sir, i am too much exhausted financially as well as physically as i belong from a lower income group family and visiting service center once costs at least 500 rupees, even now i am not able to purchase a new phone due to economic problem.This money is hard Earned by me.

i have purchased moto m on December 2016. Since then i am facing issues with charging. Twice i have been to the service center and they simply do nothing but change the cable . When i ask for a permanent solution, they have none.
My warranty will expire on 15 June so asked them what will be done after that , so they simply reply that i will have to buy the USB if it will not work. This is the handset issue , why should i buy the cable or keep on visiting the service center.

I bought the Moto G4 Plus on Amazon October 11-2016. Mobile was having a lot of problems like screen trouble, hanging, charging problems. I have taken this mobile to service center hisar several times for same issues but it’s giving problem back to back. Lastly I had deposited my mobile on April 27 due to the problem of charging slowdown & low battery backup. Today it’s been 30 days till I have deposited my mobile service center (Golden Telecom Hisar). Today (16-05-2017) the give me my mobile saying the issue is solved (by changing the motherboard) but when i came home it has same issue of very slow charging ( i have replaced mobile charger and usb cable from service center). I am very unsatisfied by your service. I have called toll free customer care number many times but my problem not resolved. Please contact them and resolve my problem or provide me replacement.I am very upset with your service.

Actually Motorola services are not good on India…they should have an exceptional plan for the customer who have genuine reason . Bought moto g4 plus on my bdae and on 11th day sim slot 1 stopped working. Amazon and Motorola guys ping ponged me like a ball. From here to there and soo on. Even they provide me false information.actually i have 5 models of Moto phones but now i got to know that Motorola guys will only give or provide you false info. Very bas experience i had and now i will not recommend Moto phones to my friends which i was doing .
Motorola customer service (Dallas Fort Worth) is worst please don’t buy any Motorola product. First they advertise the phone will work on any network that false. My Moto G4 play didn’t work on Verizon. THE IMEI number is bad. Send phone for fix it and receive another without battery. The customer service folks even don’t know who is the CEO or executive management team I can speak to related the issue. Shame about this employee. They even don’t who run the company. I will never buy Motorola product again.

I purchased Moto G4+ in july 2016 now I had a problem with charging. My hand set was not charging properly, I try give in to service centers. But in service centers they asking minimum 10-15 days… I don’t have the another 4g hand set, my question is! If I give the hand set out side of service center they are giving 30-50 min. but service centers they asking too much time. And those are giving rood answers and Irrespective answers. Never buy a moto phone. Very pathetic customer support. My motoG4 is just 6 months old and already repaired 5 times still the issue is not resolved. I requested for a replacement phone since this clearly is a harware manufacturing issue, but the moto team is not even responding. There don’t even have a contact to escalate. Only one call centre who don’t have any clue of how to support the customer requests.

I am Uttam Patra. I have a Moto g4 plus. I have a major issue with my device. In this month i am visiting your service center thrice times. first time sim jack 2 is automatically not work (Device submit Date 04-12-2016) & receive handset 14-12-2016 with change mother board. when i am receive device the audio jack is not work again i am visit your service center (16-12-2016, Okhla II, Delhi). Now phone is not take batter charging above 15% the service center guys are confused where is the problem. They are also charge my device half an hour the charging is not grow & suddenly it will taking charge. They are submit my charge & date cable and tell the replacement of charger & data cable is done within 15 day. I am also asking about standby charge and they are unable give. So what can i do with my device without charge & Data Cable. They had already taken my 15 day.
This time i am totally disappoint with Moto service.

This is with respect to the conversation held between me and motorola Executive. from 19th.Nov, 2016 i am taking frequent follow ups from your site and still received only FAKE PROMISES.
I got a mail of matter escalation on 24th.Nov, 2016 and follow up via voice calls and after that i received mail from motorola head branch wait for one week to get mobile in hand.
Also i received mail from service center representative (Sagar Yadav ) regarding my device on 5 dec, 2016
”REPLACEMENT IS APPROVED FOR YOUR HANDSET”.
After that i received twice of times calls from motorola head office Authorities and said me wait for one week to get mobile in hand . but today i.e. 19.12.2016 but still not any positive action taken from your site and this is so frustrating for me.
I own the Moto X and it finally went bad so I had to buy a new phone. The price went up substantially on the Moto X so I bought a Moto G period worst mistake I ever made. I’ve had to replace it 3 times because of problems. By the time I have the third one I was past my warranty. WTF. This phone has had absolutely nothing but problems since I’ve gotten it. From one thing to the next it’s always something different on it. Piece of junk. I doubt I will ever buy another Motorola product again.
I had a Moto X and loved it and the screen finally went out. I bought a Moto G this time because the Moto X price went way up. I absolutely hate the Moto G. I have sumbmitted my phone(moto x force) on 4/11/16 at noida service centre(satyam communication) . Which covers display warranty of 4 years. They told me that it will get repaired within 15 days.. But now i am taking followup regularly and no one is giving good response.. I bought a new MOTO G4 (4th gen) phone five days ago and it already has major issues. Ghost touch is the name given the problem by the countless others who have posted online complaints about this phone. When I called customer support, they pretended to be unaware of the issue despite there being complaints on every online retailer’s sites.
The phone just keeps launching new screens without being touched at all. Service center advised me to send it back to Amazon and buy another brand. Nice work, Moto.

I have purchased a mobile from manufacturer Motorola in normal operating conditions, the mobile phone exploded with a terrifying blast at my home. I contacted Motorola support.
Motorola on my report, didn’t act in professional way, and on the other hand, they extended my troubles by compelling my time on name of discussions with management. After days of tedious follow up, Motorola offered me replacement of mobile as their best response towards my incident.

I cannot believe that this million dollar company has suck horrible customer service! I have asked for motorola’s executive offices number and email, at this time, I am still waiting on the same. I am about to take this to the BBB. I feel defrauded, ashamed and highly upset at this time that I chose motorola for my cell phone needs. I sent in my device for repairs under warranty, I am very cautions, and handled my devices as best as I can to keep them in MINT condition, I sent in my device due to random reboots (which on one of the reboots it damaged my 64gb sd card), and device not charging properly. I just received a notification indicating that my device is being shipped back, when I call in to get the status of what was done to the device they are telling me that the device arrived with a cracked screen and that I was informed of this, at this point I was confused, angry, disappointed, especially since when my arrived I was not informed of this, and when my device was set to motorola it was sent in the original motorola box (for proper packaging and to secure the device) with the turbo charger), how the hell would the screen be cracked, so from a phone that had issues with the charging and random reboots, motorola is returning it to me with a cracked screen, I hate to say this, but WTF is going on? I have called several times to the customer service line, and no seems to give a dam. I hope and pray that motorola has a great quality team monitoring these calls, and finds opportunities on how to treat your clients, if you have a phone with a good screen, don’t send it in to service because they may send it back to you with a cracked screen! I hope someone reads this and puts some importance into this claim. I will be reaching out to the BBB as well. Thank you

This is regarding my repeated attempts to get my Moto G 3rd Gen repaired through the authorized moto service centers.
The first issue was the ringer was not working and when I gave it to the service center, after giving the commitment of 7 days; they returned the device with the same fault and adding another fault to it.
Now even my SIM tray is not working for SIM 1.
I took it as a honest mistake and again gave the device for repairing, and yet again the same problem appears in my device.
Talking about the service that your service centers and the customer support guys give to the customers is really really pathetic.
Call center guys talk rudely, don’t give a tentative time for the solution of the issue, and even disconnect the calls.
I don’t what is the issue with you people; you treat your customers like trash.
There has been zero efforts from your customer support and from the service centers regarding this issue.
You guys should be ashamed of yourself when to brag about the service and support across the nation when it’s so pathetic in the NCR.
I am writing this mail just to tell you guys to wake up and resolve my issue as soon as possible else there are other ways that can be used to get you guys in trouble.
Don’t test the patient of a genuine customer or else can put guys in your heels.
I want call back from your team no later than tomorrow or else I will drag you to the consumer court.

Ihave a droid turbo it has been replaced two times ,the second time they had to have a deposit of 99 dollars plus 27 dollars and some change for them to send a rephifrubished phone. Well this phone is just as screwed up as the first one was .Now I just got an email telling me that they are going to put back the 27 and some change but no mention about the 99 dollars . Hi moto team I submitted my moto g4plus mobile to authorize service centre tamilnadu Tirunelveli district.for a problem of display shadow issue and heating issue one week before they didn’t gave job sheet I wait for one week now they returned my mob after usage of 20min same issue will appear and my mobile not charging…. already service centre people treat me very badly and they are not respond my phone calls…I spoke with moto customer care they also speak like useless things…am totally disappointed….how to solve my issue…..moto treating consumers are useless….
I had bought a Moto G 3 from flipkart on 31 July 2015. After some days of using it, it started to have distorted sound in the speaker. I requested for a replacement. After 5 or 6 requests, I gota replacement from Flipkart.
I went on with using the device for a few days and then the touch feature stopped working at two areas of the screen. As the device had a warranty of one year, I submitted the device at a moto authorised service center in Calicut, (Kerala,India) Rythm Mobiles. It was after a month that I got my phone back. I worked OK for 5 days. The touch screen stopped working completely after that. The situation got as bad a me being unable to unlock the screen. I submitted it at the same service center again. It was after 34 days that I got it back. As I started using it after that, the earpiece started to give low volume and low clarity sound. It was so bad that I couldn’t even attend calls properly. I paid Rs 13000 for this and I am not even able to attend calls properly. It also had issues when connecting it to the PC for transferring data. It just gave the message ‘MOTO G3 IS BUSY’. I would have to try connecting again to make things work. About the issue that came up when I tried to transfer data by connecting it to the PC, I had told the service center staff about it when I submitted the device before.For the two times I got the phone back from the service center, they had not solved that issue. Currently, I am using the headset so as to attend calls. I am hesitant to submit my phone at a service center where the staff shows no responsibility. While these things were happening, there were calls made to the moto customer
care and followups about the case via email happened as well. Once, when my friend contacted the Motocustomer care about this they had told to submit the phone at the service center again and get a new case opened so that they could be provided with a job sheet number. When the service center staff tried to open a new case, they got the message in the computer that this device is in a BOUNCE REQUEST STAGE. That implied that they couldnt service the device. ( I was told that it would be possible to open a new case only if it has been one month after the previous one had been closed. It had already been one month since the last case had been closed.) When a customer has spent his money to buy a phone and when it has problems in functionality, if the company which provides the warranty tells that they can’t service it, I find it hard to understand the justice in that. The behaviour of the people from the company lacks all the responsibility and commitment that is required when dealing with customers.
I had skipped my job and wasted my time multiple times by going to the service center. I have not gained anything good from this phone after spenting my money to buy it. It has actually led me to losing money. I am certainly not interested in using this phone anymore. The company should take the phone back and give me the money I had to spend for it. There is nothing right on the company’s side when they deny a refund after what has happened. I had bought this phone as I liked the motorola product and the company. But when the phone had an issue, the company didn’t show the basic decency to solve it as quickly as possible. I don’t want a device that has lost its functionality thrice. The phone which had an issue in 2015 has not been properly repaired yet. They have also denied a replacement or a refund.
There were a lot of calls made to the customer care and a lot more emails that were sent regarding this. All the detail that were asked from me were provided. But they never respond in a discreet way to tell us what can actually be done by them. All we got was generic statements of apology and sentences like we ‘just get a new case opened and we will assist you further’. With the email replies, they were just providing sugar coated words to make me think that there will be a solution for this soon. There is no point for a customer care like that to exist. The call log number that was made for the call made to the customer care was 160423015405. The email ID that I used for communicating with them was [email protected]. The last call made to the customer care involved the agent hanging up the phone denying to get a supervisor to speak to me. Such behaviour and irresponsibility from such a reputed company. As a customer who got caught up in this situation, I want the company to take back the phone and refund my money as soon as possible.
I bought a Motog 3rd generation via Flipkart on 22nd December which completely comes below warranty period. Recently the phone wasn’t charged properly and the time it took was miserable. After showing it in the service center(smart services, Bhubaneswar) they told us that the issue doesn’t come under warranty claims. They are willing to charge around Rs 2500 for replacement of the charging port. As there is no external damage and it’s completely internal, no money should be charger to get it fixed. As Motorola is becoming very popular, huge and a well known brand for smartphones all over the world especially in India, i hope that proper justification shall be provided. It’s amazing to know that the repair cost of the charging jacket is 23% of the cost of the mobile phone i bought.

Please refer to a Feb 16, 2016 conversation. I purchased your moto 2 phone for around $100.00 and found it was defective. Your repair team could not fix it ! I was told they would replace it for free. THEY DID NOT AND WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR WORD. I have talked several times to a corp. executive but have not received any respect or a replacement phone as promised. It seems very dishonest and almost like a scam. Please, can’t someone help a senior citizen in the right??? John P.
Take your issue to the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ).. I recommend that we all report this consumers abuse to them. They need to be shut down if they can get it together.

Worst customer service. I brought moto G2 after one month incoming and outgoing issue started. I submitted it to nearby Motorola authorized service center they told me that we have ordered part and they repeated the same thing for two months. They take too much time. Half of the warranty period gets over. The customer service is ridiculous.
Bought a Moto E smartphone 3 months ago and Motorola tell me it is defective, as I have worked out for myself. We are travellers and bought the phone in Brazil, we are not there now and have been told the warranty will not be honoured unless it is in the country of purchase. Will never buy motorola again!! so much for being an international country
Rich osterloh I have always been a Motorola fan for years never had an issue.. The other day I had the absolute WORST experience calling customer service. Totally incompetent, wasted my time and WAS NOT helpful in any way… When speaking with a supervisior attempting to remedy the situation , they were uncaring about how I was handled and the outragous amount of wasted time and could only offer an apology for the incompetence ..unless someone can find a way to turn this around you’ve lost a loyal customer……:-(
For my Father’s Day gift, I purchased the Moto 360 smart watch and spent a little extra to get the mono link watch band and not the leather band that comes with the watch. During the course of the first 4 months, I required 3 separate watch repairs due to the plastic piece that holds the watch band to the watch breaking. I am active and quickly realized that this watch really wasn’t meant for an active user. Each time I sent the watch in for repair, I was required to send the entire watch, band and all, to the repair center. Each time I received the watch and the mono link band except for the 3rd and most recent time. I received the watch back, but with a different band. I immediately called CS and was given the run around for weeks. I had to constantly repeat my information, find multiple IMEI??? numbers and provide the original order number to prove I purchased the watch from their site. I was told I did receive the correct watch band even after I provided the original order number to them numerous times. I was asked to take picture so the watch and band to show I didn’t have the mono link band. Really??? The repair center does not keep track of the repairs and what is sent back to the customer. I spoke to at least 4-5 different reps and they all spoke from the same script with me holding for up to 5 minutes at a time during hour plus calls. There were some calls where I couldn’t understand the rep and pleaded to speak to someone else. At one point a rep stated that they were out of stock for the mono link and used another watch band when repairing my watch. He also stated that I could wait to see when they will get in new inventory, but wasn’t sure when that would be. After many more conversations, I was finally told that they do not make the moto 360 anymore and did not and will not have the mono link band in stock. I was offered a leather band as a replacement and told that they do not give credits nor can they offer me anything else. I did not accept the leather band because I have one of those as well and it would not make up for the additional money I spent for the mono link. After numerous tries with no success, I finally gave up. I think that was the plan all along. String the customer along while frustrating them beyond belief, repeat the same information over and over again, offer no real solution that will make the customer whole and hope they will eventually give up. Now that is customer service! Thanks Motorola!
We are having a lot of difficulty getting a replacement for a defective phone that was sent out. Going on about two weeks now. I really wish this company would value its customers as we are people who frequently recommend phones to other people and we’re not really feeling like We want to recommend Motorola based on the customer service. The products are usually good, but this experience is really not helping.

Customer Service is the worst of any other company that I know of. On Saturday October 10, I called about 12 times. 9 times after a long hold I heard a click and call cutts off. The other 3 times again after a long hold I could talk to CSR and after I explained the problems with my phone, they put me on hold and then it cutts off again. This is totally ridiculous.MOTOROLA should not be allowed to conduct business until they fix the customer service. The executive team of Motorola all should be fired for incompetence and lack of leadership.

On a new phone purchase, they take your money immediately, even when they don’t have the parts to fulfill. Customer service in other countries is awful as they only read scripts…. Even the escalation channel lacks an ability to do anything about the issues. Heck, they will even parrot what they’re told and have no problem passing it along…. Without thought to when parts will be available, when the phone will be ready, etc. Just awful. If the purchase is this bad…. The service on repairs / support will be too.

I spent 25 years of my life in the telecomm business and have NEVER experienced such awful customer service; a simple repair to a broken screen on a Moto X is now into it’s 6th week, and these people, while acknowledging that I sent back my phone, tell me that the RMEI number in the phone does not match their records so now they want my credit card again so they can re-charge me by opening a new service record. They screw up their internal systems, and now it is my problem.
These people kept me sitting on hold listening to their God-awful music-on-hold that repeats itself every 10 seconds for over an hour on the call I just got off, and for 40 minutes before that. Not a thing was resolved other than my mind to bad-mouth this POS company and their products ever chance I get. These guys suck.
My phone is under warranty yet u refuse to help fix problem with your phones without charging me if this is your policy to cheat your customers I will find another brand your policies are why you are struggling to keep up with other company’s thanks for nothing.

With the heavy accent and poor phone connectivity it is nearly impossible to get an issue resolved. My phone is 2 months old and they cannot resolve the software problem. They only way for me to get a new phone is for me to send my phone in first and wait 7 to 10 days(without a phone) for the new one or pay money for them to ship me a new phone first. I already paid for it once and it and it is under warranty. My daughter had an issue with her IPHONE they overnighted her a new one and then we sent the broken one back. That is customer service.

This was the first motorola phone i buy, and the last.
They have the worst customer service imaginable. I cannot believe how far downhill they went after being sold to Lenovo. Support for Motorola used to be out of Texas and they actually cared about the customers. Now they simply don’t give a poop about us and tell us random lies and then tell us they have no power to do anything.

Wow what a horrible experience!!!!! I loved Motorla phones until I decided to buy one on their website (usually buy from my cellphone carrier). I am 300% sure they saved money in out sourcing their customer service but they are just horrible, no people skills and extremely slow. It has taken me two 45 min calls to even track down a return and credit. Poor poor poor decision making in customer service department, I felt like I was talking to a brick wall and they keep repeating themselves not listening to what I had to say!!
I have had the same experiences. Sent a MotoX in for repair beginning of October/2015. I have yet to receive my phone back nor can I find anyone in “CustomerService” that could find their ass with both hands. One huge pack of outsourced IDIOTS!!! The fact that Motorola goes to such extreme efforts to make it impossible to contact anyone at corporate shows what gutless wonders they are and that they could care less about customer sentiment after the sale. They need not worry about me ever again as I will NEVER purchase another product from these corporate scumbags!

I have had the worst time with Motorola Mobility Customer service. I have been dealing with a ESP warranty issue since I had to swap my phone for a warranty replacement. Customer Service needs to be re-trained. They do not have the tools they need to do their jobs. I will probably never purchase another Motorola product again. I wish I could return the one I have now.
