I have a two year old daughter, Maia, almost three in September, who is infatuated with the puppies from movies Barbie and Her Sisters in The Great Puppy Adventure and Barbie and Her Sisters in a Puppy Chase. These two movies are in heavy rotation on ourFriday Night movie night accompanied with popcorn of course.
I grew up on Barbie and now, my daughter is falling in love with Barbie. Well, the doll itself is a bit to old for her now (too many small pieces), so I figure that Mattel would have made stuffed animals of the puppies: Honey, Rookie, DJ, and Taffy. I was surprise that they don’t exist. I mean, I really thought Matell would capitalized off these pups. Also, a cartoon puppy series would be cute for toddlers on up would be cute.
The reason for the comment is for the mere suggestion, recommendation, and/or grand idea for Mattel to take this little idea and go with it. I would buy all four stuffed animals of the puppies at any price. Like I said, I played with Barbie as a child with Skipper and Summer, and Kelly. I had the house, the clothes, and the car back in the 1990s. Now that my daughter has taken an interest, I know Barbie is a great influence for her to grow up with as I did. And, I’m excited to play with them all over again.

I Would LOVE To See MATEL Create A BABY BELLA DOLL..
I am very disgusted with the manipulation of the children by Mattel by pushing the LGBTQ or Gender Neutral agenda. The new Ken doll is one example. When I buy toys for my children I do not want them to have to guess who is who or what is what. I am proud for my son to be a strong your man and my daughter to be a strong young woman. Confused children need help not more manipulation , hormone interruption therapy, or cutting off of body parts. I don’t want to hear about diversity on one hand and the stifling of diversity when it comes to gender. Leave the children alone!!!!

I bought my 5 year old son the “criss cross crash” hot wheels track for Christmas, set it up and then the cars wouldn’t even stay on long enough to load more cars to crash them. Returned it and got “zip rippers rip em and race em track” and it wouldn’t stay flat so the loop was leaning and preventing the car to go through. I also got a track for the tub “splashdown station” and it won’t stick to the wall and the little bucket thing wouldn’t hit the button it was supposed to, to launch the car into the water. My son loves hotwheels and we are both very disappointed with what has happened! He’s got tons and I mean tons of hotwheels but now no tracks to use them on!

Please can you add or update your hotwheels collectors site. All i want to do is type in the car name ie:-howlin heat, epic fast ect which are cars that are currently owned by my son, we have recentley decided to register on the collectors site and have stared entering all the codes on the top right of every package, but this has now become an irritation because he would like to add all previous cars to his collectors list. This hasnt been very enjoyable because the majority of the names or car makes and models i type are not to be found. Please can you try to rectify or atleast point me in the direction of a site that has all the names and proper codes that come with the packaging. Yours hopefully v west. Hopefull mummy.

Very disappointing !!! Horrible customer service … Call all numbers only get automated machines .. Ordered Barbie dream house gift set for my daughters 5th birthday ..which comes with dream house ,bed, washer/dryer , car.. Instead of receiving he Barbie car which came with the set I received a 50 pack matchbox cars!!! To top it off the dream house didn’t even come in the original box ruining my daughters birthday !!!
How can she get excited to unwrap a gift and it’s a cardboard box , not only that, she won’t even have a Barbie car to go with it .. And there’s no one to speak to about this !

Terrible customer service and products
I have sent in the recalled Magnetix product for valuation and refund process in Dec, 2015.
Mattel received the recalled product and quoted us with a much lower valuation than we paid and also declined for refund.
we were no happy with their response, and asked my product returned or refund. Mattel declined either request and said they lost my item already.
I have tried to work out a resolution with Mattel for the last 3 months, but Mattel had stopped responding and passed the deadline to reach a resolution on Feb 26th, 2016.
It has been very frustrated for no reply for more than a month!!!!
Hello, my Name is Defne and i’m a huge Monster High fan.I come from Germany and I’m 13 years old. I love the Monster High characters Cleo de Nile and Nefera de Nile. It would be great if Mattel could bring out a sister pack of those characters. P.S: I liked Nefera de Nile with her original skin tone better.
Mattel should have a division that aimed that sells or licence products such as Mag Wheels. All those kids have grown up! Or have GM put out a limited edition Hot Wheels Camero.

Why have they over the last few years changed the colour yellow on the UNO Cards so that it is hard to see the numbers on it, I have to go over the numbers with a black marker, I have bought many packet over the years and so have my friends hoping to find the earlier ones, and last week got one from a Asian shop…it is lovely playing with cards you can see. I have been looking everywhere for a Monster High doll named Clawd Wolf. I cannot locate this doll for the life of me,…unless you want to spend $100.00 plus shipping. Really!!!!! Not just keeping Mattel as a close knit Family, but keeping your product going through generations of close knit Families. Knowing that your Company still holds that connection with Consumers.
