I have purchased a pair of Puma Jago shoes from Amazon. I for defected product and called at India customer care service centre to replace it.They have denied any assistance and told to contact Amazon.
My issue was that I shown the interest at Puma product and if product is defected , it should be addressed by manufacturer not by service provider.

Hello i order a shoe from puma and i always order from you guys because i really like your shoes never had a problem before . Just yesterday i ordee another pair of shoes from you guys and they charged me twice never once did you guys ever saying it was a hold fee as many times as i ordee from you . Now tonight you guys took the right amount out my account not there is nothing in my account this has never happen before and this bad customer service. I have call 5 times to customer service and the lady keeps telling me that they didnt take money out my account twice . So i had to contact my bank on 3 way and my bank told her that it was sitting as a charge in my account and that she had never heard of a authorization hold on a site like this just for hotels and things like that . So as they speak the puma representative start to over talk us and my bank Navy federal told her if she wrote or faxed a letter over saying they was not charging me for that first amount that they could but i back in my account in less than 24hrs and the puma worker still talk over and didnt listen . The ad with the lady with the two pit bulls on heavy chains makes me sick. I volunteer with dog rescue/outreach and the work my following rescuers and I do 24/7, we try to explain to people that it’s the wrong end of the leash that keeps getting blamed for the pits bad rap. You putting 2 pits on heavy chains defeats the purpose of all the work we do. I will never buy Puma brand again.

I have talked and emailed with numerous customer service reps, to name a few-(Margret,Ashley(2),Nick,Sherry),about the Puma ball my son purchased in November. I have sent pictures, wrote descriptions. I am very disappointed in how this matter has been handled by Customer No Service. The ball was played with by normal play and has came apart at the seams in several places. I was told to send pictures along with proof of purchase, now after having sent them twice, and I have been told by several after leaving voicemails that I would be contacted, only to have to call back myself. I think a company who cannot stand behind their name sacrifices the integrity of the company.

This is bring to be your kind notice that, i had purchased a Puma Ferrari Shoes on date 25.09.2015,TIN NO 06431044457,cash memo:SLC662058(Which has mentioned in attached file of cash memo).During the purchase time your fello told me that’s this shoes is very good quality & its warranty will we 6 month(which was actually misguide).Also no any warranty(means written guarantee) period mentioned in memo.After the 4 month skin of shoes was going to start to damage.And within 10 days shoes was totally damaged.I have complained two time but he refused to respond me.
Sir the cost of shoes was 6000 rupees,kindly you think one customer is expense 6000 rupees and the value of that much money is only 4 months for wear the multinational branded shoes.

this is one of the worst service i ever got from one of your customer service reps..extremely frustrating to ask a specific question and she sends me a black box unable to read. i keep asking her for help with a specific style and nothing nothing nothing…we buy running shoes on 2 month base from puma usually in stores ..both my hubby and i are runners and love your shoes…and replace them often..so getting this 75% off was a g-d send for us..usually we spend 200 dollars..when it did not work we needed help with it…being in a large over 2000 member in our chapter alone and bad feedback is never good..

I tried on a pair of shoes in the Woodburn,OR store and when I put on the shoe I felt a sharp pain and took off the shoe and saw the pin from the security tag stuck more than half way in the heal of my foot. The manager said mostly the right things but she was cold and refused to give me her name. She said she had a family to support and didn’t want to get sued. I am sitting there bleeding and in pain and she is arguing with me about giving her name. Then when i called her boss he had more sympathy but at the end of the conversation he asked me what I wanted. Really? Never did we say anything close to the words “sue” with either employees. That’s what they think, to buy off a customer? How about real concern for an injury to one of your customers that was clearly due to employee negligence. Where was the security tag and why was it separated from the pin?
Have been to your Outlet store in Sommerville MA about 8-10 times in the last month 2Golf Pants 8 Golf shirs and 3 hats os-line . on July 10 purchased Blaze of Golry Primar. When I got them home and opened the box a repulsive order of mildew. I put the box into recycle and the shoes into the sunlight and fresh air, by the way no rain for the pased 8 days. Today July 14 I returned them for a refund and was told they could no be returned this product is 100% faulty, I did everything to correct the problem. I will not be buying PUMA any more and once the 3 hats I paid for get here I will not be contacting this company again. I am very disappointed when told by the manager if I am nice to him he will work with me . I am spentng my hard earned money no longer on PUMA prducts.!

I own 5 pairs of Puma Golf shoes, 3 pairs are cell fusions’ with smart quill spikes. These shoes cost between $190 and $250, and I am having trouble finding the smart quill spikes and need them for all 3 pairs. This shoe model is only 3 years old and only one Puma spike generations back. Puma put them on a lot of their golf shoes. I’ve called Puma online and Cobra Golf, and was offered no help with finding them. I have talk to other golfers that are experiencing the same issue. We all agreed that if Puma is not supporting its golf shoes, especially for shoes costing in the several hundred dollar range, we will need to purchase a competitor’s golf shoes. Is Puma still selling them, and where can I get them? Can you help me and my golfing buddies?

Hi puma , iv been a puma collector now since I was 12 years old , started in 1982, with my first pair of Clyde trainers , over the years I had collected 378 pairs of puma suede, s in all colours . The other puma windbreakers I collected wer savanah suits and calcutta suits that was used in the 1984 film beat street which puma usa sponsored. The reason I am sending the emai is all my savanah suits and calcutta suits was stolen in a house burglary all 13 suits I owned have gone which have taken me years to collect all was 1st editions of the suits the original ones used in the film beat street , I know this might not get to the right person at puma (ceo) . If anyone at puma who may remember the film and the windbreaker suits can help . I have never understood y puma have never reissued the windbreaker savanah suits in the original style from the the film beat street as the b-boy s world wide are crying out for puma to remake the classic suits used in the film beat street . I am begging puma to get this message to the right person at puma who can make it happen , or at least give me a price to have them remade . Please help puma collector for life . Your hopefully David
