Can i still use my BB Z3 smartphone even if the company stop making it
I recently purchased my BB.PRIV phone from Verizon.
After using it for a couple of months. I find the following
issues with the phone….”EXCESSIVE HEATING”
1) When charging the battery
2) During Telephone calls 10 mins on local calls or 5 mins International calls
3) When using apps
4) When using Maps
What the hell is going on…If u need more sales in blackberry then why the bloddy he’ll u shutting down what’s app and facebook in blackberry…do u think this will get a solution for ur sales…then let me tell u this is totally wrong decision….
Many users of blackberry have disappointed from this decision…u have lost ur many users from this….

Very sorry that clients are not kept informed… BlackBerry customer base could have played a major role in dealing with the challenges. The result of it all is that customers loose interest in stead of being part of the solution. Coming close to what happened to SAAB: a superior brand down the drain… Lesson: capitalise on client goodwill by sharing information and inviting them to participate. As soon as there is a good plan one gets it funded too.
What kind of company are you??? I’ve been with BlackBerry for many years and never did I have to pay to fix a problem the exist when it was BlackBerry fault. I guess the rumors are true that you’re going out of business, easy way to make money is to create an update with worm holes and charge people to fix it. I’m sorry I use to work for BlackBerry and I know find myself looking at changing phones. I’ll be going to Apple this week. At least I know I’ll be taken care of and their customer service is free.
I am using 9380 curve, it show initialization failed whether sim is inserted or not , in Pakistan there is no franchise or some other blackberry office so m having this problem, different hardware shops I visited but no success, any one can guide me?
