Why it is more expensive to get my prescriptions from CVS with Humana coverage that from Target without Humana coverage? And Humana refused to give me the 45 pills I need and will only give me 30?

I just call the executive offices since the head of at home Mr Patrick Covington didn’t return my call and when I call all the phone does is ring no vm. I spoke to a Mel and he hung up on me. When I call remember service all I do is get switch from one department to another. Humana is the worst insurance company I have ever had. When you have a doctor for years and your in the hospital does not want to be you doctor any more because you have Humana there has to be something worse. As well as your doctors tell you when you are in the hospital that they are the worst insurance company.
I am getting email notices that prescriptions have been ordered and NOW shipped! I have not ordered anything and NO one wants to assist me! This is wrong and there is ZERO accountability from any one answering the phones!!!
