no service company . they can’t keep up the account info correctly.
Thus person pays for non-service with no- customer service and waste time.

Paid up double last four months but they still can’t show my payments on their system.
sent fax as directed 3 times to 3 places no solution, no service
went to the local office but still no service or correction.
on top, phone calls and spoke with number of people yet seems they can’t take notes to be followed up either.

if you have time to waste and nothing to do with your money but waste this is the company for you

otherwise stay away from them. many people shared horror stories about their non-service

  5. Michael Lavinder says:

I’m very upset of how you guys mistreat and stress retired medical veterans of a simple account ordeal after he just came back from the hospital around the holidays. This is absolutely despicable and outrageous.

  6. Ms. Moses says:

I called TWC to get new service. Confirmed my order with the rep, for a locked in price. Had a promo code that was not taken, called back to give promo code and confirm price for the next 12 months and was informed that I had to pay an insulation fee of $29.99, which I was not informed of. When I asked why I not informed I was hung up on. Which I had to call back several more times and kept getting higher prices. Trying to become a new customer this NOT quality service, when your representatives lock in prices with a potential new customer with misinformation. This was not a great experience for me at all. Please have your representatives more informed of the information that they give to new or potential customers, because you representing TWC and this clearly shows how incompetent the representative are.

  7. Natalie Kelly says:

I would like to speak to the head corporate office supervisor or who oversees the office in Beaumont, CA office. I was in my vehicle the other day and on the radio they were rating who was number 1 in worst customer service and Time Warner Cable was number 1!! Now I can see why, as a first time customer waiting for my appointment for installation and when I finally call in to see where the technician is the lady stephanie tells me that the order has been cancelled at 9:38 a.m.. I told her that was not me I never spoke to a technician and I never called why would I be calling now asking where the technician is at 2:20 p.m. When my appointment was from 1 to 2 p.m. So I then spoke to the manager/ supervisor Urai ID #13764 about this situation and he said the best he could do for me was to have a technician come out by the 12th when I have already been waiting two weeks for this appointment today and he could not release any information on who I supposedly talked too.And would not even give me my supposedly cancellation order because he said it was the property of Time Warner Cable( Are you Serious) So I think corporate should know how they handle customers! I even offered my phone statment to prove i never called them at that time and he said that it was not my mistake but there was nothing else they could do!! I am going back to FIOS!!

Can I am furious with TWC. I just want to change plans to what is advertised online, I called in December but it was never done, I logged in to make a payment only to find that it was for $168. I have internet, tv and phone services (which my phone has NEVER been activated or hooked up) so I’m paying for something that I’m not or never has used. I called at 730am and was told to call back at 9. I called back at 9 and was transferred 4 times. The last representative was over talking me, she told me that because I’m scheduled for a move that she couldn’t help me and I needed to call back Monday and speak to the move department. WHAT DO THEY HAVE TO DO WITH MY PLAN!!! I asked her for her corporate information and she told me to google it because she didn’t have it. I asked for a supervisor and she said they don’t work on the weekends and they run on a skeleton screw!!! I think decide maybe chatting with a representative would be better and I still get transferred because he said it’s a tier 3 that needs to handle my request, I waited 15 minutes before logging off. I’m so frustrated with having to call every month because representative aren’t executing their customers request and no one wants to be accountable when the ball gets dropped. This should have been fixed when I called in December. If Dish or Direct TV offered internet services outside of Verizon I would be done with TWC…

  9. Geovonna Rayford says:

I received the worse customer service in history. First I set services up at the end of December and was told to expect equipment in 2-3 days that never came so I called back and it turned out being a problem with it being sent. When the equipment finally arrived it was the wrong thing. So an appointment was made for a Tech to come out to do a install. That weekend a guy called my cell phone and said hes from Time Warner and needed to enter my home. I thought that was odd no one ever told me so I called TWC and the recording indicated someone was suppose to come to my home so I saw the TWC van and let him in. Then the gentleman wanted to go to all the rooms so I call TWC agian and they said ma’am hes not suppose to be in your home (scary). Luckly he only made it to the livingroom and sons room and not the whole house. So HE texts my phone several times are you on the phone with Twc? Are you calling? What they say? Then leaves a text that says I was just tryna help you out. Now I signed up for Internet and phone I have been getting call after call after call about getting phone even though thats what I paid for. This is horrible and scary I have never seen anything like this. I will be contacting my local news station this is a story that should really be heard.

  10. Geovonna Rayford says:

The service I have recieved is unreal and very un-professional.

  11. I have been going around and around for for months now I had Time Warner 30 day money back guarantee I cancelled before the 30 days was up returned all equipment have all receipts showing I return dish and canceled never received anything back been going back and forth with no avail finally I called corporate office someone contacted me and left a voicemail stating that $105.00 was being returned to me in a check still 2 weeks now and still have not seen anything I don’t understand how you can run a business like this someone told me to take it to the TV station so this is what I’m going to do now I am going to get it out there as much as I possibly can help Time Warner really is

  12. mark says:

The service not good do not get time warner

  13. Victor Chavira says:

I have just found out today that I’ve been ripped off. I have been paying for services I don’t have for the past 3 years. I have spoken to 2 different people and now I’ve been told that the only thing they can do is reimburse $2.00 for each month, which I have been paying more than $2.00. They also refuse to give me the full name of the supervisor. I think this is very unfair and very unprofessional. I will submit this information to the media to stop the corruption and stealing this company is doing. If any one has any bad experiences they would like to share with me I would appreciate it. I would be building a case and pursue this further. :(

  14. Silvia Garcia says:

I convinced my 80 year old mother to switch from Verizon to TimeWarner phone services (big mistake). This company is unreal my mother is 80 years old disable and has no phone since Friday a technician was suppose to come to service her line and we are still waiting. I’ve made several phone calls and no one will help me. My mother is ill and she depends on the phone. Time Warner needs to stop giving false promotion if they cant handle the customer. Horrible assistance over the phone three days and my mother still has no phone…. Shame on Time Warner

  15. C Riley says:

I should have checked this section before I ordered. What a miserable process! I signed up on line and got an email with a confirmation number. However, when I called to schedule install, I HAD TO REORDER, including give my credit card number, etc. This process took 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time - if you have a choice, choose another company!! They wasted my time like this and I’m a new customer! Clearly, they don’t care about getting or keeping customers.

  16. Thomas Thomas says:

Very unprofessional service. Stop offshoring your customer service, they are incompetent. TWC service level is definitely to be desired!!!

  17. Salena says:

I wouldnt advise anyone to get TWC!! They always make your bill higher every month and never work with you. They are MONEY HUNGRY

  18. Natia says:

I am having an very bad and unfair experience with service. In October 2014 I moved to a new location and I called time warner to help me disconnect the account and set a new one in the new place. I also asked to schedule a cable box pick, because I know that is leased and i do not return i will be charged for it. the agent I talked to (#- XFR)- Marie, she told me that there was no need to that and I could leave it behind. After six month I received numerous calls from debt collection that i owe 150$ for the box.
I called time warner and explained what happened. I spoke with Scott Reid in Binghamton and he told me that he was going to blame his employee and it was my option to go my old building which left 6 month ago and find the cable box.
Why I am blamed for something I did not do.I did part and tried to schedule the pick up but the agent instructed me otherwise.
another thing that is disturbing that i didn’t receive any call or email about the situation, my name was just handed down to the debt collection.

I am going go after this go to corporate office if need to. this is despicable and total mockery to the people.

  19. John says:

I’ve been in Louisville for six months with Time Warner Cable and never has so many problems with TV/Phone service in my life. The new HD box is junk. Stay away from TWC in Louisville KY.

  20. Theo Rochmann says:

Sales rep promised me free installation time warner technician came to install I reiterated with him about the free installation he said Don’t worry On February 10, 2015, I was lured by this sales rep #ZE2 to add a cable and a phone line on my existing account which has internet only. This sales rep promised me that I’ll be getting free installation for all of the rooms and a $300 gift card to help me pay-off my contract cancellation with dish network. The promo offer that I called about was advertised on TV for $89.99/bundle priced but the sales rep gave me a rate of $126.97 for three room’s cable (2 DVR’s and 1 standard), internet, and a phone line which is fine with me (job# 942792). The next day- February 11, 2015, the time warner technician came to install the cable and the phone, I reiterated with him about the free installation deal I have on my account and he said “Don’t worry sir, if that what is promised to you then you don’t have to worry about any charges.” On March 2nd, when I checked my account, I was shocked that I got bill of $250++ for the installation and a monthly rate of $155++, I was very upset and called the time warner customer support- my call was directed to the billing department, I spoke to Gary #YT6, according to him he will bring my concerns to his supervisor and will call me back. Since Monday, I haven’t heard from him. I called the customer support several times to follow-up on the resolution. It is very frustrating on my end, not able to talk to any management when I asked for a supervisor. Reps always telling me that supervisor is not around or they’re going to call me back or they are backed-up that’s why I’m not getting any return call.

    Your Desired Resolution:
Complete refund for all Installation charges!

  21. Mario says:

This is totally unbelievable… the lengths TWC representatives go through just to get the sale. All of this could easily be resolved if they emailed a confirmation message stating the what services, equipment, and pricing (with taxes, surcharges, and whatever other crazy fees). But of course this would go this would go against their deceptive mindset. There was over a week from the time I had placed an ordered and the date of installation. If I had received an email detailing different pricing than what I was quoted over the phone I would have cancelled the order and kept my previous tv service.

I will be cancelling their sorry asses within 30 and get a full refund. They will not get one red cent from me!

  22. Patricia says:

TWC tries to keep you on the phone until you give up.

I returned my cable box on February 5, 2015 and asked to discontinue cable and was given a dated receipt. On 2/24/15, I called & reminded them to cut off the cable because it was still on. I left the country on Feb 25, 2015 and returned on March 23, 2015. I called again on the 26th because when I got back home the cable was still on.

When I called, they told me I would be credited from March 5th. When I asked why March 5th and not Feb 5th the girl say because thats the day you called us. HUH? So I left the country for 4 weeks and I called TWC from overseas. I don’t think so, not for as long as you keep clients on hold.

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

PS On the bright side, when I returned my cable box, I was pleased to see that there were about 50 other customers in the office returning their cable boxes! It’s just a mater of time TWC.
