basics of providing a good service. This experience was humiliating, degrading, and embarrassing! We don’t pay a premium for a cashier to sit and mock us. I am not sure why she felt the need to lash out on us, maybe a bad day, maybe she didn’t like our face, maybe it was racist in nature. Whatever the reason you shouldn’t allow your staff to treat your customers in such a rude and degrading manner. We have always had a wonderful experience at your midtown location but this experience has made us start considering going to brooklyn fare and abandoning your establishment all together.
Sunday July 2nd, 2017
GreenValley District, Henderson/Las Vegas, NV
10:10 PM – 10:05 PM – 10:00 PM – 9:50 PM
SHOPPED FOR A 4TH OF JULY CAKE; BAKERY DEPARTMENT BOXED UP THE CAKE AND GAVE THE FRIENDLIEST CUSTOMER CARE.
READY TO PAY; A GENTLEMAN WHO WAS CLEANING THE FLOORS WAS KIND TO TELL ME THAT I COULD NOT BUY MY GROCERIES BECAUSE THE CASHIERS (2) HAD ALREADY CLOSED & COUNTED DOWN THEIR DRAWERS.
I AM VERY UPSET. STANDING OUTSIDE I AM IN DISBELIEF. THE STORE MANAGER WHO IS LOCKING UP THE FRONT DOOR ASKED ME IF THERE IS SOMETHING THAT I NEEDED.
ARE YOU KIDDING!! WHO THE HELL BUYS GROCERIES AND CAN NOT PAY BECAUSE THE CASHIERS AND THE DAMN MANAGER WERE TOO BUSY CLOSING NOT REALIZING THERE ARE CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE!!!!!!!!!!
F#ck you!
Today I visited your store on Charleston Blvd in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas. I ordered 12 fresh shrimp from the shrimp counter. It was evident that the young man could not have cared less about his job. I continued to shop, and then drove home. When I unloaded my groceries I realized that he had wrapped the shrimp only in the brown paper wrapping, not in a plastic bag first. The shrimp juice had leaked all over my fresh raspberries and other groceries in the bag, and onto my floor mat. Additionally, I am surprised that the cashier did not notice it was leaking. For the amount of money you charge you should be able to afford hiring staff that provide excellent customer service or supervisors who know what is going on. By the way, there was no other customer at the counter, so he had no reason to rush, and when I first approached the counter there was no one behind it, I had to wait. This is one of the most affluent neighborhoods in the U.S. Seriously you think you can get away with this kind of service? Also, I read the posts above, and yes, the majority of your
employees are snobbish and rude, in fact the older ones are the worst. I am 65 year sold and am appalled at their attitude. If it was not for customers, they would not have a job.
The whole foods in the Time Warner building downstairs is theeeeee worst in customer service for one and second talking at the registers or taking their sweet time!!!!! I am a manager at one of the stores in the mall and would never allow my team to act in such ways!!! The lines are ALWAYS LONG and the cashiers do not seem to care. The are always having unprofessional conversations with customers in the store shopping. I spent 15 minutes in line that was for 5 items or less. The cashier was talking to the sushi chef no paying attention and moving slower and slower.
I am 83 years old, have Parkinson and a knee that is so bad I wil have to have a replacement. I arrived at
9:00 or before and it looked like they were moved, bang, bang with pans, etc. I got to the check out and a hispanic young was trading gibes with a Black or African American, large checker. I called his attention to the fact I needed carry out. When I almost checked out, an emplyee asked him to stop and check her out.
She was another large Black woman. When I said I could stand, was told they would get some but I need to
stop yelling. I felt naucous and ill. I left some of my groceries and had walk and another big busted Africa American attacked me saying no could bring my groceries because they were afraid of me. I have shopped at Whole Food for 40 years and intend to fill charges of elder abuse against these people. You need a manager who will stay at the front and help us. I taught school for 38 years. What a sorry store when you let this happened. Why don’t you just equip them with. They are mad group and were just having a hell time torment an old lady. CC To Houston Police.
U sound racist
Mr. Mackey,
I have been shopping at Whole Foods for 10 years and buy all my groceries there because you sell organic food. I was under the impression this was the place for the best organic, non GMO foods for my children. I read an article this morning about how Whole Foods has been telling their customers for years how they don’t stock any GMO foods in the store but that it was discovered that they actually do. Now this bit of info I saw was sponsored by another grocery store so I was skeptical.
I search for more info and found that this was true. Then I also saw that you had supported Monsanto (the devil of all mothers who care about their children) in their drive not to label GMO food. Obviously you don’t think we even deserve to have a choice! It makes sense that you wouldn’t want GMO labeled if you are hiding the fact that you are selling them already. That was the nail in the coffin for me and I say shame on you for trying to deceive us all and supporting a company ruining our health and environment. If you really cared about selling good healthy food to people you would never be in bed with Monsanto. The only way we will change all this corporate greed and immoral behavior in this world is to vote with our wallets. I will make sure to tell all the mothers on the soccer team and anyone else I can.
Shame on you and your kind,
Concerned caring mother
We are being ripped off by Whole Foods and in turn they are also being ripped off by the distributor.
It’s raspberry season and the company that produces organic raspberries from Mexico who distributes Berries Paradise pre-packaged raspberry are ripping people off. The packages say 6 ounces however they are only 4 ounces of berries in the container. This is what I do, i take them to the dry nut scale and add berries to the container that I am purchasing to make him 6 ounces.
I went to wholefoods today just for one thing because nobhill ran out, and was greatly disappointed with the removal of silk alternative milk products. It was replaced with 365 soymilk. The one I wanted was Silk Unsweetened Cashew milk. Soymilk is not the same as cashew, If I drink soy it makes me physically very sick. Also Silk brand is the only alternative milk brand that actually taste good and is good for cooking! I had to buy some brand I don’t know in the warm section. I am very angry. I use this milk in all my cooking, it is a big deal. This message is for corporate.
Your quinoa almost killed my fiancé. The salad bar and the food is not fresh. I find it extremely negligent of you Wholefoods… Considering how pricey the food is, we caught food poisoning. Don’t eat here!
I agree with you on this. I got severely sick from something in their freshly made salads and was in Urgent Care & almost the ER.
I find it repulsive that I was walking out of the female bathroom and one of the guys from the meat department walked out with his meat jacket on and apron. I find that disturbing and disgusting. True answer given is that people have stolen things from their apron so nor they bring it in the bathroom. How is this promoting safe and healthy eating? All it is doing is allowing HACCP to be tossed out the window and potential food borne and bacteria illness to ensue. I used to be an avid shopper there and now I am reconsidering even shipping there. It is sad when some of their own staff won’t buy from their own meat department.
RE: Nobel Dr, La Jolla, Whole Foods …. The male server in the Deli has a full beard and does not wear a face cover. His hair is fairly long and he wears a blue knitted hat. COSTCO, Sprouts, Vons Starbucks all servers with facial hair are required to wear a face mask and hairnet I can no longer purchase Deli items with this man and his full beard and long hair leaning into the salad display case.
My family will no longer buy animal products from your store until you take the steps to ensure the 5step program is actually being carried out. That would require multiple pop-up visits and immediate termination of farms not in compliance. Thr animals are the priority.
Does anyone at Whole Foods actually respond to these comments??
Hello. My name is Mie working in Tatsumura Co.,Ltd in Japan, thinking of importing whole food products.
We are wondering why there is no distributor of your products in here. Organic food is getting popular in Japan. If we can make a business with you, it will be good opportunity to expand the organic food in Japan.
There is contact address in your web site, but it’s all about suppliers for your company. Your company policy is no exporting your products to overseas? Maybe..
We believe good food will change the world. Hopefully, we can get the reply from you soon.
Hi Mie,
I read your post on the Whole Food page and did not see any response.
I represent Toronto Company which deals with products from the Bee Hive and USDA Certified cosmetic products.
Please let me know if you are interested to talk.
Regards,
Aneta
I have to ask you if I can return Evamor Water, 4 bottles of 2 quarts. This is because I measured that it contains 0.10ppm of fluoride.
Whole foods, I’m dissappointed to learn that you have made no measurable efforts to reduce or end your unsustainable palm oil use. I assumed your brand would care about ingredient sourcing and rainforest destruction, but apparently Costco, Walmart, and McDonalds are all working harder to source sustainable palm oil than you are.
The staff at the Whole Food store in Manhasset, NY are very DISRESPECT to the customers and HARASS customers them and are VERY ABUSIVE. I am trying to talk to the CEO of the company and I have not heard from him.
I live in Marin County CA and the Whole foods here got to be the worse in the nation! I visited Texas, Georgia, Boston and several others and I have yet to visit a Whole foods store worse than the ones in San Rafael and Novato. Their hot food bar is ridiculous, people who live here can afford and yet they serve the worse food possible and the selection is really small. Somebody from the corporate has to make a visit here.
How dare you desert the American consumer and everything you supposedly stand for (health, good, wholesome, healthy, natural foods) to stand with the Anti-Christ Monsanto? What is wrong with you? And how dare you help push the Dark Act and get it passed with Monsanto? You are going to lose the very segment of the American population have created you and made you possible and made your business possible. The people – the consumers who want healthy wholesome natural foods, and who want to know what’s in their food. You disgust me so much. I have quit shopping at Whole Foods. I am now shopping at Lassen’s and food coops. You guys will be your own undoing, as more and more people give up on you and start finding their own healthy food alternatives. Shame shame shame on you!
Bravo!!! I totally agree, they just build a brand-new whole foods in Philly. I went to look for split mung beans they didn’t have them, but they had rows and rows of candy! They also have a a glass windowed freezer in their meat section, where they display sides of beef and pig…. TOTALLY disgusting!!! Whole Foods needs to change their mission statement, because they lost sight of what it means to, “support healthy lifestyles” Shame on you!!! I will now take my business to Trader Joes and Wegmans!!!
I am a long-time animal activist and vegan. I shop at Whole Foods for my family because I believe you to be the most humane food company. I am disturbed by news from Humane Farming Association that your 5-step animal welfare program is not well regulated or enforced. Please, respond.
I have been hoping you would soon institute a similar program for your dairy and egg suppliers. Now I wonder if I have been mislead or misinformed about your comittment to animal welfare.
I became ill from a food purchased at one of your stores. When I went to the store and reported the incident, I was told that I would be contacted by an outside company. I was told it would be sometime in the next couple weeks. when I expressed concern 4 others purchasing the item, I was told again that I would be contacted by an outside company in a couple weeks.when I repeated my concern for others, I was told that there is nothing that you really do about that. it had all of the markings of a bacterial infection. I am still concerned about others experience with the same food. why is nothing done about this? I asked about testing of the food. I was told that nothing is done about that in a case like this. what can be done?
Second complaint. Your store in southpark area of Charlotte has a homeless person camped out at the front enrtrance to the store with a shopping cart full of clothes and belongings so that when you enter the store he is the first thing you see and smell. For a foodmarket this is disgusting. There are places in Charlotte for people with this problem to go to for help. Is it necessary for him to be yor greeter.
I will STOP shopping at wholefoods !!! they lie to the american people and not to mention they are in bed with monsanto!!! Wake up CEO’s
Agreed. Why don’t people wake up too, and see the slow genocide that Monsanto is carrying out on all of us? Sterility, death, birth defects, lots of crap in store from these MoFo’s. And Whole Foods is in on it. We need to stand up and march against them! It’s bad enough GMO’s are flooding the market. At least label them so we can decide what food we eat, MoFo’s.
Hello,
Can you tell me the address of the future Whole Foods that is coming to Lonsdale Avenue, in North
Vancouver British Columbia.
Also do you have an ETO for this store?
Thank you
a loyal customer
Sincerely
Bruce CG Gallagher
I stopped shopping at the Whole
Good!!!!
I will stop shopping at Whole Foods to they don’t need my money they treat customers like crap
Hello,
My name is Shannon. I have a business niche idea that I believe will soon the next generation of grocery shopping. I am trying find out whom I can get in contact with. I know Jim Sud is the Executive Vice President of Growth and Business Development for Whole Foods Market (whom I am sure is extremely busy) so if you could point me in the right direction of whom to speak to, it would be greatly appreciated!
We all knew from day one that this lawsuit was utterly fraudulent. I am truly disappointed in Whole Foods. Obviously the lying “pastor” and his so called “attorney” should be sued to the maximum extent of the law. Otherwise baseless lawsuits like this one will keep on coming. No need for Whole Foods to play “nice”. My shopping at lame Whole Foods is over.
Super disappointed that you not only raised the price of all the shampoo and conditioner of the Whole Foods brand, but you changed the formula — WHY? Now, I guess you’ll lose my business — I can buy all the other awesome shampoos and conditioners if I am going to have to pay the same price….it used to be affordable; now its the same or more as any other brands out there….and they told me you got rid of the essential oils…WHOLE PAYCHECK REINS…this was one of the only things I could afford – well, I guess Trader Joes brand wins now…can’t you give your customers a break once in awhile? Its pure insanity, the prices are just crazy as it is…guess the shareholders are laughing all the way to the bank…from 2.99 to 4.99 for the shampoo, and now two dollars or more for the conditioner…SUPER DISAPPOINTED IN YOU — at least with some 365 brands it would bring us in…but when I have to work so hard to not rack up a bill, at least you would get me in there with the shampoo and conditioner, and then I’d end up spending a ton anyhow…REALLY STUPID BUSINESS STRATEGY…tell that to your marketing and sales teams!
Hello. My question is, do you have stores in Florida? Would you consider having one in Avon Park Fl? (Highlands County) For more demographics here, you can contact the Chamber of Commerce. We would appreciate having one here. Sincerely, Pauline Desrosiers
Whole Food’s denial over their responsibility re: the gay slur on a Pastor’s cake is unfathomable. My experience has been that Whole Foods hires a lot of unfriendly, male thugs (like they’re right out of prison). It doesn’t surprise me one bit that a homophobic worker wrote the 3-letter offensive word on the cake, then shut–and taped–the box.
Why isn’t Whole Foods investigating this rather than immediately denying it?
I’m a stockholder in Whole Foods and I know one shouldn’t pull their stock out, emotionally. But I don’t know if I can continue to do business with a company like Whole Foods.
Hi,
I am a regular customer of the Park City, Utah store. I love having a Whole Foods close by and it is the only place I buy groceries. The thing that concerns me is how so many of your items are packaged in plastic. I am sure you are aware of the horrendous plastic pollution problem we have on our planet. Please take an ethical stance and stop packaging your deli items in single use plastic. Please find a more creative solution. It is simply impossible, in good conscious, continue to spew plastic into our environment.
Thank you!
Plastic isn’t the worst of it. The Humane Farming Association has revealed horrific treatment and conditions of the animals supposedly being treated humanely with that 5 step program. These meats are more expensive and the people spend that extra money because they think the animals are raised and treated humanely They are not. I have evidence and photos of turkeys and chickens in crowded, filthy conditions.
Manager is very rude mr Trevor smith he has no compassion for coustemer
Down syndrome child had an allergy reaction to the Hemp Protein Organic superfood 8g fiber
I went to the whole foods to returned I he refused and called security on me ,which there was no reason for him to and when I complain toMs Christina Hunziker she told me the manager Trever Smith will be staying at there whole foods market at 57 street inmanhattan New York City .

that my medically challenged child had a allergy reaction to I made a complain to Christina
Hunziker but she did not resolve the issue I called her back on Friday morning her malicious words are .Mr Trevor Smith will be staying at the whole foods market at 57street
You hire serious trash security people who STEAL THINGS THAT WERE NOT REMOVED FROM YOUR MANHATTAN STORES. NO PROOF/ CAMERA EVIDENCE. THEY TAKE WHAT THEY WANT. Didn’t you get into several lawsuits over these errors? Accusing grandparents of taking salad bar food when they paid? Columbus Circle…….Hmmmmm I’ll take my food back plus more out of your stores now…..
I shop almost daily at your Boca Raton Store. I don’t mind paying more for fresh products. However, I do mind wasting my money. I purchased salmon steaks for dinner. When I got home to make the fish, I unwrapped it and the fish stank so bad i had to through it away. It was absolutley disgusting. I contacted my local Market to let them know and they commented on FB that they would send me a private message (of course apoligized for everyone to see) They offered to replace my fish through a private message. When I responded, no follow up.. So in my opinion it was all for show.. I am still waiting for a response. I would prefer your company not respond at all then to respond and not follow through. Makes me feel like you don’t care about my business.. I will be going to fresh market and trader Joe’s from now on..
We were thrilled to have WF in Columbia and appreciate the enthusiasm, professionalism, and friendly employees in WF Columbia in all departments. Folks in seafood are especially commendable. Hot food is tasty but the food sitting area is filthy. This is unlike any other area of the store. It would help to add a few cents to food and assign someone to maintain the area. Your help would be appreciated.
Whole Foods outlet in Folsom California is one of the worst stores in the WF organization. They hire many unprofessional individuals with mega tattoo’s, multiple hair color and a condescending demeanor. Not only is their hire quality languishing but the over all quality of the store is also, the hot food and salad area is horrible with selections that are only eaten by middle easterners. I am not attempting to disparage this portion of our world for their tastes as my wife is from Iran. She also thinks it unusual and is concerned about about there cleanliness in this area as I am.
DN Moore–
May 2016 Whole Foods Outlet in Bellingham WA ……Never Hire Blacks and if they do so its at record minimal numbers. The HR Department is very Non Professional and Very Discriminatory in their day to day operations. They turn down Le Cordon Bleu Graduates Blacks to Hire Whites with No formal training or background in Culinary…….while the Staff of whites hired there are Nice and Professional the Corporation they represent are very bias. I’m a Veteran of the USMC/CA and the Last thing we need is a Racist Corporation pissing on upstanding lawful citizens seeking employment opportunities to take care of their families and financial obligation abroad!”
This store has a manger by the name of Frank when I complained about a cashier he was durt, condescending and hostile he acted as though someone who use to shop frequently at Whole Foods and no longer shops there is better than havng to actually do something about his rude employees. This Frank is a rude, condescendng, flippant, and hostile jerk. He treated me rudely and after i told him I will not shop there because of the rude and racist cashier he smirked and kept saying thank you and on and one smirking and being basically a smartass. So, bye Whole Foods enough is enough. Keepy your rude cashiers and rude management I will go to Trader Joes at least they act like they give a you know what.
Finding an email for head office .. What ? You can’t do it. They clearly do not want you to complain to head office. No transperancy. Shame on you.
I shop at the store in Andover, MA where I often buy Jewish Seeded Rye bread which was always enclosed in a bag and now the bread is not in a bag but left behind glass doors where anyone can take a loaf of bread. People touch the bread and sometimes if a loaf falls the person just puts it back. Now I will not buy my bread at Whole Foods. I do not think it is sanitary. Why did you change it or is it because you wanted to save money.
I’m writing this to vent and I expect no real actions to happen but I was a worker for the post oak store in Houston texas. I was recently let go because I was told I made someone feel uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a investigation into thus matter but none really happen. I feel like I was witch hunted out of the store because of something that happened 4 years ago. I busted my buttons for the company, sacrificed my other job and put on a fake sunny attitude just so I could work for them. I now have no way to support myself and now at 25 years old I’m likely to end up homeless in the next couple of days. I’m thankful that I was hired considering I have a misdemeanor theft charge from way back. But what happened to me was not right. I was singled out, asked questions about my personal life by an employee, and then left to be hung for answering the questions. I know exactly who started this mess because I only talked to her about the situationsame but I do not harbor any animosity to the individual or the company. I just wish that those employees in any situation similar to this would have proper justice dished out instead of just being treated like a animal
Thank you for your time
on 6/24/2015 I go into whole foods at283broadway street laguna beach ca once again I had my civil rights violated by them and an whole body food demo person passing out food this demo person was not around I started to get an sample she appears corners me in this close area I have had 4 hip operations [3 replacements ]she ordering me bossing me to move I try to move this lady who weighs around three hundred pounds doing demoes for whole foods wont let me get by I talking over me when I am talking I pull out an tape recorder she runs to the teller I try to express what happened they ignored me call up male employee said he wanted to talk to me I said ok after I pay for my 69 cent bottle of water he agreed he went by the exit door I paid went out the other door the police here always sides with the stores hates the homeless are bully like whole foods employees it is all about the money under California incur laws this is an civil rights violations among many other violations I was barred before for over one year stand up for your rights write Washington dc or do something to stop merchant bullying
Whole Foods has declared that the hard-working farmers who provide them with the healthful, organic food that we all appreciate and are willing to pay exorbitant amounts of money for must now pay thousands of dollars to participate in a rating program that includes conventional produce. There is absolutely no comparison between conventional and organic, and you shouldn’t even sell conventional when fruits and vegetables are available in organic. Why do you think we shop at Whole Foods- or should I say used to shop at Whole Foods? I grow increasingly disappointed in this company I have supported since it first opened its doors. It does appear that greed has clouded your vision. I believe a boycott is in order.
When Whole Foods came to Ann Arbor I was thrilled and shopped there on a regular basis. As the mall that they are located in began to add more stores and eating establishments, parking became impossible. Whole Foods decided to no longer accept personal checks ( I was told it was because of our university student population…)
I was also frequently followed by an obvious security person several times while shopping ( I assume it was my large tote purse)
I have not shopped at Whole Foods for almost two years now as I have found better customer service at several other grocery stores in Ann Arbor.
Seeing the story “Disabled man’s discrimination lawsuit against D.C. Whole Foods endures” is appalling.
As a stockholder and regular customer of Whole Foods, I am appalled at the apparent snobbery of those employees. You need to get rid of them and hire some ADULTS. Maybe some Senior Citizens maybe.
Whole Foods, like all businesses should direct their employees that a “a customer is a customer”, no stereotyping or snobbery is allowed. You are not in the business to insult customers, act like some are “below” your standards to shop there. That man’s money is as good as any of us and he deserves the respect for being a customer. As humans we are all equal so treat them that way. If you want to act like you think you are superior, join the KKK or some racist group but quit working at Whole Foods.
Get it together and those of your employees at that store.
I feel like a rat in the maze when trying to contact Whole Foods Corporate Office for Customer Service, I guess the management team at Whole Foods thinks that their customers are idiots! Down with their stock, fellow consumers, please shop the alternatives, competition or litigation is your only resolution…
Today is the third time I was unable to get a parking place at your Buckhead Atlanta store. The second time I complained to someone in the store, and was told that “we are working on it”. They did add some more places, not enough. Today I just gave up and bought my groceries at your competitor. I like your store but would like to feel that I can get in after making the drive. I wish you would re-open your Brookhaven store.
I was recently very disappointed to learn you sell bottled water. There is no clever marketing tool you can use to justify this–bottled water is in direct opposition to the responsible, healthy, eco-friendly values you preach. I hope you will remove this wasteful product from your inventory ASAP. Thank you.
Hello, I have always been impressed with the quality of products you offer, until recently. On your website you state that “values matter” and I agree. Would you also commit to stating that ISIS and terrorism are contrary to core values and the values of many United States citizens? I recently read your blog where you are touting Halal foods being sold in your markets. Did you know that the Halal certified foods you offer are Sharia? Do you understand that the 2.5% zakat tax on Halal foods goes to the Muslim Brotherhood who support terrorism? It seems to me that anyone who knowingly promotes something that is against America and its soldiers is a traitor. Maybe it is just a matter of being uninformed on your part, but you now know. I hope you seriously ponder the information I have provided.
U a typical STEW-PIT PERSON ON AMERIKKKAN SOIL…SADLY ALL MUSLIMS ARE NOT TERRORIST…IF THEY ARE …

Hello,
This is the second time in the last few months that I have shopped at your Edgebrook location in Chicago, Illinois. This is also my second complaint. The first one being to the store about their old, cold, & leftover hot food bar. It is inexcusable to sell burned, old vegetables. I have just hurt my teeth trying to chew Brussels sprouts that were burned on the bottom & hard as a rock. So $20.00 later, dinner is ruined again. I got to the store before 5:00pm. What is the point if the lunch is leftover there? Something need to be done & soon about that store.
Thanking you in advance,
Sue Zanders
Dear WFM,
Last night (05/13/2016) I went to one of your store’s at Mason, Ohio. I arrived with an item and a receipt, the original purchase date was on 04/16/2016, below the 30 days requirement most stores would accept. I purchased a salt lamp for my work office which made a strong sound when I atempt to turn the switch on, and also smelled like burned. I was told at this store that I needed to have the same debit card I purchased it with, explained to your employee that I have a new card that arrived with a chip and the other one is not longer available. He refuse to refund the merchandise and offered a store gift card. I would have accept the card because I always purchase there, and I have no problem with that, however, I personally don’t feel comfortable receiving such service from a store my family and I visit on regular basis specially when I’m returning something due to safety issues, I do not like to be force to purchase something at a store, I go to your store because I enjoy your products, it fits my needs of buying healthier food for a healthier life style but I can definitely look for alternatives if I will receive this type of services. However, the policy in your website does not state its requires that I return items with the exact same card that I purchased it with.
PD: keep in mind That I’m actually doing a favor by making you aware of this dangerous product your store is selling. Next one may happen to be a burned home…
