I have updated my Garmin 1450 from your web site and now it is not working. It worked excellent until I updater it. It will just come up on the screen with GARMIN and the arrow (blue) and will not proceed any further. It worked just as good as my Garmin 68 until this update. I also have a Garmin dash cam 35. It was your update that caused this problem. I have updated all 3 units on a regular base and had no difficulties until now. My mac will not even recognize the 1450 now.
Thank you

I am from Pakistan.
I need to cominucate with Garmin head office.
Recently I procured a new 7″ Garmin GPS from UK and a refurbished 6″ model from USA.
The local Garmin dealers named East West Infinity have failed to load Pakistan maps in these 2 models .
Please advise me.
Dan Bartel, My NuVu 50 LM which was determined to be defective by a contact to customer service and was told to return it and it would be replaced after several attempts to resolve various issues. I received a reburshed device that is worse than the one I sent back. There was not mention of being replaced by a reburshed device. this is totally unfair. A new device that I paid full price for exchanged for someone elses piece of junk said to be reburshed. Now, I cannot get this junk sent back at no cost to me for a new device as should have been done in the first place. I do not want another piece of junk, that is no good to me. With all the complaints on your products I looks to me like you would want to clean up your reputation and do the fair and right thing. you, know, good business practice, fair and honest. Please do the right thing.
I purcharsed a Nuvue 50 GPS and it has been nothing but a piece of junk. It was found to be defective and I sent it back to Garmin as advised. I just received a reburbished, not mine that I sent in. I was also told when found to be defective that could receive a substancial descount on a new one which I heard nothing more about. This reburshed one is nothing but junk, even worse than the one I returned. Some of the keys on the keyboard do not work, very few options available, it won’t even take my home address. The zip codes are all wrong and can not correct. My own zip code it will not take. By my address it puts me at a different address and location because the zip code is incorrect. And then you can not just delete that one item. It has all of these Garmin addresses and can’t delete them. My old Magellan Maestro is far superior, to this piece of junk. My Magellan quit and some one abviously had never had a magellan recommended Garmin I do not want this piece of junk so tell me what to do as to a refund so I can purchase another Magellan. I spent 4 hours on customer service just trying to get it registered and downloads. Now, there is something drastly wrong with your product and customer service. David is a disaster, Roger finally got it to take downloads. It is telling me now that the same downloads are available at the same time I up to date. I do hope there is resolution. I also have the “red light warning” but it does not show it on the device. Peggy Wilson Dobbs 1-4-17
I’m totally disgusted and not satisfied with your product. I got a Fenix 2 less than 24 months ago and now it keeps crashing on me. I took the watch into your walk in store in Randburg South Africa only to be told that nothing can be done and that I have to buy a new watch.
I spent well over R6K on this watch for it only to work for 23 Months? I expect more from Garmin. What you guys are telling me is that I have to buy a new watch every 2 years. If I spent less than R1K I would except this but not when I spent over R6K.
I was a Garmin fan and would have recommended it to my friends, but after this I would not touch Garmin nor would I recommend it to anyone, in fact I will go out of my way to tell people on social media that Garmin products are a scam, useless and that they are cheating the public out of their hard earned cash, after what I have experienced with this product and will not touch another Garmin product again!

Hello!
I am very disappointed Garmin Service in Finland. I have two T5 collars with valid warranty.
Service in Finland does not start to service the equipment purchased from Australia. Only regretted the purchase. That makes me angry.
I would like to get them to work here in Finland.
If I do not get them to work here in Finland, I will stop the use of your Garmin products. I can not recommendGarminn to anyone.
Bought a Garmin 820. Worked for two rides, then went dead. Reset would’t help.
Entirely disappointing stuff compared to my Suunto gadgets which all worked for years and actually never broke (so I’ll keep using those and donate the 820 to the garbage bin.

Hi,
been on the phone with the US customer service last night, and since we are living in Jakarta at the moment I was given the Asia customer service contact number which seems to be invalid. Does anyone have a valid number for the Asia customer service? If not will call the UK office today.
I am a Nuvi user of many years, bought the lifetime-update service, and couldn’t be more satisfied with its performance and your update reminders.
So…. After woeful performances from the Fitbit Charge HR — a third replacement is in the mail (the company is at least responsive) — I have been considering your latest golf/HR unit. What can I expect from Garmin v/v long, trouble-free performance from that device, and most importantly, backup?
My NuviCam is dead also….14 days out of warranty.
After 3 days they finally responded and said they will send me a reconditioned unit with a 90 day warranty.
For $400.00 they should replace it with a new one!
And I even have to pay shipping!
Poor Product, Awful customer service.
Hello donyou sell garmin wholesale ?
I have purchased two Garmins for my car in the few years. I never used either one very much and they both have just shut down on me and quit working. When the first one did it I thought maybe it was just where I had left it in the car so I went out and replaces it. But now the second one has done the exact same thing, we were on vacation and went into a restaraunt to eat and when we came out it would not turn back on. So we had to use my phone for 14 hours to get home. We had only used the GPS a handfull of times and this time I took it out of the car when we were not using it. I talked to several other people who said they have had the same thing happen to them…. What is wrong with your producrt? When I called the Customer Service center to see if there was maybe a reset button on it she informed me that I could replace it for $79.00. Why would I want to buy another GPS form you when two of them have shut down on me….
Garmin Customer Services UK totally sucks. When are you going to do something about it?
Your so called truck GPS sucks. It just tried to route me down a road that trucks are not allowed on. That road was so skinny, I’d scrape the fenders of my dually pickup. It’s also tried several times to send me down roads with low overpasses. It seems that ever since I updated the maps,I’ve had more problems with it. Good thing I know how to read a map.
I would like to explain not to customer service, but someone in charge, what their product has done for me outside of getting me to my destination, husband died ,left to go to cancet appointments alone, but helped me more, please let me tell my story
Sir, I purchased a GARMIN NUVI 5 GPS approximately 2 years ago with a lifetime of free maps????????I have been trying for the last year, to update my maps I have even taken the unit to your Sydney office on numerous occasions to no avail….they cant help me or explain why I cant download the maps but I cant. Its very frustrating as I need current maps for my job….please help me.

I am looking for replacement suction cups for my external antenna for my GTM 60. Please let me know if you have these in stock or can get them.
Again I need replacement EU TRAFFIC RECEIVER SUCTION CUPS. Where can I purchase the suction cups? I already have two external antennas and do not want to purchase another one. Please help.
Garmin has some marine product faults that could be rectified if they had an Australasia service manager(Tony Chambers) who was interested in safety and forwarded complaints to the correct department instead of being a belligerent stand over person who adds little faith in the Garmin products.
I have on my Yacht a extensive range of Garmin product, 750s, radar, vhf 200i,& GHS10i,AIS 600, AUTO PILOT GHP12,GWS 10.
My AIS600 has been replace four times and now I have a unit that works as it should it now transmits my position( I had to lodge a complaint with Fair Trading)just because it had a antenna splitter that was intermittent. Tony Chambers contracted an installer for approximately 20 hours @ AUD115.00 PER HOUR in an attempt prove me wrong, he failed. The GHS10i still has an intermittent fault the the cable has been replace 3 time the 200i twice and the GHS10i twice. TonyCHAMBERS wants me to have an expert check the system with the correct side band equipment. THIS RADIO IS VHF NOT HF SO IS NOT SIDE BAND.
I have many photos showing the AIS600 problems including a photo of my MFD showing I am a DANGEROUS VESSEL APPROACHING MYSELF.
please feel free to contact me Greg McIntosh in Australia via this email address.
I have written this letter of complaint in the interest of safety, it would be appreciated if notice of receipt for this email was forwarded.
