Dear Concerned Authority,
BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences , Dharan, Nepal is a Medical College and a Hospital located in eastern part of Nepal.
We are planning to purchase some ICU Ventilators for service & teaching -learning activities, Medtronic as a pioneer product (PB 840) , we would like to have following inquiry;
1. Do your company in USA make main unit or not?
2. Do the price vary according to the country of origin of the units or parts?
3. A unit or a part manufactured in Ireland and USA have the same price or not?
I feel that you don’t have the best customer service. I ordered an insertion device for my new medtronics mini med 630G on June 5th and requested overnight delivery and was told that it would cost me an additional $12. I need this device and said okay, just get it to me. Well it is almost a week later and I won’t get it now until tomorrow. The only good thing that I can say is I wasn’t charged for the overnight delivery. I have a few more issues and I am getting nowhere with your customer service. This is unsatisfactory.

I have a package from Metronic that was delivered to my house from UPS. I called Metronic and talked to a gentleman about this. They said someone would be by my house the next day to pick it up. I have to complaint about an employee in medtronic and discuss about it. I need help from ur end to take action against him . Medtronic employee is having legal case going in India n he is wanted here in corts but he is escaping from here.
As a large Shareholder, I can’t tell you how disgusted I was in your move to Ireland and its negative impact on me. I now have incurred a $225,000 capital gains tax for 2015. And your results this year are in the red so I lose both ways when I have to sell shares to pay my tax bill.
How can you say this move was in the best interest of Shareholders? Maybe for corporate execs who are acquiring stock options but not for long-time shareholders like me. If there is a shareholder legal action against management, I will gladly join a suit.
